02/05/2025: Siamo stati su consiglio di amici che sono clienti abituali. La cucina è quella di una volta, semplice ma gustosa e ben eseguita, per di più a prezzi accessibili. Fieno ai funghi superlativo, così come la carne. Davvero ottimo, torneremo sicuramente.

12/04/2025: We had heard about it from friends and when we found ourselves in the area, we called hoping to find a place for two people, and we found it. The thing that strikes you as soon as you enter is the spontaneity and friendliness of the owners which I must say is not always a given. They recommended something off the menu and I must say that the appetizers, a porcini mushroom tart and the artichoke and parmesan tartare with various bruschettas were a great start. My husband had a first course of excellent pasta with hay with asparagus and speck and a lamb cacciatore, while I had porcini mushrooms and potatoes, something not to be underestimated, they brought us warm rosemary bread, we finished with a zuppa inglese and marron glacé. I rarely go out of my way to say that everything was excellent, but this time I can't help but say it. The price was normal. Highly recommended, at least we will definitely be back to try something else.

Excellent service both for the abundant portions and the quality, the lunettes with porcini mushroom and truffle cream with exquisite crispy bacon, pappardelle with wild boar ragù, baked suckling pig with potatoes and last but not least the pistachio tiramisu. In short, if you are in the area, you should try it

17/04/2025: Let me start by saying, we ate well. Two things made me turn up my nose: 1) the menu must be updated with current prices and dishes, on the fork/internet there are prices from 4/5 years ago, it's not fair, they're not real. 2) I ordered a suckling pig with fennel and chestnuts for the second course (obviously the waitress (courteous service) when ordering, referring to the chestnut, told us that as it was out of season it was not present in the dish. But if you remove an ingredient the price cannot remain the same.. I was expecting the owner's discount (since the waitress asked for it), but instead nothing, I was disappointed. Nothing to say about the starter, gnocchi with radicchio and the lamb chops. Prices a little high.

08/04/2025: Restaurant selected during a guided tour of the nearby Palazzo Farnese. We had lunch on the panoramic veranda, welcomed with great cordiality and kindness. The food, well presented and served with grace, satisfied the most demanding expectations: the house starter, plentiful and of excellent quality, the tortelli filled with cheese and pepper and the lamb chops with seared fingers provided an excellent menu. Good quality/price ratio.

04/05/2025: Ristorante immerso nella natura della maremma laziale, nel periodo di aprile/maggio 2025 i campi circostanti sono lo sfondo perfetto per tante fotografie meravigliose con il verde del grano. Poco distanti alcune tombe da poter visitare facendo una passeggiata dopo pranzo. Cucina ottima , tutto molto molto buono! Consigliatissimo!

29/04/2025: Perfetto! Si mangia benissimo. Servizio perfetto e con un po di fortuna ci trovi cantanti, artisti e Miss Italia. Accanto al Ristorante gli scavi etruschi di Vulci, il Castello e il Parco. Una giornata meravigliosa.
