07/06/2026: When I enter a restaurant on a Monday evening and see it packed, with a spartan atmosphere and waiters always rushing around, I immediately have a good premonition. The quality of the meat and the entrees we ordered confirmed this. They were also kind and understanding with the kids, which is always a plus. Let me be clear: if in your ideal restaurant the waiter opens the door wearing white gloves and brings you 50 grams of Co-op meat in the center of a half-meter-wide plate, this place is not for you (and I know there are many of you).
