Anche all’interno regnava la pace nonostante il ristorante fosse pieno! Grazie!

14/03/2024: Ho avuto la fortuna di mangiare più volte qui, è sempre stato tutto molto gradevole, cucina, servizio, gentilezza, pulizia… lo consiglio vivamente sia per la pizza che per i menù di pesce o di carne, senza trascurare i dolci, ovviamente.

05/02/2024: I return to this place on a regular basis 2 or 3 times a year. Real farmhouse and not a disguised restaurant like many others. Excellent location surrounded by the greenery of a valley, a bit of effort to find it but with the navigator you can do it if it's the first time. Like all real farmhouses, limited choice between 3 or 4 first courses and some small variations even for the little ones. Excellent appetizers and local cheeses. Same choice for the second courses generally based between piglet and home-bred chicken. Recommended vegetables and potatoes. Even desserts and creams prepared by themselves with a variety of choices. Price normal considering the à la carte menu. Reservations are highly recommended, given that the rooms cannot accommodate very many tables and people.

I recommend the beans with pork rinds. Simple starter but with excellent products. First courses with fresh pasta and excellent sauces. , house wine right and to finish the desserts you can't go wrong here, a word for the cook, everything done 😁 congratulations for the welcome

27/02/2024: Frequentiamo questo locale da 20 anni, il proprietario non ha mai abbassato gli standard di qualità e cerca di alzarli sempre più in alto, portandoci sempre a sceglierlo tra le varie offerte del posto. Menù davvero sfizioso, qualità sempre al top, gusti sia ricercati che classici. Tagliate, bistecche, panini, tutto con carne scelta che si fa sentire. Una garanzia per passar benissimo una serata.

03/01/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per una sosta durante il viaggio di rientro dalla vacanze. Il locale dispone di un bel parcheggio e per chi viaggia con bagagli in auto è una cosa comoda e sicura. Il locale all'interno non è nuovissimo ma tenuto bene, migliorabile un po' il bagno ma spesso è colpa più degli avventori che dei gestori. Il menu del ristorante Sabina è un elenco di golosità che davvero non si sa quale scegliere. Abbiamo scelto di assaggiare le cacio e pepe con guanciale e la costa di scottona. Tutte le portate davvero buone, forse la cacio e pepe leggermente salata ma dipende dai gusti e dal pecorino. La carne davvero squisita, morbida e accompagnata con le patate al forno è il top. Ottima la possibilità di scegliere il vino nel formato 375 ml perché per chi viaggia è meglio non esagerare, inoltre la scelta è buona. Alla fine ci siamo fatti tentare dal dolce, preparati da loro e davvero gradevoli. Questo ristorante è da consigliare per chi vuole fare una sosta golosa all'altezza di Magliano Sabina. Lo staff davvero gentile e professionale fa trascorrere il tempo nel locale piacevolmente. Prezzi consoni con quanto offerto.
