08/09/2025: Very good food. The brie, honey, walnut, and grape tart was truly exquisite. We enjoyed eating outside at the tables on the street. I can't comment on the ambiance inside. Speaking to people at nearby tables, I noticed a major complaint about the wait times for their dishes. For us, they were normal. The service was attentive and helpful.

28/06/2026: There's a sign at the entrance saying well-behaved dogs are welcome. Too bad it's not reciprocated. We've been here almost twice. "Almost" because the first time we were greeted by a very kind lady. We ate very well. During dinner, while our dog was sleeping under the table, he was awakened by the owners' Jack Russell, who had arrived loose. Fortunately, he was taken away immediately before the situation worsened. Two days later, we returned, and not even three meters inside the restaurant, a "well-mannered" gentleman greeted us with "good manners." Now I understand why an old reviewer said they didn't like dogs. After not even three steps into the restaurant (which was also very noisy), I turned around and left because of the "well-mannered and free welcome I received." As we were leaving, we thought we heard a vulgar comment, the origin and intended recipient unclear; I have a bit of a hearing problem. Regardless, it was a pleasant experience hearing shouting from one side of a restaurant to the other. Having to return to the area for work with a team of 23 other people, I was considering which restaurant to choose for evening meals during my six-week stay. Perhaps I'll follow what seemed to me the most sensible recommendation of the evening and look elsewhere.

11/05/2026: We've known the restaurant for a while and have always enjoyed good, authentic food, with fresh, locally sourced produce. We chose them for our daughter's first communion... I can only confirm the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they're always a culinary guarantee. All our guests were so pleased, so much so that some will consider them for future events. What can I say? Thanks again to all the staff, especially Carolina, who looked after us personally. The fettuccine with marjoram and pecorino cheese and the suckling pig are truly superb... they're truly worth it!

And what can I say about the delicious Colomba cake? We've returned to Pasua...we'll be back.
