A fantastic dinner, savoring every bite of the finest cured meats from the Giant Bergamasca sheep, superb and extraordinary homemade cheeses, and a truly delicious boiled sheep meat dish 🐑.

Looking for a different dining experience? Then you've found the right place. Carefully selected local ingredients and wine, combined into very good and tasty dishes. Gianni welcomed us, gave advice and tips and selected food according to our wishes. Incredibly pleasant guy, good food and atmosphere. He has also written the book The Bergamesci experience - which describes experiences, food and wine from the entire area, with a particular focus on local and fresh ingredients. Recommended!

La Fiaschetteria isn't your typical restaurant, and that's precisely its strength. It's an intimate place, with just a handful of seats, where the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and authentic. There's no traditional cuisine here, but a meticulously curated selection of local products, presented and described by the host with passion, expertise, and love for Bergamo's traditions.
Incredible cheeses, cured meats, and meats of the highest quality, carefully selected and carefully sourced ingredients. Each bite is accompanied by the host's story, transforming a simple dinner into a true sensory and cultural experience. You can sense that behind every dish there's research, experience, and respect for the ingredients.
It's not a "commercial" or overly advertised place, and that's precisely its charm...it's authentic, genuine, built on quality and human connection. You feel like a guest, not a customer.
Reservations are required given the intimate size of the place, but it's absolutely worth it.
We give it top marks and recommend it to anyone looking for a different experience, filled with authentic flavors, an intimate atmosphere, and genuine passion.
We'll definitely be back.

Superb experience. Gianni is the perfect oste for this small and deeply personal venue. He sources the best and delivers it with charm and knowledge. I can't imagine any future visit to Bergamo that does not take me to La Fiaschetteria.

A very quaint restaurant with wooden beams on the ceiling, stone and brick floors, and a very quiet and welcoming atmosphere. The atmosphere is quite intimate, seating about 15 people. The menu is decidedly unique, with a focus on local products and the region's finest specialties.
