Great discovery thanks to the Slow Food guide! Impeccable and accurate service: clear and transparent explanations of dishes and specials. Recommended for vegetarians, interesting and original options! Well-maintained location, even more charming with the wisteria in bloom. Will definitely return.

We went as a group on December 8th. The girls were super friendly, the food was trattoria-style but with heart and elegance. The Casoncelli, the chicken liver soup, and the Brescian spit-roasted skewer (a must) were excellent. The polenta with spit-roasted butter deserves an honorable mention. They also have a selection of wines and Franciacortas from lesser-known local producers. Highly recommended, and not expensive for what we ate and drank. The photos speak for themselves.

A simple, rustic restaurant with an old-world charm. We ate well (it's not the first time I've eaten here, and I've always had a good experience). One point I can make is that (although I understand the management's needs), the fixed menu option with three choices (not explained in more detail during the reservation) for large groups of people isn't something we're particularly fond of. I'll definitely be back, because other than that, we've always had good food!

30/03/2026: We really enjoyed our time at Trattoria Tipica Bresciana Ai Tre Castagni. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the ladies who served us that evening: kind, smiling, and always available. The appetizer was a pleasant surprise, generous, and truly delicious. The first and second courses were also excellent, carefully prepared and featuring authentic flavors of Brescian tradition. The wine selection is well-thought out, making it easy to find the perfect pairing with the dishes. The desserts are also not to be missed: simple yet delicious. The value for money is more than reasonable, especially considering the quality of the dishes and the family atmosphere. We recommend this place without hesitation: authentic, welcoming, and with truly good food. Highly recommended.

15/05/2025: Pranzo di lavoro a 18€ con a scelta anche piatti di pesce; bello e accogliente il locale, personale gentile, tovagliato di tessuto, ottimi i paninetti di vari gusti serviti tiepidi.
05/02/2025: Il ristorante si trova vicino a Desenzano, non sul lago. Il cibo ed il servizio: promossi a pieni voti. Si mangia pesce, anche crudo, con qualche proposta di terra. Abbinamenti creativi e qualità ottima con giusta quantità che rendono il rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Carta dei vini principalmente del territorio. Da provare.
