The restaurant offers carefully prepared and well-prepared dishes, everything truly fantastic from appetizers to dessert (I fell in love with the risotto). The recently renovated rooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort (excellent linens, excellent toiletries, and a minibar created specifically for the Cascina). What stunned me was the scent of wood that fills the air as soon as you enter the room. The farmhouse also features a small, charming pool surrounded by greenery. If you're in Bergamo and want an excellent gastronomic experience, the spectacular Hotel Belvedi is undoubtedly the best option in the province... I had the pleasure of enjoying the full experience... I booked a room with dinner and breakfast included... Starting with the breathtaking view of the mountains, which makes the experience even more special... We arrived and were greeted by the manager, who immediately showed us to our table... we booked the outdoor area to enjoy the view of the valley... incredibly beautiful... Not even two minutes later, the waiter came to bring us the menu... and it took me a while to choose because everything looked delicious... We ordered a wine to enjoy the view while the appetizer was prepared... everything was very quick, less than 10 minutes, and it was served with elegance... I chose the potato gnocchi as an appetizer... they were exquisite, and the sauce was incredibly good. I don't even know how to describe it... For my second course, I chose the picanha with baked potatoes and chimichurri sauce... another perfect choice for meat lovers... cooked to perfection... Dessert arrived immediately after, which closed the menu impeccably... we finished dinner and went to our room... since it's already summer here in the area... we sleep very well... because it's not too hot and there's no need to turn on the air conditioning... ...the next day, to our great surprise, at breakfast there was already a table reserved for each guest with an endless selection... both savory and sweet... I had the frittata, which, like everything else, was delicious... I'm quite fit, so I skipped the desserts and opted for just the savory dishes... 1000/10 overall... service, food, and ambiance... Tried the restaurant today. A great experience: top location, top-notch service without the snobbishness of the more expensive "restaurants." The food is anything but predictable, with excellent pairings. The menu is satisfying in taste and even more so in portions. A varied wine list with fair prices. What more can I say? It's not close, but it's worth trying again.
