The hospitality of the owner and staff is second to none. The food is good and very varied, and reasonably priced. If you don't have high expectations, this is a good place to stay. Clean but really not well maintained

This hotel and restaurant is located in the historic square of Maderno, a medieval town that has been part of Toscolano for many years. The rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need. The restaurant is excellent, with both meat and fish dishes carefully prepared and seasoned to perfection. The pizza is also delicious, with a light and easily digestible dough. Overall, the property deserves a positive review.

We arrived spontaneously in the early evening with four adults and three children. After searching for quite a while (other restaurants were either still closed or fully booked), we were simply happy to find a free table and didn't have high expectations ("touristy restaurant," we thought). Our impression was all the more positive! Very friendly service, reasonable prices, a wide selection, and above all: delicious and high-quality food! We had salad, seafood, schnitzel, and beef fillet, among other things—everything was really good! And all this with a view of the lake. The children could play around in the small square in front while we waited. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely come back again during this vacation.

We stayed one night, the location, view and staff were perfect, the rooms were old (like the whole town) but clean there was no air conditioning but a fan that did its job we had a good time, being in the center you can hear the voices of people (as in every place in the city center) as for breakfast everything was fine basic buffet, every request was immediately accommodated, for a night at 75 euros it is very good.

Very friendly staff. We were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine by Mr. Armani. He served us very attentively and always checked on our well-being. In terms of value for money, you can't complain about the location and the quality. The pizzas we ordered arrived promptly, beautifully prepared, and at a very fair price. As a group, we highly recommend checking this place out.
