Her warm and engaging storytelling brought the estate’s history to life, and her detailed explanation of the traditional method made the experience both insightful and fascinating. I enjoyed their beautiful Franciacortas very much, especially the 2019 Saten.

09/07/2025: Non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo ristorante e come al solito arriviamo dopo aver prenotato e cameriere ci fa accomodare al tavolo. Poco dopo essere seduti ci portano subito l acqua e grissini e focaccia molto buoni .ordiniamo le pizze e dopo un quarto d’ora le portano molto buone . Anche la cucina è ottima . Tutti gli ingredienti sono ottimi . L’unica nota stonata è il caffè che purtroppo non è buono il resto è tutto ottimo .ci ritorneremo molto volentieri

03/07/2025: Una magnífica vista del lago y la ciudad desde este restaurante en el acantilado. Nuestro taxi tuvo que atravesar algunas carreteras estrechas para llegar hasta aquí. La pizza estaba buena. Así como el pollo. Algunos de los aperitivos eran excelentes. Una excelente opción para cenar de manera informal en Gardone Riviera.

25/08/2025: Given the location, I would suggest organizing a training course for the newly hired staff...two people took orders. ...I asked for a prosecco and they served me a spritz...no comment...top location but not very smart staff...I wouldn't go back.

09/08/2025: Everything was beautiful and tasty, but it was a bit annoying when they came every five minutes to take something away from your table. In half an hour, four different waiters came by to take away glasses, plates, and even my husband's fork while we were eating. A constant barrage of "No, I'll leave this, thanks." Be patient, guys. When someone gets up, take everything away.

24/06/2025: If you are looking for a really good pizza, Pabo’s is the right place! Light and digestible dough, fresh ingredients and well thought out combinations of flavors. I tried the Gustosa and it was simply perfect! Clean, welcoming place with an informal atmosphere. The staff is friendly, fast and always smiling. They helped me with a problem with my loyalty card, despite some of my "obvious" questions, they always answered with a smile The quality-price ratio is also excellent. A pizzeria that is absolutely worth trying... and trying again!

18/08/2025: We didn't feel welcome when we walked in. We initially overlooked it, but then they didn't even take our drink order. After a friendly request, we were able to order; the drinks were okay, but the soft drinks were simply slammed down on the table. The waiters weren't even smiling. The food was too expensive for what it was. The pizza base was very thin, and the €20 bowl was simply too expensive for such a low quality. No sauces and no side dishes other than dry bread. We were very disappointed. The plates were already cleared away while we were still eating the last bite. All in all, it felt like we were in a "Karen" restaurant that we had accidentally wandered into. The restrooms were also not clean, there was no lid, and the lighting was rather dim. I wouldn't recommend it.

17/02/2025: Hosted by its owners. Very attentive and friendly. The hotel is very clean, the rooms aren't luxurious but have everything you need, and the food is excellent.

11/04/2025: Sunday lunch with family. It was after 1.30pm and we were looking for a place where we could stop to have lunch with our two children, aged 3 and a half and 18 months. The staff immediately proved friendly and helpful. The table was promptly set up for us and our order taken. The children's dishes arrived quickly and our courses followed. Everything excellent. The environment is nice, the staff really welcoming, we felt at home and for this reason we will definitely return!
