23/08/2025: Last-minute dinner, luckily some customers had just cancelled. What a kind welcome. As if we were regulars, but for us it was our first experience, very kind! They pampered us with their dishes, with very fresh products that delighted the palate, playing with classic dishes with a touch of surprise. Obviously a very beautiful place, small but very elegant. 14/10/2025: A hidden gem in the Levante hills. La Zita is always a sure thing: good food, homely service, and reasonable prices. If you're looking for a restaurant where you can eat a wealth of traditional products, you've come to the right place. The restaurant is so homey, it almost feels like entering a private home and being welcomed as part of the family. The highlight of the menu is the exceptional first courses, followed by the Ligurian-style rabbit, very juicy and not at all gamey. To top off the meal, the bill is incredibly low, in contrast to the rest of the restaurant. Excellent value for money.

05/10/2025: I drank two liters of beer and threw up in front of the door. I feel sorry for whoever had to clean it up. But the place is legendary and the beer is delicious. I don't know about the food because I didn't have enough money.

24/08/2025: Incredible, local dishes that are filled with SO much flavor! I advise making a reservation (no matter the party size). The service was very friendly and quick along with the fact that the food was very tasty (olive oil was insane). I would strongly recommend eating here if you are in the area. We booked the day before and the only time available was during lunch. (Bear in mind: this was during the summer season.) I’d definitely go back here and recommend others the same! (Pictured below: local fish appetizer, vongole pasta, gnocchi pasta, & lemon sorbet gelato). Grazie mille to the staff 🫶🏼

24/08/2025: A wonderful time in this very welcoming restaurant in Dolceacqua! We enjoyed ourselves from start to finish... typical dishes of the region, surprising and original flavors, good olive oil, good wine, simple and effective desserts and above all a very good coffee made in San Remo which is worth the detour! A thousand thanks for the lovely welcome! 😍. And we remind you: no parmesan on the pasta alle vongole!!! 🤌🏻Ahahaha 😄 - Grazie!!! 👌🏻

It has a terrace right by the sea, open in the evenings. Advance reservations are essential. The restaurant is regularly fully booked.
