03/09/2024: Lovely place, excellemt view on lake Piediluco. Let's talk about pizza: many bases to choose from, all of them very light. Excellent and varied choice of toppings, all very tasty. My pizza (Piediluco, if you wanted to know) was awesome! Decent choice of beers, some of them are artisan and worth a try. An all-round enjoyable experience, totally recommended!

04/09/2024: Location molto piccolina, ma gradevole, la terrazza esterna è molto graziosa. Ci sono ca. 20 coperti, se è tutto pieno il servizio non è velocissimo, per mangiare ci abbiamo messo 2 ore. Tutto molto buono ma forse i prezzi sono un alto per la zona. Comunque posto carino

14/08/2024: Everything I’ve ordered was delicious. Had: wines, coffees, starters, mains and panacota desert. Staff/host/owner very welcoming. The place also seems to be loved by locals which is always a good sign. Spent there two evenings with family while on holidays.

Surrounded by greenery, among olive trees and a vegetable garden that produce exceptional oil and vegetables, zero km to be tasted according to season. All excellently produced and cooked by two very young boys (Valerio and Ylenia) assisted by their respective loving families. I highly recommend

20/08/2024: We had lunch for two, a kind and family welcome. This review has the aim of communicating to the owners that we had a very good time and that those who served us, from the gentleman to the girl, smiling and professional, were very kind, we had a tasty lunch with exquisite dishes but unfortunately the desserts were - I apologize to whoever takes care of them - disappointing :-( so much so that we didn't eat them. Considering the rest of the lunch, I would really like there to be the same attention to the desserts that you give to everything else. I will also return because the place is rustic interior that the beautiful outdoor terraces with enchanting views deserve. Thank you.

11/08/2024: Restaurant/pizzeria a stone's throw from the lake. The house chopping boards and the first courses are very good. Excellent service, friendly staff and average prices. Perfect for a weekend at the lake looking for a bit of fresh air.

24/08/2024: I came across this place by chance. I come from Varese and I had decided to visit some cities, including Accumoli, Amatrice and L'Aquila. During the trip, I found this restaurant, and both from the name and the place it really inspired me a lot. Before saying how the food and services were, I want to say that I don't think I've ever seen the welcome I had anywhere else. The staff were very very welcoming, they made me feel for a moment as if I were at home. Furthermore, the abundant and truly good dishes took me back in time, like when my grandmother would cook my favorite dishes on my way home from school, always delicious. I have seen places that I cannot forget, I have spoken to people who have conveyed to me their pain but also a great desire to be reborn.

05/08/2024: I was there on the 3rd and 4th of August. I had a great time. The owners were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. It felt like being with a family. Convenient parking close to 1 km from Amatrice. I recommend it.

21/08/2024: Gita fuori porta, dopo tre tentativi presso agriturismi che lavorano solo nel fine settimana, siamo piacevolmente arrivati al Cantinone. Cucina sana il ché non è da poco, è come mangiare a casa di quelle mamme o nonne che cucinano bene. Complimenti ad entrambi i proprietari, moglie in cucina, e marito tra i tavoli. Torneremo sicuramente, anzi garantito.

17/08/2024: Ristorante pizzeria con piatti tipici cucinati con prodotti locali freschi e di alta qualità. Pasta fatta in casa a regola d' arte (spianatoia infarinata a vista in cucina) . Secondi di carne dal sapore nostrano cucinati con erbe aromatiche e verdure dell' orto. Antipasto di salumi e formaggi servito con miele e bruschette con marmellata di peperoni, mix di fritti squisito, asciutto e croccante al punto giusto. Digestivo di genziana fatto in casa appagante il palato OFFERTO! Servizio impeccabile con molta attenzione alle uscite delle portate! Stasera ci torno per assaggiare le pizze da vedere molto goderecce!

18/08/2024: Very bad. We went for dinner last night, a terrible dinner. Poor starter, the lobster taglioni sent back because they were raw, they were still added to the bill. As a chef you should be ashamed of charging for something the customer doesn't like.

18/08/2024: The dress does not make the monk. Location apparently not exceptional, the service, the quality of the products and the courtesy make up for it with excellent sobriety. Overall, among all the places I have frequented in my life, I put it in a good ranking for how and what they offer.

29/04/2024: Amazing place. We were able to taste the typical dishes of the area (as simple as they were delicious). The owner Antonella explained each dish to us and answered all our questions about the cuisine and the place. Welcoming and attentive to every need (both ours and that of our girls). The cook Paola is excellent. Well done! Thank you for a very pleasant evening. If you happen to be in the area, this is an absolutely must-try place.
