29/03/2026: We recommend it. A simple, traditional family restaurant. We ordered the "Il Genovese" starter, which was fine. The pasta dishes, however, were very good. We ordered chestnut gnocchi with pesto and lasagnette with pesto. We also enjoyed the house wine.

06/06/2026: The recommended white wine was good. The focaccia was moist and good. The Seabream fresh pasta was light and decent. The owner and staff were friendly, which made me feel good.

04/06/2026: We traveled from Milan specifically to try this historic and renowned restaurant, drawn in by the many Instagram reels showing inviting dishes. Unfortunately, the experience didn't entirely meet our expectations, especially regarding the quantity/price ratio. What didn't work was the Recco focaccia. From the videos, it looked like a generous and rich portion; in reality, for €10, we were served three decidedly thin and "poor" pieces, one even burned! For the first courses, we ordered pasta with country-style pesto. The flavor was good and savory, but the presentation and richness of the ingredients left much to be desired; there was only one green bean and the potatoes were almost invisible. It's unfortunate to say that service to "non-regulars" is so lacking for such a famous establishment, but we had the distinct feeling that there's a disparity in treatment (both in portions and attention) between regulars/acquaintances and those, like us, who are out of town and are seen as "passing tourists." What worked The five fried anchovies were very good, fresh, and a fair portion for the price. Overall, the food is tasty, but for the prices charged, the presentation and the generous portions leave something to be desired. It's a shame, but given the trip and the small portions, we're unlikely to return.

09/08/2026: I'm giving it 4 stars because the pizza selection (the menu) is enormous, with so many choices to suit all tastes. They are absolutely delicious, the service is perfect, quick, and very courteous. A big thank you to the waitress who speaks French and gave us great advice. This is a restaurant not to be missed; whether you're inside or outside, everything is possible. Of course, we'll be back before the end of our stay in Moneglia. The prices are very reasonable. Oh yes, if you want to try a good IPA, try the one at Il Cicco.

04/08/2026: The food was excellent, the service was competent and incredibly polite; we were extremely lucky and didn't have to wait at all. What surprised us was that someone gave a low rating but confirmed that the food was absolutely delicious.

05/08/2026: I often come to Finale Ligure, and Acqua Viva is my favorite restaurant. The food is good, and the staff is knowledgeable, extremely kind, and friendly. The location is beautiful and well-kept, and the prices are in line with the local average.

31/07/2026: Excellent seafood, in my opinion the best between Pietra and Finale. The veranda overlooking the sea is lovely. It's a shame the service is a bit slow, but it was worth it.

15/05/2026: The service is a disgrace. The pizzas are shameful and of extremely poor quality. A picture is worth a thousand words. Never order anything from this place.

10/08/2026: The dishes were good but nothing special. The highlight was the sea bass fillet, which was brought with lots of bones. The outside tables had a slightly uneven floor. The waiters were friendly. There were few dessert options for those with allergies. The price (65 euros without wine) was decidedly high.

04/08/2026: My girlfriend used to come here with her father, and since we were in the area, we decided to return for lunch at the inn. The atmosphere feels like stepping into an Alpine chalet... truly impressive and well-kept. The owners are truly helpful and very kind and make you feel at home... and as for the food... I repeat what I told the owners that day: the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. We'll be back again.

07/05/2026: Excellent food and service! We stopped by in the afternoon and made a reservation in person for the same evening. We had a very nice outdoor table. We ordered pastas and fish, all perfectly prepared and delicious. Appetizers were great, as were the desserts. Nice selection of wines. Service was impeccable. Great food, not pretentious. Very welcoming and friendly.

06/05/2026: Lovely restaurant with succulent and refined dishes: octopus salad, delicious fresh pasta, and a panna cotta to die for... The daily special of pasta with scampi and green asparagus was delicious; a little more asparagus would have been even better, as it was excellent. The service was pleasant. We had a great time on our last evening in the Cinque Terre. The price is justified.

19/07/2026: We were there for a wedding dinner with friends. What can I say? Everything was wonderful! Excellent organization, wonderful dishes, including those made with local products. We appreciated the greeting from Mayor Claudio Solari. Thanks to all the staff, especially Rachele, who made us feel at home with her warmth, kindness, and professionalism. We recommend this place if you want to eat more than just well.

13/08/2026: We went to Ostai du Mâ, a very clean place, and the staff were very welcoming and kind. The dishes we ordered met our expectations, especially the raw fish tirs, which were super fresh. I recommend this restaurant to everyone! Well done!

18/08/2026: We came for takeout and we weren't disappointed! Very good, friendly and smiling staff. Very affordable. We'll be back tomorrow at lunchtime :) A small portion is enough for children. €26 for two adults (medium and large portions) and one child!

20/08/2026: I found this place with an app that counts calories from a photo. This cuttlefish was within my daily allowance and had excellent protein. The dish was tasty and well-cooked. The place is quiet and the service is quick.

12/08/2026: Exceptional food, I would say that even at the two-star level, the chef is talented. The wine list is a bit disappointing, all the older vintages are more or less drunk. The Barolo is disappointing.
