The food is simply exceptional, with fresh, well-prepared ingredients and delicious flavors. Plus, the location is ideal, right across from the San Remo Casino. 14/05/2025: Far from traditional Italian cuisine, osso bucco without tomatoes or bone marrow and the cherry on the cake was served with rice, not even pasta and not specified! A glass of wine served as an aperitif and my husband's arrived 10 minutes later! Luckily there were only 2 of us! I ordered a second glass after the starter which never arrived!! Not even water, nothing! We left afterward, no desire for dessert or anything else, just to go elsewhere to hydrate or have a drink. The welcome is far from warm, avoid it.

07/05/2025: Very interesting restaurant, it looks like it is run by the owner couple. The menu contains many fish dishes, but also meat including kangaroo, zebra or buffalo. The boss serves himself. The food (sepia with vegetables and ravioli as a second course) was excellent. The wine list was good but there was only a few wine by the glass. Blessed is the one who manages a whole bottle 😊. The lemon cream for dessert was sensational. Very nice restaurant with funny decor, very good service and food. Hence five⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

04/05/2025: A real revelation! It had been recommended to me for some time by a friend in the area and I finally got to try it... And it's an incredible restaurant! It's the first time I've eaten the wheels so I have no comparison but they were undoubtedly good. The Argentinian meat was, however, superb! Truly compliments for the quality and how it is cooked: everything grilled in full view! Desserts and wine are also delicious, combined with super friendly and attentive service. Furthermore, you will find super honest prices, especially considering the very high quality that is offered. Finally, the location is truly wonderful, especially on the terrace which has a truly incredible view.

Quintessenza Restaurant also boasts a large terrace, located on the seventh floor of the Best Western Hotel Nazionale Sanremo, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view

10/05/2025: We went this evening to this nice place in Diano Castello. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I have celiac disease and in addition to the gluten-free bread made by them, there are many options on the menu, from pasta to fried fish. I also recommend it for the beautiful view.

05/05/2025: It exudes Italian authenticity, you almost feel at home. You are very well received in this Dolceacqua restaurant nestled in the valley. The cuisine is just as authentic with incredible generosity on the pizzas and meats (cured meats on the menu). A wide choice of local Italian wines. The terrace is incredible. Small onion service. 23/05/2025: They have very special pizzas. Or where else can you get candied lemons on a pizza?!? The decor is chic, but it gets very loud when it gets busy. The chairs are stylish, but not exactly comfortable 😉

01/06/2025: Really nice servers, great service. The pizza salame is not amazing, its an okay taste. The virgin colada was good but quite expensive 8€. We paid 40€ for 2 people.
