01/12/2025: Fantastic culinary journey 🤩 As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with a warm smile (I often emphasize hospitality), and were escorted upstairs—what a lovely surprise 😃 Exposed wooden beams on the ceiling, a rectangular mirror on the wall creating greater depth to the room, and thoughtfully designed furnishings with great style creating a warm atmosphere. As soon as we were seated, we were welcomed with high-quality mortadella and soft bread. Let's move on to the menu, not overly extensive but concise and refined. A wonderful selection of wines, for all budgets (bottle or glass) 😃 We started with two appetizers "designed for sharing": fried polenta and Parmesan meatballs "a delight." Let's move on to the main courses: 1 beef cheek in red wine and 1 seared belly with salsa verde "a delight." Let's move on to desserts 😃 We ordered tiramisu, and off-menu, they offered us the classic panettone "with candied fruit," and with Chantilly cream "a delight." They added that the panettone's strong point was the perfectly executed dough. Many thanks 🤗 to Camilla and Elisa, who were excellent, from the welcome to the explanation of the dishes and wines... Thanks, of course, to all the staff 😊☺️ I forgot, a modern website and the ability to book online are a cutting-edge service. I would finish as I started, fantastic culinary journey🤩

20/09/2025: I haven't written a review in years, but these guys deserve it. Courtesy and professionalism in a meticulously maintained setting, where nothing is left to chance. Study and research are the watchwords to offer customers the finest ingredients available on the market. If you're looking for excellent quality and service, you've come to the right place. You always feel pampered, whether for a quick aperitif or a more formal dinner. Despite the location being in a small town in the lower Brescia area, I highly recommend it to those who still invest in quality and the art of fine dining.

01/05/2025: Everything is excellent; the only downside is the wait time. Waiting more than 40 minutes for platters when the place is empty seems excessive to me.

12/03/2026: My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant, which we found online and is near the Clerici Theater and the Pala Brixa. LOCATION: The restaurant is very small, and I think that's the only flaw. There's a small table against the wall with four chairs and a seat where you can wait for your takeout. Two large, well-stocked refrigerators with plenty of drinks and beers. A counter separated the dining area from the kitchen. Everything was open to view, and everything was freshly prepared. Some regular customers were at the counter enjoying a drink and a bite to eat. There were tables outside, but they weren't set up due to the bad weather. The staff was very kind and friendly. Free on-street parking outside. FOOD: Our burgers and fries were delicious!! I would have eaten another one, they were so good!! Absolutely satisfied! In addition to burgers, the menu included piadinas and fried dishes such as fries, onion rings, croquettes, chicken wings, etc. The fries were also freshly made. VALUE FOR MONEY: Absolutely good and reasonably priced. I didn't understand why the rolled piadina was more expensive... and the fried food prices were also fair. PERSONAL OPINION: Absolutely recommended. I think it's a more upscale place due to the limited seating available.

07/03/2026: A very welcoming place near the lake, even though you can't see the lake. The food is divine: I had a truly delicious roast rabbit. We also shared snails à la bourguignonne and two glasses of Franciacorta. It was all truly, truly enjoyable. A delicious lunch here!

12/01/2026: The rabbit with polenta was dry and stringy. It's worth another try, though, because if the place is full and you're not satisfied, you might have been unlucky.

30/12/2025: The place used to be popular for happy hour drinks, drinking beer in a pub-style atmosphere with rock music. I was there again recently, a table of kids celebrating a birthday who had been granted remote control access. My ears died.

22/02/2026: We stopped in during a trip with friends. The place was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a first course; the pasta was perfectly cooked with a delicious sauce. Compliments to the chef. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes.

16/11/2025: We stayed at this property for one night, and, aside from its location, I believe it doesn't even begin to meet the standards of a true four-star establishment. The room, advertised as "Superior," featured a double bed that was actually two single beds joined together with only a bedspread, an unacceptable solution for the category and price. Furthermore, we found the room to be poorly cleaned, with visible dust buildup especially on the coat hangers and the sealed toiletries. The hotel advertises a 24-hour reception, but when we requested a late checkout (even for a surcharge) on the morning of our departure, we were incomprehensibly told that "THE HOTEL CLOSES ON SUNDAYS AND WE COULD ONLY DELAY 30 MINUTES," raising serious concerns about the hotel's management and essential services. The breakfast service also proved lacking: although the receptionist claimed it was available until 10:30, when we arrived at 10:00, the selection was extremely limited. I understand the challenges of the low season, but this isn't a marginal reduction in service, but rather a lack of minimum standards of hospitality and cleanliness consistent with a 4-star rating. An urgent review of the standards offered is needed.

27/01/2026: Classic Italian pastry shop with a vintage touch. Quality and professionalism guaranteed. They also stock several historic chocolate brands and traditional Brescian biscuits, as well as traditional holiday sweets (such as Carnival fritters).

29/12/2025: we came there as a group of 4 and since the only table for 4 people was in a very narrow place we moved one chair to a table with wider space and sat there as there were no one sitting in the cafe. then a waitress came and told us we can't do that and started aggressively telling us we need education and it is inappropriate even though we told her we can move after the first time she talked to us. staff was extremely rude but besides that the krapfen was also awful and stale.

08/10/2025: Super delicious paella with plenty of seafood, and the sangria was also delicious and nicely chilled. Thanks for a lovely evening👍
