To make this universally understandable, it's as if 54 friends showed up at your grandmother's birthday party, where she lives in the woods, instead of the usual six relatives. A practical tip: if you don't feel comfortable with the mountains and the family atmosphere, there's no point in climbing up into the valley! It's wrong to compare this place with the food at a restaurant and the surrounding area with the arcades of the city. And let's not forget that: "the salvation of the world is in the wilderness." 25/10/2025: Enchanting place. Breathtaking views. Mrs. Cristina and the young woman who helped were very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. The casoncelli stuffed with wild boar were truly exquisite. The donkey spit and stew were also very good. The dessert was also delicious (various samples of homemade cakes and cookies). To finish, a delicious homemade coffee and a delicious lemon verbena liqueur on the house. Excellent value for money. Very satisfied. We will definitely be back.

With a well-established reputation for excellent charcuterie and cheeses, they also serve traditional hot dishes. The place is a bit "cheap" in the back, with mismatched furniture, but it makes you feel like you're at a friend's place who throws parties in their trendy garage (great poster on the wall)... the restrooms are clean. But it's the owners who make all the difference, with their warm welcome, kindness, and expertise. Charcuterie is a family tradition, and they know everything about local cheeses. Try an aged Bagos while listening to what the owner tells you about it... a very, very pleasant surprise!
