19/08/2025: A family lunch on Ferragosto (August 15th) was a real highlight! This Ferragosto (August 15th) we had lunch with my grandparents as a family, and the experience was excellent, just as we expected. The location is always a guarantee: eating lakefront adds a special touch. For our appetizer, we had a delicious seafood salad. Next, the seafood spaghetti was truly succulent, and the fried squid was well-made, crispy, and not greasy. We also tried the grilled fish, both the sea bass and the John Dory, the latter served with zucchini and was truly delicious. Even though the place was packed due to Ferragosto (August 15th), the service was impeccable, with a few short waits, which, on such a busy day, is more than understandable. The only small drawback was the intense heat, but that's unavoidable on Ferragosto (August 15th)! Overall, a top-notch review.

23/08/2025: A fantastic place with a spectacular view. The owner was very kind. I had a great time, and the dishes were generous. I recommend the Florentine steak and tagliatelle with wild boar ragù. If you find yourself in Iseo, don't miss the opportunity to try this wonderful place.

11/07/2025: The standard room does not have air conditioning, and it's very difficult to find this information on their website. The overall impression I got was that everything was organized for maximum profit: very low investment in furnishings, systems, and a staff reduced to the bare minimum, and very young, therefore cost-effective. I thought the profitability of this facility was much higher than that of a hotel, which must necessarily provide services. For example, I wondered how it was possible that a facility with this cost didn't have air conditioning in all rooms. Finally, the word "Hotel" and its classification were nowhere to be found. An online search provided the answer. 11/07/2025: A great hotel in a prime location in Brescia. Elegant. Excellent first impression. Good Wi-Fi. Brilliant service. A nice bistro where you can enjoy a delicious Aperol in the afternoon. Luggage storage. Parking included. The only downside is the lock on the door of apartment no. 123 – locking it every time was a problem.

27/08/2025: Extremely friendly staff, super fast service, and the fried gnocchi were absolutely phenomenal (in every sense, both in quality and quantity). They even accommodated me with a menu change. Really friendly! The prices are more than fair! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be back!
