02/10/2025: My family has been frequenting this restaurant since 1983. I still remember the charming old trattoria on the ground floor of the old house as a child. It may be a few years, but whenever I set foot in Amatrice, I always gladly return to recharge with their delicious food. Nando and Angelo are fantastic. Recently, I've also tried their arrosticini, which are delicious and unique, different from ours, but I loved them.

23/09/2025: You could stop at the appetizers, they're so delicious and plentiful. But both the first and second courses are worth trying; everything is excellent and served with friendliness. Highly recommended!

11/10/2025: We celebrated my daughter's First Communion and Confirmation in May. The location was chosen by chance since the first agriturismo had turned me down. Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, and a fair price. My guests were pleasantly surprised. I recommend it for both a family lunch and a ceremony. Thank you for everything.

05/06/2025: L' OASI DEL COLLE is a truly special place, my mother has been staying there for a year. It has become her home, she calls the other guests her friends, the Oss are her angels. Yuri and Luana manage this facility excellently. In a phone call to a friend of hers my mother told her "I am finally enjoying my retirement". THANK YOU.

09/10/2025: When we booked the place, we were given the option to add dinner. Since we didn't know exactly when we would arrive, we didn't add a meal. On the way there, about three hours before we arrived, we called to ask if we could still order a meal. Katya, the lovely landlady, said no problem, they would wait for us. To be honest, we didn't understand exactly what she meant. It turns out that dinner is served to the guests along with the whole family and everyone was waiting for us to arrive. The food is food that Katya and her family grow, produce, and cook entirely themselves. Needless to say, everything was excellent. Katya, who speaks English, has a lot of knowledge and familiarity with the area and a lot of goodwill to help in everything she can, including driving us to different points. When we expressed interest in cooking, she invited us to join her in the kitchen and we prepared a meal for everyone together. We have no doubt that just as she opened the kitchen to us, we could have joined in any other activity that takes place on the farm - milking, picking, etc. The room we slept in is actually a Crown with a small bedroom, sitting area and kitchenette. There is no air conditioning in the Crown and for those who suffer from colds it is less pleasant in the cold months. Also, there are no cooking or eating utensils in the kitchenette. Highly recommended!!!! We will definitely be back!

28/08/2025: An experience beyond my wildest expectations... it left a lasting impression on me. I carry with me the smiles of the people I met here, who conveyed such serenity. A place that has no time or dimension, other than the one every traveler carries within.

15/09/2025: Nice little place where you can eat a good pizza and also some delicious meat!!!

06/09/2025: We waited about an hour for the main course. We ordered a pizza, a burger, and a tagliata... dishes arrived within 10 minutes of each other. (We sat down at 9 pm on a Saturday night, but the place wasn't packed.)

06/09/2025: The restaurant is a true oasis in the middle of the Racino plain. The first and second courses are excellent. The atmosphere is very welcoming and ideal for spending a beautiful day in the mountains. The post-lunch relaxation area, complete with a small riding stable, is particularly noteworthy. For us and the kids, it was the icing on the cake. We'll definitely be back!

03/05/2025: Consigliato da amici abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante al centro di Orvinio. Molto carina la sala in grotta, buono il servizio. Abbiamo apprezzato tutti i piatti dall'antipasto al dolce per la qualità delle materie usate. Lo consiglio per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

05/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance after visiting the fair. We ordered the set menu, and for the price, you get a lot of food. Simple, authentic food, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll be back soon.

13/09/2025: We only come for the restaurant; we haven't tried the pool yet. We can say that the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good at fair prices. The place is always cool and quiet. Restaurants with a taste of times gone by. Recommended.
