30/11/2025: I'd say it was good... Not much truffle except for two dishes (tagliatelle and eggs)! The ingredients were excellent, the chickpeas and beans were excellent (but don't expect to taste the truffle in the latter). I can't say I ate badly, quite the opposite.... But I missed the truffle with its distinctive aroma!

03/10/2025: Wonderful location. Quite. Great view. Family owned place and really delicious food. And best part for us that kitchen was open at 6 (even they do “orario continuato”) which is unusual for Italy. And they served the food quite fast, again unusual 😅 Not because that was what we expected but since we’re quite hungry that was great. 10/10

08/06/2025: Speechless and by speechless, I mean in a clearly positive way!!! We celebrated my children's confirmation and communion in this little restaurant and I assure you that you will be pleasantly surprised! We opted for a fish menu and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of everything cooked and the absolutely honest price!! The service guys were fast, friendly and easy-going!! The guests were all satisfied and we were even more satisfied, for the excellent success of the ceremonies!! I sincerely thank the management and employees!! To say excellent is an understatement!! For those who want to go and eat fish in the mountains, it is a pleasant surprise... of course with a reservation well in advance!

13/09/2025: It was a short one-night stay. We spent two days immersed in the silence of the surrounding nature. A perfect place for those who aren't too eager to experience anything (such as an educational farm or activities offered on site), but are looking for relaxation and tranquility. The facility itself is very well-kept, as are the pool and rooms. It's a riding stable with about 20 horses. They actually offer horseback riding. There's the option of visiting a nearby river, but we didn't go because the path was too muddy and slippery, a mistake we made as we didn't have suitable footwear. The areas around the pool and the rooms are a bit "abandoned," perhaps because it's late in the season or because it's still under construction. Having traveled with a child, we hoped to find more animals. But aside from the horses, there were cats and chickens roaming around outside, and two rheas locked in an enclosure that I thought was too small. The children's area was also full of foliage and some debris. The staff was very kind and helpful. I'm satisfied, but I still expected something more. If I ever come back, I'll stop by, but I wouldn't leave Rome again just to go there. The restaurant is excellent, even if the prices aren't exactly like those of agritourism. But it was definitely worth it.

09/12/2025: It was a pleasant surprise, a family atmosphere with a splendid view of Lake Turano. The service and kindness were definitely the best, and the presentation was definitely the best. We had a very tasty starter of perch. Highly recommended, also for the extremely cleanliness of the place.

The lunch was excellent, with delicious dishes prepared with quality, locally sourced ingredients. The setting is elegant, welcoming, and well-kept, and the view is breathtaking. 04/01/2026: We ordered polenta with spare ribs for two at €12 each. They brought us a regular plate of polenta with sauce, but without the spare ribs. After asking where the spare ribs were, the waiter brought us a small plate with a sausage for two to share.

01/01/2026: The food was great and the Staff was very nice. Everyone was full and the price was very affordable. The Owner made sure we were well and took a shot limonchello with us at the end of our meal. We were the only tourists there and were very welcome. Overall a great experience and well worth the cheap price.

26/12/2025: Inn/tavern along the Salaria Christmas 2025...2 pm...where to eat? Everything closed. Claudio saved us...centurion of Rome from the Locanda Le Fonti Di Cotilia. As if by magic, a plate of appetizers arrives at the table, then the house specialties...handmade pasta with various sauces...mouth-watering...lamb and lamb with sautéed vegetables. To finish, the shortcrust pastry tarts with must and cherry, then the honey and walnut coete...EVERYTHING SUBLIME.
