09/03/2025: Pizza in Pala, practically one Pala is equivalent to 2 pizzas, you can choose the topping for each half of the pala, it's a shame that a whole Pala margherita costs €28, some go up to €38 which is shocking. The pizza is nothing special, very soft because it is highly hydrated but both the dough and the sauce are not very tasty. Nice place, very small and very noisy, it seems to be created from a glass-enclosed outbuilding. I strongly advise against it, there are gourmet pizzas, one costs €32, in fact whoever takes it divides it into 2 but this way you eat very little. In Castione della Presolana there are really good pizzerias, very typical environments with normal prices. Service nothing special given that the environment is very modern on the tables there are placemats instead of tablecloths, so they don't have the cost of laundry. 28/02/2025: Had lunch in this rustic style restaurant. Excellent welcome from the dining room staff. Opted for the work menu (15 euros each) with first course, second course and side dish, 1/2 of loose Marzemino Bergamasco red wine for two, and 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water. Coffee ☕️ First course: fusilli in bread crumbs. Basically a paste of garlic, chilli oil and toasted breadcrumbs. Good in flavor, a little over cooked for my personal taste. Tasty speak macaroni and tomato. Second course: strips of beer-baked chicken with a side of polenta and boiled vegetables. All very pleasant. Coffee ☕️ good good! We will definitely return one evening for dinner to try the à la carte menu. Raw material quality: good

The staff are kind, professional and very attentive to the customer who are looked after from the beginning to the end of the meal impeccably. All courses have excellent quality raw materials and original presentations, not to mention the amazing focaccia, bread and breadsticks made by them. The special desserts that satisfy the palate and sight and finally a sweet treat that will make you feel like a child again... thanks for everything we will definitely be back, you are among my favorite restaurants in the area, No. 1

Ciò che ci porta qui è il clima di pace e accoglienza che si respira, la qualità delle materie prime e la ricerca negli abbinamenti e negli accostamenti nei piatti. Definirla enoteca con cucina è limitativo, c'è una vera cucina raffinata che può essere accompagnata da una scelta vastissima e di grande qualità di vini. L'ambiente è semplice ma curato, si respira un'aria familiare e di amicizia. Ultimo,ma non per valore, la cortesia e accoglienza di Roberto, che da vero oste sa metterti a tuo agio e guidarti, insieme a sua moglie in un percorso enogastronomico MERAVIGLIOSO!

09/03/2025: For the first time yesterday we celebrated my grandmother's birthday, the staff were kind and courteous, the food was fresh and delicious, the cake was very fresh and delicious. We return and I recommend it for a genuine and fresh meal.
