04/05/2026: Everything was delicious, and the chef was courteous and helpful. The kitchen was completely open, and the tables overlooked the lake (we were inside with our two dogs). Truly excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

29/04/2026: We had an excellent dinner at La Pergola restaurant while we were charging our electric car. The carbonara was simply spectacular, creamy and flavorful. The location is beautiful and convenient due to its proximity to the highway, and the service staff were incredibly kind.

As soon as we stepped inside, we felt immediately welcomed with the authentic, yet unobtrusive, care that makes all the difference. Massimo—professional, passionate, and attentive—led us through an experience that exceeded our expectations. Each dish, despite its simplicity, is conceived and crafted with care, balance, and true passion. The tagliolini with truffles were simply divine. One of those dishes that makes you close your eyes and savor every note. The wine selection was excellent, expertly and tastefully balanced. You can sense that behind every offering there's research, a story, and a precise idea. It's the kind of place you'd gladly return to, even just for the intimate atmosphere, the tranquility and warmth it exudes, and the pleasure of being welcomed with style but without formality. One of those places that stands out, that stays with you long after you've left the table. 07/05/2026: A wonderful place nestled in the mountains, strategically located between Lago del Salto and Lago del Turano. This welcoming agriturismo blends into the pristine landscape, offering an authentic experience of connection with nature. The rooms, though rustic in style, are spacious and comfortable, with direct access to the garden. You can tour the stables and the animals that contribute to the agriturismo's direct production, whose cuisine is a real highlight. Furthermore, the owners are wonderful people, extremely kind and attentive to detail, making us feel truly at home. I recommend this place for reconnecting with nature and banishing all worries; even your small children will love it. I would only recommend better maintenance of the playground with its slide and swing, which are a bit dated and in need of repair.

11/01/2026: Wow, every time I’m close to Sabina I come to this restaurant, family owned simple service. The foods are to die for at a Ma and pie price and I just had Real with like a Hunter sauce over mashed potatoes and then I had a salad on the side that was out of this world and before that I had pasta dish that I wish I could get in the states and I’d pay three times the amount that they charge here

04/05/2026: I went to this restaurant in Amatrice with my friends on May 1st to eat and it's the second time I've been there. Valerio and his staff are great and kind. The dishes are generous, from the appetizers to the desserts.

18/05/2026: Excellent food! Highly recommended! We had the arrosticini, which are 15 euros a portion, a mixed grill, all delicious, the tart and tiramisu, and two coffees. We spent 46 euros.

10/05/2026: It was 2:15 PM and we were looking for a restaurant, and while walking along Via Salaria we saw the sign for this butcher's shop. The parking lot was full, so with little hope, we decided to give it a try anyway. The restaurant was indeed full, so we asked, and the waiter (who looked like the head waiter) said, "If you give me 5 minutes, I'll fix you up." So it was, we sat down, and in no time at all, they brought us drinks. There was a set menu, but we ordered à la carte, and everything arrived in sequence. Mixed appetizer (excellent cured meats), super-abundant and delicious first courses (gnocchetti with mutton and fettuccine with ragù), second courses chosen from the butcher's shop: steak (600g) and heifer burger, side dishes of chicory and grilled vegetables. Wine, water, and coffee: 90 euros. What can I say? From the service to the quality and quantity, everything was excellent, so we'll definitely try it and return. A tip: the first courses are really plentiful, so it's best to split them.

Rational grazing, knowledge sharing, and hospitality. And then the unmissable Harvest Festival, which this year is enhanced with a new wood-fired oven!
