10/12/2025: We went for lunch on Saturday without a reservation (last-minute trip to Monza) and they welcomed us anyway, giving us an hour to eat.
A very nice and well-kept place, a little different from the others (not the typical sandwich shop atmosphere), and delicious sandwiches!! 🤩
€10-15 per person (sandwich + water/beer)
09/12/2025: We're regulars now! High-quality sandwiches at a great price, Speedy is an institution in Monza! (I recommend booking on weekends.)

The modern and pleasant atmosphere is perfect for an aperitif or a quiet evening with friends.
It's truly a special place: seeing the city from above, with all the lights and hustle and bustle, creates a unique atmosphere.
A relaxing yet vibrant experience.

10/10/2025: Great restaurant that clearly takes pride in their food. Lovely retro vibe inside. Service old fashioned which I liked. Food was tasty and plentiful. Homemade pasta lovely and fresh, beef carpaccio and salmon tartare were excellent, pork with porcini to die for. Dessert were especially good and lovingly prepared. Wines we tried were superb. Hosts were clearly enjoying hosting which is always a plus. Best in Lierna and not just because of food which is amazing but the whole experience. I went away happy and smiling twice. Grazie mille

11/12/2025: Wonderful evening!! We ate wonderfully! But I already knew, I've been there a few times. Parking is a bit chaotic, and the road to the restaurant is a bit... bumpy, let's say. But once you're inside, you won't have to worry anymore. Friendly staff, prices a bit higher than average.
07/12/2025: Sunday lunch with relatives. Highly recommended by friends. We would never have found it on our own.
Delicious and plentiful Bergamo cuisine in an informal setting.
Extremely kind and helpful staff.
I forgot to take photos of what we ate: the goose breast and donkey stew were fantastic.
A selection of grappas and bitters to finish.
Very fair prices.
Highly recommended.

15/11/2025: A unique location, very welcoming and clean. Thomas, the owner, makes you feel at ease right away, describing and recommending the various menu items or customizations upon request. Everything is delicious and freshly prepared without long waits. There's also a good selection of craft beers. The dessert was a must, and to finish, an excellent amaro. Highly recommended for an evening with family or friends.

The two chefs: skilled and welcoming.
14/10/2025: They smile. The person who greets you at the entrance smiles, the photos of the founders smile, the extremely courteous chef smiles as he greets you at the end of a perfect dinner. And they are elegant, in their manners, in their dishes, in their table choreography, even in clearing the table. And they are all good, professional and discreet, yet present, attentive, and warm. And then there's the joy of the palate, which surprises and excites you. A small, concave plate where you dig in like a soft-boiled egg or a sea urchin. A pigeon liver chocolate. A crispy sweetbread that rivals foie gras. A mushroom that fills your palate with porcini mushrooms. And almond milk and Sauternes accompany a magical blend of licorice and lemon. Indeed, the Luogo di Aimo e Nadia is a magical place.

22/11/2025: It’s been a nice experience in a typical traditional Italian restaurant near to the borders with Switzerland facing the beautiful nature of mountains.
Pros: professional waiters- variety of seafood dishes with pasta- nice taste - nice cheese appetizers were offered- rustic style looks like a cottage at the mountains-seats were okay.
Cons: As shrimp lover, I wish there was a pasta dish with shrimp only as I don’t like clams and muscles.
All in all, it could be a nice chance to have a special experience of Italian cuisine there.
13/11/2025: We visited this restaurant with my family (a fairly large group) and had a great time! The restaurant is spacious and welcoming; I recommend making a reservation. The menu is varied, featuring many traditional Valtellina dishes (as well as an excellent selection of seafood) and a good selection of wines by the bottle. The service is fast and courteous, and the price is fair for the quality of the food. The large parking lot, right in front of the restaurant, is also very convenient.
