A small but fine selection is served, offering a taste of the true diversity of Italian cuisine – and that's much more than "just" pizza, which, by the way, is also delicious here. The unpretentious restaurant (vaulted ceiling), its food, and the people are still an insider's delight, even though it's been around for a long time. Friendly, attentive service. My top recommendation for anyone who knows that the simple can be very complex. Had a kind of vegetable gratin with asparagus. Accompanied by a simple local wine. L'Armuen is located upstairs and somewhat hidden in the old part of Porto Maurizio. I love it! Much more than a pizzeria and something for individualists! 06/07/2025: Comfortable hotel, abundant and varied breakfast, excellent service, dinner with quality products, possibility of lunch, bathroom without bidet and room without mini bar, steps to reach the rooms, a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can relax and read in complete tranquility. Recommended

04/07/2025: Had dinner with my wife at the beginning of July. The waitress, despite her young age, was very knowledgeable and good at creating the conditions for a comfortable dinner, drawing the attention of the parents at a nearby table to the somewhat too lively behavior of their children. Excellent appetizers, filleted raw fish (in this case tuna) and marinated anchovies. Also excellent were the main courses, baked Umbrina fillet on EVO oil puree and fillets of sea bream in a potato crust with courgette flan (for my tastes I would have accompanied the sea bream with a sautéed vegetable). Good bread. All accompanied by two glasses of wine, a bottle of water and finally coffee and barley. Honest price of 94 euros. The only flaw was a piece of blue tuna that worried us a bit but the waitress promptly reassured us as it was food coloring used to decorate the dish.

20/06/2025: Attentive waitstaff, beautiful little setting. We sat indoors by the window because there were no seats outside but it was lovely and traditionally Italian. The food was sublime, the atmosphere was relaxed. Clearly it’s a locals favourite. Very reasonable prices, huge value for money. Worth a visit!!

14/06/2025: Super friendly service, and the menu was explained to us very nicely in English. There's always a daily special from which you can choose dishes, but they're always locally sourced and cooked with lots of love. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for our food and felt very comfortable. A little more expensive than nearby restaurants, but you can taste it. A small dessert was on the house. Thanks for the lovely evening. We would come back anytime and warmly recommend it.

12/01/2025: A real Ligurian highlight! Wonderful antipasti, the best virgin olive oil and really friendly staff in a great atmosphere. We were there for the second time and loved it both times! Extra bonus: the fine (native, extra virgin) products to take away cost a fraction of the price here in the store 3 liters of olive oil just over €50

05/05/2025: Gentilezza, pulizia e qualità nel cibo non sono sempre facili da trovare in questa regione, spesso ostile al turista. Se devo fare un confronto con tutti gli altri provati al ristorante Le nereidi ho trovato uno staff che saluta e ti accoglie con gentilezza ( sembra una banalità ma in Liguria sul mare non è sempre scontato) pulizia impeccabile ( in Liguria sul mare una rarità se non nei ristoranti di alto livello) qualità nel cibo e massima attenzione al cliente (una rarità in Liguria). Consigliato ci ritorneremo. Complimenti e continuate così perché siete differenti da tanti altri

03/05/2025: Ottimo tutto...dal servizio alla presentazione dei piatti .. squisiti. Notevoli gli antipasti di mare tutto molto fresco, degni di nota i tagliolini neri con con tartare di tonno e burrata, la frittura leggera e abbondante.

13/01/2025: Relaxing and informal place, and everything is good, it's Christmas lunch 2024 when often even where you eat well, you eat badly because they have to manage a full house, here there was excellent treatment, very good starters, first courses ditto and excellent second courses, interlude with abundant snails, delicious desserts and wines included in the price. Homemade cuisine, very kind staff, they do the second and even third round of the tables with the courses, and very attentive to the tables, you never had to ask for anything, like water or bread, it really deserves a lot, and I will be back soon.

07/01/2025: I would call it an inn - in the best sense of the word(!). The restaurant is open at short notice on the day of rest for a total of 11 people - of course only after a phone call from a local... Friendly, simple Ligurian cuisine - very, very good food 😍 These people took care of all the guests in a very short time and with passion - with about 1 hour's notice - great respect. Very personable!
