08/08/2026: Food was amazing! Our server was very nice and friendly. He suggested two excellent pasta specials and they both were tasty, fresh, and unique. The aperol spritz were also perfectly made. We also got free limoncello at the end as a surprise. This was our first meal in Italy and it was amazing!

05/08/2026: Beautiful location Appetizers okay Both the first courses were salty and were taken away, but we weren't asked if they needed to be remade or if we wanted something else. When it came to the bill, they only deducted one of the two dishes because they didn't think the other one was... in any case, I think if a customer doesn't eat a dish, it shouldn't end up on the bill. When you're working, you can make mistakes, of course, but the poor service was handled poorly...

07/08/2026: The food is truly delicious, plentiful, and very reasonably priced. The outdoor courtyard where you eat is large and very pretty. The only downside is that, due to the terrain, some seats are a bit sloping. The tables are also a bit narrow, making it difficult to sit close to the table because your legs touch it.

22/07/2026: Excellent food, super attentive staff (I'm vegetarian, and my partner and I had a mixed appetizer, and they were kind enough to separate the meaty and non-meat portions!), and a lovely outside. I absolutely recommend the ravioli, they're delicious. We'll definitely be back!

14/06/2026: The place is very nice, with a terrace overlooking the sea and a welcoming atmosphere. The food is good, with generous portions... the only flaw is the service, which could be improved, especially in terms of payment processing. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. The prices are super fair.

25/04/2026: We met with Tuscan friends on April 25th, and the place immediately made a positive impression on me... And so it was: good and adequate appetizers (mixed fish, octopus, and potatoes, hot fish and vinegar appetizer), rich first courses (linguine with bottarga), wonderful second courses (fried fish and calamari); noteworthy: the house tiramisu and wild fennel liqueur (complimentary by the restaurant owner). We'll be back! I forgot about the wine: a Pigato, appropriately alcoholic and rich in fruity aromas.

18/04/2026: Everything was delicious! We had a fish appetizer, seafood risotto, and fried fish. Our son had a tender sea bream fillet, cooked to perfection and without a single bone! The staff were very friendly! Well done!

10/06/2026: 🐔 We went to Cà Sottane for a wedding, and honestly, it feels like one of those places straight out of a Ligurian inland postcard. Nature everywhere, tranquility, animals roaming the surrounding area, and that authentic atmosphere that's increasingly rare these days. What struck us most is the real passion behind it: much of what's served is homemade, and you can taste it from the first bite to the last. Appetizers, first courses, second courses... everything is delicious, without exception. No "filling" courses, just things made well and with care. The staff was incredibly kind throughout the day, but a special mention goes to the chef: a character in the best sense of the word. Friendly, genuine, and captivating, one of those people who can put you in a good mood even before you've tasted what she's cooking. If you're looking for a place surrounded by greenery, with excellent food, animals, a family atmosphere, and people who put their heart into it, Cà Sottane is truly a place worth visiting. I would go back without thinking twice!!

Everything was perfect: the ambiance on the little square in the evening, the quick and efficient service, and the delicious food from appetizers to desserts... Thank you for this great experience; we will gladly return.

28/04/2026: The atmosphere is welcoming and unique, seemingly created inside a cave, so the space is lit with artificial light. It's still rustic and quaint. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very approachable. The menu offers a wide selection, from appetizers to dessert, with the option of second helpings. The food is fresh, excellent, and well-cooked. The price is €40, including wine, liqueurs, and coffee. Parking is about 150 meters away. Continuing along the road, on the right, there's a fork that leads to a widening of the road, which is now used as a free parking lot. I recommend it. Not suitable for children due to the somewhat limited space.

23/07/2026: 🇮🇹 One more: my top favorite restaurant in Sanremo.This is Italy at its best: simple, elegant, and full of la dolce vita🥂 A local, authentic place with real history, the owner is always there, the same lovely staff, and that kind of consistency you just can’t fake. Try the Sanremo prawns and the seafood risotto… absolutely to die for 🦐 The wine list🍾 is amazing too , I’d personally recommend the BellaVista Franciacorta. And don’t skip dessert: the trolley of sweets is such a treat, especially the tiramisu.

22/07/2026: We had soup, which was a 10/10. The mixed raw fish was a 6/10, lacking in flavor. The octopus on potato gratin was a 5/10, simple and nothing special. We've had much better food at a diner. I probably won't come here again because I wanted something simpler and tastier. :))

13/05/2026: Pleasant evening, good food, good service. They could do a little better, but still good quality and excellent value for money. Rustic decor and style with touches of elegance. Beautiful location, perfect for events, with lots of greenery.

20/08/2026: When we come on holiday to Liguria, we're sometimes accustomed to somewhat aloof service and portions that aren't always generous. Then we dine at a restaurant like this, and everything changes. We ate wonderfully: incredibly fresh fish and meat, carefully prepared dishes, and generous, appropriate portions. What really makes the difference is the hospitality. Italo, right from the moment we book, demonstrates a special attention to the customer, which is evident throughout the entire service. The truth is that in Liguria there are still places like this, where quality, attention, and hospitality go hand in hand. We'll definitely be back and I highly recommend it to everyone.

19/08/2026: A restaurant not to be missed!!! Delicious dishes that smell of Italy and homemade goodness. A small, family-run establishment, so be sure to book ahead as it's very popular. I highly recommend it. And what's more, they have a special vegan dish!!!! Very rare in Italy. Especially homemade. And excellent meat with pistachio pesto for my friend. Thanks again for everything. See you next year.
