23/05/2025: Expectations were definitely too high perhaps! Disappointed by the tuna tartare, buffalo mozzarella cream, cherry tomato reduction, dehydrated Taggiasca olives, capers, green sauce and focaccia crumble: Too much stuff that honestly loses the flavor of the tuna. The trio of tartare is definitely good: tuna that is not convincing here either, while scampi and red shrimp are fresh and really tasty. The first course is good, while the fried food is disappointing and heavy for digestion: rubbery rings inside and dry on the outside. Good tufts of squid, scampi, shrimp and octopus. Dessert that does not disappoint expectations with a stellar wine pairing. The wine list easily deserves 5 stars. Just as they bring home the 5 stars for the service: attentive, fast and full of adequate advice also for the wine list.

04/06/2025: Let's start by saying that we arrived at 8:15 pm, we ordered drinks, they arrived (except for a few) and then they asked us for the food which arrived after more than an hour. The waitresses were not very friendly and annoyed. The hamburgers were badly cooked and the cutlet was of poor quality. The place was very chaotic.

12/06/2025: Hotel with comfortable air-conditioned rooms, bathroom of a good size, everything clean and tidy. The hotel has an excellent restaurant adjacent to the structure. There is also a swimming pool inside, all about a hundred meters from the lake. Possibility of bicycle rental. Kind and helpful staff. Recommended.

09/06/2025: Everything is excellent, the room is clean and everything is here for short term stays. The breakfast is very good and has variety of foods. Big thanks for my espresso 🤎 Don’t stay in downtown too long, it’s not bus after 8:30 pm, but you can get Uber. Will definitely recommend that hotel.

11/06/2025: I am referring to the business lunch, which I found rather disappointing both for the quality of the food and for the approximate service. The overall experience was not satisfactory and I did not feel at ease.

09/06/2025: Leaving the confusion of the places on Lake Iseo we looked for a quiet and convenient place to the highway, we couldn't have made a better choice! Even though it was almost 2 pm and we had our 4-legged friend with us (which we announced in the phone call) the owner welcomed us with kindness and courtesy and a small welcome appetizer, reserving a quiet place for us. Since the casoncelli were finished, but given the time it was understandable, I ate some really tasty pumpkin sweets. But not only that. I would like to point out that for lunch on weekdays there is a fixed price menu.

26/06/2025: The food and ambiance were excellent. We chose the 6-course surprise menu with accompanying wines. The sommelier, however, was a bit of a surprise. The wines he selected weren't convincing. You could definitely save the money and choose wines from the menu. Furthermore, the sommelier's behavior was at times quite unusual. Disproportionate to the class of this restaurant. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant evening.

25/06/2025: Mind blowing. I honestly didn’t expect the amazing experience. I thought it was going to be just another episode at a Michelin star restaurant, but I was wrong. I feel bad for not dressing up enough for Tancredi. From the last minute reservation, to the welcome, the atmosphere and ambiance, is from the heart, I believe. And when you visit the bathroom, everything is well thought out with the comfort of the guest in mind. Fortunately my husband was equally impressed and I hope we can visit again next time we’re in Gardasee. Gracia mille!

14/05/2025: Close to the highway but, even eating outside it was not bad. 80s/90s atmosphere and furniture. Good dishes anyway. I was hoping maybe a little more abundant. Excellent service

27/04/2025: We went to this tavern yesterday, I must say that we ate really well, furthermore the girl who served us was really friendly and very helpful. I will certainly recommend this place and also if I ever end up in these places again I will stop again.

29/06/2025: Restaurant a few steps from the ferry dock, with the possibility of eating on the lake shore. Excellent value for money! Both the appetizer and the first course are very good, you definitely have to like the strong flavors of lake fish.

03/06/2025: We happened to be driving through this part of Gargnano today, and my wife suggested stopping by Osteria Civico 20. Everything was perfect: the ambiance, the service, and, most importantly, the food. A great team, super friendly, and everything that comes out of the kitchen is simply heavenly. Highly recommended, and thanks to the entire team.

08/06/2025: Just a little bit away from the lakeside, it offers a quiet atmosphere, good service and simple but tasty cuisine. Prices a little more affordable than the taverns in the area that have very little of a tavern.

25/05/2025: Very nice experience, well trained and well cared for horses. Very quiet horse ride in the middle of the estate and in the woods. The ride is followed by a lunch with substantial dishes, very friendly staff. A gem in the hills near Lake Garda.

09/06/2025: A very nice and, above all, very fine little restaurant. The service is truly friendly and welcoming. The Tagliata di Manzo is one of the best, if not the best, I've ever tasted. The beer, wine, grappa, and coffee are also highly recommended. We'd love to come back. A top tip for Desenzano!
