Production of superlative extra oil and wine reminiscent of Homer's descriptions in the Odyssey, read and then try to believe... Or vice versa... Feel at home on holiday or for a food and wine break in the cool of a huge pergola. Kindness at the top.

05/01/2025: Difficilmente si può gustare una cucina così curata, leggera e prelibata. Pensata con intelligenza ed eseguita con grande cuore e grande passione. In un locale dove il piacere comincia dall’eleganza semplice e misurata degli arredi e delle stoviglie, la proprietaria è chef ti accoglie con un menu stratosferico dagli antipasti ai dolci. Pochi ingredienti ma di altissima qualità ( perché le nostre papille, ti spiega) non riescono a percepire più di 5 sapori alla volta). Così dal paté di fegato accompagnato da prugne sll’armagnac e pan brioche, alla tartare di barbabietole e pere con una spuma di formaggio misto di capra e pecora, ai crostini croccanti di parmigiano con burrata di bufala acciuga e scarola, al tortino di verdure avvolto nel guanciale di cinta senese. E le foglie di vite con pesto di pistacchi pomodorini e pecorino? e il cestino di sfoglia croccante con ripieno di pecorino carciofi e mentuccia? Tra i dolci cuore pazzo ( soda scoprire!) parfait di arance e zenzero, tortino di cioccolato, crumble di nocciole con mele al rum e panna… Siamo tornati 4 sere per 4 cene cene deliziose. E vi dispiace non averla conosciuta dalla prima sera e di aver mangiato in altri ristoranti con un’offerta molto più dozzinale o, perlomeno, molto meno straordinari anche se più consigliati. un posto in cui tornare e ritornare

23/12/2024: Proprietaria e cuoca che fa questo lavoro per e con amore. Si vede appena si entra nella piccola sala, dalla mise en place, ai quadri, alle luci.. Piatti molto buoni e particolari e ampia scelta di vini. Dessert insoliti e combinazioni che stupiscono. Sicuramente un posto dove vorrei tornare

24/03/2025: Posizione comodissima per chi viaggia in autostrada A1, praticamente davanti al casello di Orte. Atmosfera tranquilla, casalinga. Cucina eccezionale a prezzi eccezionali. Le pappardelle al cinghiale e l'abbacchio a scottadito erano semplicemente favolosi. Ci tornerò sicuramente quando percorrerò lo stesso itinerario in autostrada. Bravi e gentili.

23/02/2025: The best pizza we ate of the entire trip without a doubt!!!! We passed by with the car very hungry and we stopped by chance, we ordered pasta that was very delicious and the bomb pizza there is a success, a group of Italian guys also ordered several of the same ones after this pizza no one else has been so delicious 😍 the super nice service and the cook was a sweetheart asking how everything was and if we liked it, the fireplace and having the meat made in front of us we liked it a lot 😍😍😍

17/02/2025: Semplice con un bel camino grande oltre alla stufa a pellet. Confortevole, tovaglia e tovagliolo di stoffa. Gestione familiare molto cortesi. La prossima settimana ci ritorno.

19/01/2025: La qualità dei prodotti è innegabile. Il carpaccio, il prosciutto toscano e la bruschetta lardo e miele sono una droga! Ma la vera differenza la fa il personale: un gruppo di ragazzi affabili, disponibili, sorridenti, presenti, professionali e affiatati tra loro. Il tutto è una vera delizia per il cuore oltre che, ovviamente, per il palato. Complimenti!!!! Straconsigliato! Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo

20/09/2024: A bordo Piscina, l'entrée di tartare di tonno rosso con aromi mediterranei dispone già a una serata scintillante, ingentilita da una briosa bollicina. Ma subito i gusti forti prevalgono con il Tonnarello del Lupo di Mare, col suo mix di cozze sarde e di vongole, calamari e gamberi e chi più ne ha e più ne metta! Alternativa è una Calamarata con ristretto di crostacea semplicemente divina! Tradizione e innovazione si alternano sotto l'occhio vigile di Bruno: lo chef Giampiero trova sempre la giusta dose per accontentare una clientela variegata ed esigente. E allora i Tentacoli di polpo stile gallega e la fragrante Fritturina di paranza ovvero i Gamberi arrosto con limone e basilico restituiscono emozioni, in un agosto caldo ma reso fresco dalla fornita cantina di Bruno.

22/02/2025: Morano è molto conosciuto ed apprezzato in zona. Cos’è successo, perché la cena di ieri è stata così deludente? Persico fritto con la parte esterna morbida come cotta non fritta. Il coregone alla brace con i filetti completamente sfilacciati e non compatti. La focaccia e l’insalata erano buone. Perfavore , recuperate la vostra qualità perché intorno al lago ci sono ottimi ristoranti anche in inverno!

23/12/2024: Mancavo da un po' di tempo dal Pinzale, e sono tornato con piacere a mangiare un pranzo a dir poco perfetto a base di pesce di mare e di lago. Perfetto anche con il prezzo, giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato e per il servizio ricevuto. Bravi .

25/03/2025: My boyfriend and I went for lunch today. Locations very nice, clean, quiet and welcoming. A stone's throw from the sea. The owner is friendly, kind and very helpful. Truly excellent food. Spaghetti with clams, delicious. Very fresh and tasty clams. Seasoned and presented to perfection. Superlative fried calamari and prawns. Fresh sea bass of the day, a delight. Very delicate. And to finish, artisanal panna cotta and crema catalana, also made by them. What can I say, a wonderful lunch. My boyfriend, who is Ligurian and comes from Portofino, said that the quality is almost as good as their catch. So, a lot of stuff. Really, congratulations Super happy with this lunch. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much

06/01/2025: Small but welcoming place, generous portions, the starter is enough for two, excellent cured meats. The shank is delicious, tasty, you don't need a knife to cut it, it's so tender. The staff were very kind and helpful, the service was very fast (even though there was only one waiter). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We will definitely be back

24/03/2025: Our family visited Soriano this week and Rottezzia was our special find on our first night. We happened upon it and were pleasantly surprised by the grotto-like, underground setting to be such a gem. The service was wonderful and the food was top notch. The carbonara was the best I have ever had. We all agreed it was the best dinner we had all week in Soriano and Rome. This is a must have the next time we visit.

10/03/2025: Taking a walk in the historic center of Soriano nel Cimino and taking advantage of Women's Day we decided to have dinner in this characteristic place. What can I say; friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and price in line with the chocolate we ordered. Also highly recommended for those who want to spend a nice, quiet and memorable evening. I give 5 stars but I would give more!
