We tried the house aperitif with mixed focaccias, pansoti with walnut sauce and trofie with pesto with potatoes and green beans, amaretti and baci di dama, all very good. Convenient to reach (a stone's throw from Via xx Settembre and Brignole station)

The interior, elegant and contemporary, is studied in detail, but never loses that touch of warmth and personality that makes it welcoming. 19/03/2025: assez déçue par le service très peu attentionné - nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter de l'apéritif (avec erreurs dans la commande) car les entrées sont arrivées immédiatement. ensuite, le serveur n'avait qu'une idée, débarrasser alors que deux de mes amis n'avaient pas terminé. vraiment dommage, car la nourriture est très bonne et le cadre vraiment agréable.

17/03/2025: Cena di coppia durante breve vacanza in occasione dei carri fioriti. Tavoli ben distanziati con Privacy mantenuta, locale e servizi ben puliti. Viene offerto calice di prosecco di benvenuto, con focaccia. Ordiniamo 2 antipasti e una paella. Tartare di salmone molto ben eseguita, delicata. Insalata di mare che giunge ancora calda e ben bilanciata. Paella ben fatta, un piccolo appunto sarebbe meglio togliere intestino dai gamberi, anche col carapace si riesce a togliere facilmente. Caffè a chiusura ben fatto. 80 euro per 2 antipasti di pesce e paella, direi un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci torneremo molto volentieri.

09/03/2025: Delicious vegan restaurant in the center of La Spezia. We took a mixed appetizer of fermented products (similar to cheeses), croutons, sauces... very interesting, good. As a dish we then took the burger sandwiches. We opted for the one with bacon and the one with potato rosti. We tried both the Beyond burger and the Redefine burger, both very good and tasty, very reminiscent of meat burgers. We liked them a lot. The place was very nice, with a ground floor and a raised mezzanine area. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices a little above average. I recommend it, it's worth a try.

08/03/2025: We went to this restaurant in La Spezia which offers a vegan menu, premise we are not vegans but we wanted to try it and we enjoyed it very much, we waited a little but it was worth it because the dishes were really excellent and tasty. The spritz was also well done.

28/02/2025: What can I say... Just finished a splendid Fondue dinner... soo good!! Fantastic service... Every 5min they ask you if everything is ok and if anything is needed... Exceptional food quality.. The owners Alice and Jacopo, fantastic, make you feel at home!!! Andrea the Maitre, a super 10, in addition to being super prepared and professional, accompanies every dish with wines that are always spot on...guys, try it to believe it, that's it!

02/02/2025: Il locale preferito dai miei figli e dai loro amici. Gli hamburger sono davvero ottimi, con la possibilità di ordinarlo anche senza glutine. Ma non solo hamburger anche lasagne, tartare, gnocchetti e zimino di ceci. Golosi i dolci con qualche proposta anche gluten free, Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Beautiful wine list, welcoming and efficient team Meat, fish, seafood, pasta and desserts obviously everything is perfect. We recommend 👍👍👍👍👍

15/03/2025: Good food, the mixed fried food was excellent, as was the focaccia included in the service. Very courteous service, it's a shame about the environment (it lacks a bit of personality, perhaps a tablecloth/placemat on the tables) and the arrangement of the dishes (I really didn't understand the bread pan instead of a classic basket). 07/03/2025: I wanted to tell you many things but I don't know where to start, Lello I would like to spoil you!.... Jokes aside, this little song that I like to hum to myself while I enjoy the best sandwich of my life (come on Turin), and I'm about to have a culinary orgasm. Let's start from the location, on one of the most important avenues of Diano, there, like a dream, stands an oasis in the desert, a lighthouse in the middle of the ocean (Lello's competitors). The first time I ate at Briciola, no one had ever told me about this place, but like Tom Thumb with his pebbles, I let myself be carried away by the intoxicating scent of meat that spreads through the streets of Diano Marina. What to say about the service; impeccable, efficient, quick but above all you are entertained throughout the wait, by the laughter and jokes of a dynamic and talented man like Lello (with the older ones there are also some less politically correct jokes 😉). The sandwiches, or rather the canvases that Lello paints every day using original fillings and combinations that no one in the world would dream of except you, are as big as Big Foot's feet and seasoned with enough seasoning to feed a village for a week. Lello thanks for being like this, how to say.....Lello A person who alternates playfulness and generosity, who can be seen to love his job and whose aim is to bring smiles to all the inhabitants of the province of Imperia. P.S find me a damn sandwich the size of a baby and which costs €3.50! I challenge you! Find him for me! no really I'm not joking😡😡😡😡. 03/03/2025: Excellent service and good food at advantageous prices, excellent for cheerful companies. In my opinion, if you put the sauces immediately on top of the meat it would be less dry.

09/03/2025: Very warm welcome, a real treat, the well-stocked plates, the dishes are excellent, the taste is really very, very good, the glass of prosceco offered at the aperitif and the 2 little choux buns offered for dessert are a nice touch, we will come back with pleasure.
