I was there for lunch yesterday, I must say that the place is very nice, the food is good but the staff wasn't exactly friendly at the beginning. I booked for Easter on March 1st to have a safe place, given that the restaurants are always full, but when I arrived yesterday I found the surprise, on the theme of Easter,.... the reservation was not available, and I was criticized for the fact that I hadn't called and they wanted to send us away as they had no more places, only by going back to the call via Cell did they change their minds and found us a makeshift place. The situation left us with a bad taste in our mouths, even though they apologized many times......and they could at least offer us a dessert for the mix-up😂

Typical trattoria with honest and traditional cuisine. Good appetizers and desserts, excellent first and second courses. Very friendly staff but a little worried due to the crowd. Fair prices and ample parking 50 meters away.

The first course and the second course we took were very good. The appetizer we had for two people to share was not exactly cheap given the quantity and variety. Staff a little confused perhaps due to the number of tables to be served. Overall I would stay here again

Trattoria not far from the castle of Chignolo Po. Even though it was very crowded on Sunday lunch, it was still possible to find a table and enjoy an excellent bacon stew with vegetables and fried potatoes which warmed the belly and heart, after the cold experienced during the visit to the castle .
Restaurant worth the trip.

Dopo una bellissima visita al castello siamo andati a pranzo qui. Ci siamo trovati bene, molto gentili e veloce il servizio. Unica pecca pochi contorni o spinaci burro o patatine fritte (e la friggitrice era fuori servizio)

Ambiente tipico della bassa Padana, personale gentile e accogliente.
Piatti non per stomachini, ma per veri intenditori.
Posso solo lodare tutto quello che ci è stato servito.
A partire dall’antipasto, fino al dolce.
Vino rosso sfuso della casa bel frizzante e corposo, giurerei un Gutturnio, che aiuta molto e si abbina perfettamente.
Prezzi onestissimi.
