08/01/2026: A good place for lunch or dinner, very good food, prices a little high, but the quality seems good. The pizza is also very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

02/01/2026: Disappointed… a bottle of water was brought without us asking and charged twice at the end instead of once! Also, be aware that they charge for cutlery (€3 per person). However, the pizzas are still relatively good for the price.

10/02/2026: Judging by the positive reviews, we must have caught them on a bad day. It seemed to have been reheated. It was dry and really didn't taste good. We had severe stomach problems for two days.

08/02/2026: A wonderful experience, attentive service, and excellent quality products – artichoke salad, seafood ravioli, topped with a pistachio tiramisu. Discovered by chance one Sunday at lunchtime, I recommend it without reservation. P.S.: It's a bit tropical near the entrance, so even in the middle of winter, it feels like summer.

01/08/2025: A small, tastefully decorated and very charming place. The friendly owner immediately puts you at ease. Excellent food. The paella is delicious, but reservations are required. Good value.

27/02/2026: The Italian hot chocolate, was delicious thick and the best hot chocolate I've ever had. We stopped here for a light lunch. The Toasted sandwich were very nice. I am disabled I have huntingtons which means I fall over very often, unfortunately I fell over on my way to the toilet, several lovely Italian men (staff and customers) came to my rescue. Thank you x

30/12/2025: I had lunch there with friends, their customers, and I was surprised that despite the simple atmosphere, I found exceptional cuisine, fresh and delicious products, typical Ligurian dishes, which I had never tasted before and which I greatly appreciated, especially the appetizers, portions just right for enjoying everything right up to the desserts. I recommend Trattoria da Maria to all foodies, the owners, whom I thank, are efficient and friendly, we will definitely return.

12/10/2025: The service complains if you're in a hurry, and it takes 30 minutes to bring a plate of tomatoes—I'm not kidding, 30 minutes. They're rude, and they don't bring much bread. Don't order the potatoes, they're burnt, and the pesto pasta tastes like nothing.

02/01/2026: A very negative experience for New Year's Eve dinner: the room was cold and filled with icy drafts, the menu was quite poor compared to the bill and poorly executed by the kitchen, the musical entertainment was subpar, incredibly lacking even the midnight countdown and the customary toast! Shameful...the only positive note was the service.

27/11/2025: I'm in love with Imperia. Like every year, almost like a ritual, I have to go to Lanterna Blu to relive the same experience that has been with me since I was a child. La Lanterna Blu isn't just a restaurant; it's the symbol of this beautiful province. It's a magical place characterized by an elegant, distinguished, clean, and comfortable setting. Max makes you feel right at home, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. But let's move on to the dishes. What can I say? They're in keeping with the location and could sum it all up in one word: "Quality." The catch of the day I ate was sublime; the ingredients were fresh and served with care and elegance, the attention to the customer and their needs was attentive, and the wine list was vast. All these qualities should be taken for granted, but unfortunately, these days they're not easy to find in the restaurant world. In short, maybe it's just me who has a soft spot for this place, but it's definitely a place worth visiting if you're in the area. See you soon, Max.

19/02/2026: Excellent hotel from the BW chain. Well located, at least for what I need during my business trips. The room isn't very spacious but is in excellent condition. A little dusty (be careful!), but nothing special. The balcony with a sea view is lovely. The breakfast is generous and excellent. There's a good restaurant in the same room, also overlooking the sea, in the evenings. The in-room TV and internet work perfectly. There's a decent gym with plenty of equipment and weights, although it's a bit messy (I'd suggest tidying it up and adding a little more space). Excellent value for money. The staff were really friendly, both at check-in and check-out and in the dining room. I recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

13/10/2025: Excellent in every way... Hospitality, cleanliness, room, and superb breakfast! By bike, it's a pleasant ride along the seafront toward the center.
