20/09/2025: I visited the restaurant on a Friday evening. I went there without knowing what to expect and I clearly appreciated the simplicity and quality of the products/dishes offered. Ideally located, courteous staff, top notch!

18/09/2025: Very good restaurant! Great food, we felt very comfortable, pleasant and quiet, very patient with my Italian, although English wouldn't have been a problem either ☺️ Zabaione is a dream!!! A definite recommendation if you like seafood!

06/10/2025: One Monday, during a nice motorcycle ride, we stopped at Pizzeria San Marco. It was a perfect choice. More than a pizzeria, it's an old-fashioned trattoria, and you can taste the quality. We wanted to try the main courses and weren't disappointed: venison with polenta, rabbit, and pork shank (to drink with water), plus a few more appetizers—all exceptional. Authentic flavors, perfectly cooked meat. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, a real plus. TOP! Recommended for those seeking authentic traditional cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. A place worth the detour. P.S. For two, we paid 24 euros...

24/09/2025: Apparently squacquerone is a cheese in case you are an ignorant foreigner like me and wondering. Really great place for a quick authentic bite. V tasty and v friendly.

23/10/2025: A good place, with some excellent dishes and others less so. I've been there several times, with varying experiences. The second time, the beef was a disaster: tough, dry, overcooked. As for the entrees, some were excellent, others less so. The tart was spectacular. Excellent prices.

16/10/2025: Found on the recommendation of the very kind host of the Dimore della Corte establishment. Eastern location, but not a very comprehensive menu, and some of the dishes are... sophisticated. Excellent mushroom salad with celery and parmesan, followed by an over-the-top beef fillet. Very fast service and freshly made dishes. The bill, given the quality, was below expectations. The usual advice: Don't go there because next time, if I don't find a table, I'll come looking for you. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

12/10/2025: Perfect for snack alone or with friends. Can strongly recommend polpette, nduja and caponata (Giambotta). Panini look divine. It’s perfect to enjoy a glass of wine or two and a few dishes in a laid back atmosphere or for takeaways.

18/10/2025: The squid with zucchini and king crab are very tasty. Excellent service as well. Definitely worth a try.

18/10/2025: A little disappointing overall. The website constantly crashes. It took over 30 attempts to secure a table. The only option left for an early dinner on my birthday was at the Bistrot Garden. My biggest concern was how poorly my food allergy was handled. I had to ask five times whether the dishes brought to me were safe. Three of them contained ingredients I cannot eat and could have put me in hospital. At this level, I would expect the kitchen to offer a suitable alternative or a simple sauce adjustment, especially on a €110 starter. Most restaurants of this calibre handle dietary restrictions with care and professionalism, often suggesting safe bread or sides. The main courses were also underwhelming. My husband’s king crab arrived lukewarm, while mine was so hot it burned my lips. I mentioned the temperature issue twice before the manager came over felt confrontational at this point, and we were still charged for the dishes I didn’t eat/ The wine selection was the saving grace, with excellent options and knowledgeable service from the sommelier. We left feeling unsatisfied and still hungry. Not the experience we had hoped for, especially given the price and reputation.

30/09/2025: This restaurant offers simple but very well-prepared dishes, served with friendliness by the wait staff. We'll definitely be back to try some other dishes! The price was in line with the offer. Great!

01/10/2025: Another magical winery on the west side of Lake Garda. A must if you are planning a trip to this area, super good wine and the best staff.

16/09/2025: Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Very nice local vibe and had lovely staff. They were also great at dealing with a table of 11. Pricing is also extremely great value for money. Definitely recommend

11/09/2025: Welcome: Courteous Service: Fast and attentive Appetizers: Ups and downs First courses: Correct but lacking in character Desserts: Disappointing Ambience: Noisy Bill: €203 A historic restaurant on the Naviglio Pavese canal, with a long tradition and impeccable service: fast, courteous, and attentive waiters. The mussels among the appetizers were truly excellent, as were the octopus with artichokes and the oysters. However, the raw scampi and especially the tuna tartare were disappointing, with almost no flavor. The off-menu scallops were decent but not special, while the spaghetti with squid and clams was adequate but lacking in character. Desserts were unconvincing, with a mediocre tiramisu and merely adequate pistachio semifreddo. The atmosphere is lively but very noisy, more suited to business lunches or dinners with friends than couples. The final bill was €203, in line with the menu but lacking any welcome or courtesy. In short: excellent service and memorable mussels, but too many ups and downs in the dishes.
