20/07/2025: Impeccable service! The food was excellent, but what really made the difference was the waiter. He was incredibly kind, polite, and always smiling. Attentive, helpful, and professional: he made the experience even more enjoyable. My sincere compliments; it's rare to find service like this! I'll gladly return.

18/07/2025: Traditional, local cuisine, typical Sabine dishes with handmade pasta by the legendary Signora Franca, top-quality grilled meat and fish, impeccable and attentive service. The wonderful Mariapia is incredibly efficient and irreplaceable.

10/07/2025: This restaurant is AIC-certified, and almost all menu items are available in a gluten-free version. I should point out that they confused the gluten-free dish with the pasta dish containing gluten, placing the gluten-free flag on the wrong dish. Unfortunately, I only realized this after eating the pasta with gluten, only because I realized it was homemade pasta (unlikely for a gluten-free pasta dish). The staff didn't notice anything; I had to report the mistake after eating it!

02/06/2025: Halfway through a long bike ride, we arrive at 2:30 pm. A first course on the fly, water, wine and coffee (15€) and we were out at 3:00 pm. We had an excellent wild boar ragù. When we asked to add truffle to the fettuccine, they explained to us, with kind firmness, that certain combinations are not done at their house: "truffle is delicate, it goes with butter, anchovy, not with game." It was a lesson. "Of course if you really insist..." Oh no, in front of the chef with that sincerely pained face, no. We had already made a fool of ourselves, we are people who learn from our mistakes. In short, we left fuller and wiser. Thank you

19/05/2025: Posto molto carino, Sergio e la sua famiglia molto cordiali e professionali, abbiamo apprezzato molto la simpatia di Sergio e la cura verso il cliente soddisfacendo ogni nostra richiesta. Tagliere A&G con salumi e formaggi ottimi, pizza squisita, tiramisù di loro produzione buonissimo. Siamo tornati per la colazione il giorno seguente avendo apprezzato molto l'ospitalità. Se dovessimo trovarci da quelle parti torneremo sicuramente per gustare nuovamente la loro pizza.

31/07/2025: Dit restaurant is een verborgen plekje waar je tussen de locals kan eten. Je hebt hier een goede prijs kwaliteit-verhouding. Het eten smaakt goed. En het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Voor ons beviel het zo goed dat we terugkwamen om hier nog eens te eten. Het was in de buurt van ons vakantieadres in Poggio Catino.

22/07/2025: Super good !! The food was amazing and so delicious to the point where I ate too much, I didn't make it to the dessert ! And the waiter was so nice, welcoming and attentive. It was a really pleasant experience and I'll definitely be coming back ! Highly recommended

08/08/2025: La "Quercia" is a historic restaurant located in Montenero Sabino, in the province of Rieti. It is nestled in the middle of a forest, and the restaurant boasts a spectacular centuries-old oak tree in the garden. The owner, Federico, and his sister, Pina, are an added bonus to this restaurant, where traditional Sabine cuisine is excellent. But a five-star rating definitely goes to the wood-fired pizza. Exceptional. Try it and believe it!

27/07/2025: Excellent place for a summer evening (or more). On weekends, it's advisable to reserve a table if you want to be sure of a seat. Excellent pizzas, as well as other dishes. Young and cheerful staff. Very friendly atmosphere.

20/07/2025: Wonderful place overlooking Terminillo. Good food, passion, family history. What can I say? It has it all. The meat is chosen from the open counter, the pasta is homemade, as are the cured meats and meats from their own farm. Well done! And thanks to Laura for the tip.
