11/04/2026: Truly a beautiful and very quiet place. Dishes are prepared the old-fashioned way, without too many frills. Delicious food, generous portions, and a varied menu to suit all tastes. The owners are friendly and very approachable. Highly recommended for a few quiet hours away from the hustle and bustle. Dining in the garden will definitely be even more pleasant in the summer. We'll definitely be back soon!

05/06/2026: We stayed a few days as part of the Trek of the Changed Lands. We were very pleased with the service and the hospitality of the staff, especially the ladies serving breakfast. Definitely recommended.

18/05/2026: Excellent hotel, recently built and impeccably managed. The restaurant, in my opinion, is superb: perfectly cooked and generously served. The staff is exceptional. I should also point out that there is a large garage very suitable for motorcycles 🏍 with reserved parking spaces. A supermarket and pharmacy are nearby. I recommend it wholeheartedly, which I don't often do in my reviews.

03/05/2026: Located in the splendid setting of Posta, Il Bagatto remains a must-visit for those returning to Rome from the Marche region, offering a refined atmosphere in a medieval village waiting to be discovered. Dinner began with excellent Amatriciana cured meats and enormous, generously seasoned bruschetta cooked in a wood-fired oven. Afterwards, despite owner Giancarlo's recommendation for prestigious Spanish meats, I opted for a Marche cut of beef, of excellent quality and simply perfect cooking. With prompt service and a wine list featuring a wealth of prestigious labels, it was undoubtedly the best tagliata I've ever had: an experience I highly recommend to all lovers of good food.

30/04/2026: Fantastic bar/restaurant! The food is great, with more options at lunchtime than in the evening. Be sure to try the Stringozzi con Amatriciana. The desserts and ice cream are also fantastic. The terrace has a stunning view. There's an entrance to a huge free parking lot right in front of the bar. The prices are reasonable. Catino is also a very pretty town. Thank you so much to Valentina and the whole team for the excellent food, always!

It's a shame that the polenta was brought to us by a waitress who, evidently mistakenly, brought the polenta to our table and, having deposited only one portion (which was the correct order), wanted to take it back to deliver to another table!! The bagpipers also arrived... wonderful to be transported to Christmas!

15/11/2025: The pizza at Palazzaccio is unbeatable!!!! Excellent, very digestible, well topped..... The best?! "Tartufona" and the legendary "fallone" that my husband Luigi and I always enjoy eating!!!!! Amazing Maurizio the pizza chef, better than a Neapolitan..... 👏👏and that's coming from me who is half from the Sorrento peninsula!!!

16/08/2025: The Torda and Gorgonzola/Speck pizzas are superb. Even my partner, who's worse than the MasterChef judges, raved about them. Paired with Gewürztraminer. There's just one problem: we live 300 km away! But we'll be back anyway!

03/05/2026: We arrive in a convenient parking lot, surrounded by breathtaking greenery and peaceful animals. We enter the perfect location, as do the welcoming service, and the dishes and wines, from appetizer to dessert, are exquisite and beautifully presented. 27/04/2026: If you are anywhere in the Sabina, do not miss La Taverna Del Tiranno. This was one of the most memorable meals we’ve had in Italy. We started with the Jewish-style meatballs—rich, comforting, and full of flavor. One of the standout dishes was a green spaghetti with friarielli and Cantabrian anchovies, finished with something delicately crumbled on top—completely unique, incredibly flavorful, and unlike anything we’ve had before. The pizzas (Ramolaccia and “Tasty One”) were outstanding: perfectly cooked, creative, and packed with flavor. There were also plenty of thoughtful vegetarian and vegan options, and the vegetable medley we ordered was fresh, vibrant, and clearly prepared with care. Dessert sealed it—an exceptional tiramisu and a panna cotta with caramel that was silky and unforgettable. What truly sets this place apart is the service. It feels deeply personal, like every dish matters and every guest is genuinely welcomed. You can taste the passion in the food and feel it in the experience. Highly recommended.

03/06/2026: Basically, the owner ordered for you: four of us walked in, barely had time to sit down, and we were insistently offered an "antipasti" (small appetizer). No menu, no prices displayed, no verbal description of the appetizer. We half-heartedly accepted, overwhelmed by this welcome. After less than two minutes, they started bringing us a deluge of ready-made dishes from the kitchen: beans, giblets, boiled potatoes, tripe, vegetables in oil, cold cuts, ricotta, cheeses, cured meats, etc. Everything was quite good, acceptable, but there was just too much we didn't want! We began to eat, confused, as the food continued to come out, and we couldn't tell when they'd run out. We weren't even halfway through this appetizer when the owner reappeared without being asked, and immediately asked us to order a first or second course. This time, we turned him down. Then, two minutes later, the same thing happened with the waitress. And the waiter again... Already full by the end of the appetizer, we settle for 12 arrosticini to share between four, just to give ourselves the illusion of having ordered something. We had come to eat something else, but we couldn't. The best scene was when we went to the cashier to pay, the waitress called the owner and said, "They have four appetizers and 12 arrosticini. How much should I charge them?" And he said, "Oh, that's €100, €25 each." Just a feeling. The location was beautiful, but we won't be back.

02/06/2026: They don't bring a menu, you don't choose what to eat, and you don't know how much you're spending. The owner sets the bill at the end. Roughly speaking, an appetizer for four (not requested) and three arrosticini each will set you back €100. No receipt is issued.
