Showy dishes, overpriced, few vegetarian options, not suitable for vegans. Nice view, but the terrace is a muggy blanket.

Quality pizza and cuisine, in a quiet atmosphere with a truly remarkable lake view. The staff and owners were friendly and welcoming, certainly contributing to a pleasant experience at their restaurant. I recommend it to everyone!

You're paying for the location. The food was good, but €18 each for the pizza and the tiny pasta portion is simply too expensive. The service was attentive but very slow; we waited about an hour for our food. I wouldn't go there again.

The service and the view were good. The main course looked fantastic, but the taste was disappointing; you could only taste the sauce, not the actual pizza toppings. A shame, because looks aren't everything. The dessert, however, was delicious!

One of the most romantic places for a lovely dinner. The service was superb, as if they could read our wishes before we voiced them. The taste and refinement of the pizza sauce were spectacular.

First of all, I'd like to review the restaurant. If there's a hotel, I haven't seen it, and we haven't stayed there. I'd like to say that we dined at this restaurant twice, with its breathtaking view. The first time, we had an appetizer (kabayaki eel), a first course (the famous shaken carbonara), two second courses (char and a kind of skewered shank), and two desserts (the basil parfait was delicious), and it was the best dinner we've had in the last year. For all this, a bottle of still water, and a bottle of prosecco, we paid €125. What can I say? Refined flavors, perfectly prepared, and prices in line with the quality and location. Even though we were seated in the middle of the room, we still had a view of the lake. The staff was very kind and courteous, and the service was excellent. If we hadn't returned, I would have given it 5 stars, but unfortunately, the second dinner wasn't as good. Unfortunately, this time we ordered two fried pizzas (both "la morte sua" and "la bomba" were delicious) and two main courses, and we opted for the grilled dishes. The sea bass was well cooked but a bit bland and didn't come with anything. I ordered a side dish (very good) and the grilled steak. Again, it was cooked well but nothing special, and unfortunately, I have to agree with some of the previous reviews: the grilled dishes are too expensive for what they offer. I should also add that the restaurant doesn't actually have a disabled bathroom; the one there is has to be reached by stairs. So, since I was in a wheelchair, the staff kindly let me use their restroom on the first night. Probably to save me from having to walk all the way through the restaurant, the second time, after I made a reservation over the phone and let them know that I was the wheelchair user from last time, they reserved a table for us at the back, near the kitchen, the pizza oven, and their restroom. My husband didn't like the location at all because even though they'd mentioned the panoramic view, we were still far away, and the view wasn't as clear as the first time. It was still a good dinner, accompanied by two very good glasses of wine and the dessert, which was always excellent. We didn't try the pizzas, but maybe next time. We highly recommend the restaurant, for its location (the view from the terrace is exceptional, so eating here in the summer must be fabulous), the kindness of the staff, the fine dining service, and the cuisine.

we had a wonderful experience at Rustichel last night. Yes, the views are amazing but they have managed to get everything right! The decor is simple but well thought out, the staff welcoming and kind, the small touches of amuse bouche and delicious breads very nice and the chilled music played at just the right volume all added to our enjoyment. Although we only ate a pizza and a pasta dish, each was delicious and beautifully presented. We are only sad that we are leaving today as we would love to come back with bigger appetites! Fabulous!!

We went with friends for a pizza and I have to say it was exceptional, we will definitely be back.

Refined pizzas, fast and super friendly service, and a truly beautiful lake view. This is truly an excellent place for pizza in Toscolano.
