05/09/2025: An experience I'll definitely repeat! I chose a whole wheat Donna Assunta pizza, and it was spectacular. The various dough types were explained to us thoroughly. Excellent products, and the service was extremely courteous.

24/08/2025: A lovely hotel in the center of Livigno, convenient for public transportation (which is free in this city) and with ski lifts nearby. Family-run, the service immediately puts you at ease. Clean rooms. Breakfast is excellent, as is the cuisine, which boasts delicious specialties and alternatives.

30/07/2025: Magnificent!! is the first adjective that comes to mind, but perhaps it's not enough to describe our experience at the Cristallo Hotel. The room was perfect, clean, welcoming, and complete with every amenity. Good breakfast. Excellent dinner, high-quality food and cuisine, Lorenza truly superb. The staff was helpful and kind, attentive to our every request. And finally, the icing on the cake was Maura, the owner: AWESOME, KIND, COMPETENT, and THOUGHTFUL. She makes the hotel feel like a big family. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Tany and Angela

24/08/2025: We went for a family lunch and found ourselves part of a family. From the first moment, you feel welcomed not as a customer but as a relative. We ate everything, from the appetizer to the main course and the fried river fish. It seemed like so many, but I could have eaten endlessly, they were so light. Highly recommended. Go, go, go.

30/07/2025: I stopped at this restaurant for a family birthday lunch. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful. We tried a variety of appetizers, fresh and well-served fish, but nothing you can't find elsewhere. The first courses, however, were superb; both the spaghetti with squid ink and the paccheri allo scoglio were worth trying. The mixed fried fish was plentiful, not greasy, and not at all heavy. The bill was perhaps a little more expensive than other places, but absolutely in line with what we ate. A more than positive experience.

14/08/2025: The restaurant is very nice, and the menu offers a decent selection without being overwhelming. The quality, too, is amazing! I'd return in the winter for something Milanese, but there were also good choices in the summer.

16/09/2025: For those with intolerances, it's always a surprise... I'm wary of going if you have intolerances. The food is delicious, but only for those who eat everything. I made a reservation... and yet they forgot. They probably work hard but pay little attention to celiacs or other people.
