07/09/2025: An excellent experience at the Un Posto al Sole bar in Bergamo. The aperitif was generous and of high quality: the platter for two was so generous it was enough for four. The cocktails stood out for their flavor and attention to detail, including the non-alcoholic ones, which were pleasant and well-balanced. The gin and tonic served with tonic water on the side was particularly appreciated, a sign of professionalism and attention to detail. A venue that has established itself as a go-to for aperitifs in Bergamo. Highly recommended.

19/08/2025: This is a small restaurant in the hills between lake Como and the lake of Lugano. The owners are very attentive and the food is lovely. The atmosphere is relaxed but well thought out. The food is classic modern Italian with a twist.

03/09/2025: It was very nice. The food was very good, but unfortunately I wasn't satisfied with the calamari. The atmosphere was wonderful, the waiters very polite. The lake is very close, which is why we chose this restaurant. The prices are a bit high.

24/08/2025: Avoid this place. It's a rainy Sunday morning at the end of August. We ask a waiter if they do breakfast, and he says yes. We sit down and are brought four empty croissants (there was no jam) of such poor quality that they seem packaged, two cappuccinos, one coffee, and two juices. Total: €38.20. We'll definitely avoid returning to this place for the next twenty days of our stay in Como.

25/04/2025: Sempre una garanzia! Risotti super!! Pranzo di lavoro insuperabile, piatti sempre preparati in giornata con ingredienti freschi. Dolci fatti da loro Occorre però sempre prenotare perché si rischia di non trovare posto.

06/09/2025: The best pizza I've ever had, even better than in Naples, with a huge variety of flavors and different flours. The seafood salad was excellent and artfully presented. The desserts were delicious, both gluten-free and lactose-free. My pizza, despite being gluten-free and lactose-free, was also excellent. Excellent wine. The location was charming with a wonderful outdoor space. The staff was super friendly and professional, and our waiter, Christian, was adorable. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

20/07/2025: 20 luglio 2025 Questa mattina, intorno alle 8, mi sono seduto al tavolo esterno del bar per fare colazione e acquistare un pacchetto di sigarette. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata pessima. Dopo qualche minuto è uscita una dipendente – una ragazza tra i 20 e i 25 anni, alta circa 1 metro e 60, capelli castano chiaro di media lunghezza legati – che mi ha detto “arrivo subito”, salvo poi tornare dopo un’attesa prolungata con un atteggiamento strafottente. Le ho chiesto gentilmente un caffè e le sigarette, ma ha sogghignato rispondendo che “forse non poteva portare le sigarette fuori”. Le ho detto che le avrei pagate subito e che poteva portarmi il resto insieme all’ordine, ma ha risposto in modo ancora più acido e sgarbato. A quel punto le ho fatto notare, con sarcasmo, quanto fosse simpatica, e le ho detto che sarei andato da un’altra parte. Lei ha replicato subito: “Allora vai.” E così ho fatto, ma non prima di mandarla a quel paese, esasperato dalla totale mancanza di rispetto. Un comportamento simile, soprattutto a quell’ora del mattino, è inaccettabile. Non tornerò mai più. This morning around 8 a.m., I sat at one of the outdoor tables to have breakfast and buy a pack of cigarettes. Unfortunately, the experience was awful. After a few minutes, a staff member came out — a young woman between 20 and 25 years old, about 1.60 meters tall, with medium-length light brown hair tied back — and said “I’ll be right with you,” but didn’t return for a while. When she finally did, her attitude was smug and dismissive. I politely asked for a coffee and a pack of cigarettes, but she smirked and said she “probably couldn’t bring cigarettes outside.” I told her I could pay immediately and she could bring me the change with the rest of the order, but her reply was even more acidic and rude. I sarcastically commented on how “friendly” she was and said I’d go somewhere else. Her only response: “Then go.” So I did — but not before expressing exactly how I felt about her attitude. Such disrespectful behavior, especially first thing in the morning, is completely unacceptable. I will never return.

05/08/2025: A semi-hidden little place near the train station, but the food is excellent. We had Chinese food, and I must say it was all very good, and we spent about €25 each, including dessert. The waiters were very helpful and knowledgeable!

31/08/2025: A panoramic restaurant located along the walk to the beautiful Cenghen waterfalls. We had a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses, pizzoccheri, and polenta...all delicious. The service and value for money were also excellent! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
