31/03/2026: Stopped in "La Pergola"for lunch as I needed to charge my Tesla , I think this restaurant is an absolute find . Not only as a stop for charging the car but as a high quality restaurant . The restaurant is beautiful, set in an old farm house with tons of charm . As you enter you are warmly greeted by the staff , the staff is super professional . The restaurant is dominated by an open grill and a fridge displaying all the meats , on the left side the station for the many types of Prosciutto cut and served . 😋 The cacio e pepe pasta was delicious, my signora is Umbrian and if she says that a dish is good that means its traditionally cooked and delizioso. I had a filetto that I wanted "a sangue" , and it was grilled to perfection. The dolce was a great surprise, prepared in house and ... well just look at the photos, this is not your average Italian dolce . We will return again soon.

24/02/2026: Restaurant located near Amatrice, very nice and clean, helpful and very kind staff, they found us passing through with the camper and seeing the reviews we stopped for lunch. I've never eaten such a good amatriciana, abundant dishes with unique flavors, equally delicious main courses, it's a shame it only has five stars, it deserves much more. 👏👏

15/02/2026: For lunch as a couple, we had a main course and dessert, wine, and coffee—all good, refined espresso—in a pleasant setting, with efficient service. We'll be back.

Each dish, despite its simplicity, is conceived and crafted with care, balance, and true passion. The tagliolini with truffles were simply divine. One of those dishes that makes you close your eyes and savor every note. The wine selection was excellent, expertly and tastefully balanced. You can sense that behind every offering there's research, a story, and a precise idea. It's the kind of place you'd gladly return to, even just for the intimate atmosphere, the tranquility and warmth it exudes, and the pleasure of being welcomed with style but without formality. One of those places that stands out, that stays with you long after you've left the table. 07/04/2026: My husband and I visited this restaurant on Easter Monday. Of course, the menu was fixed, but the quality of the food was excellent and the quantity was almost overwhelming. The staff was attentive and friendly.

06/04/2026: Excellent choice, we had a weekend getaway and ate here both days. Impeccable courtesy and hospitality, excellent quality food with generous portions! I recommend this restaurant and hope to return as soon as possible to enjoy their cuisine again.

07/04/2026: My partner and I needed tranquility and quality, so based on the reviews, we decided to stay here for three days. Matteo welcomed us immediately with a smile and helpfulness, managing to give us our room earlier than expected ☺️🙏. The room was simple but well-organized with the essentials—I must say, clean and spacious. Having two dogs, we let him know in advance, out of courtesy, and so he gave us a custom-made room. Seeing horses grazing freely, cats sunbathing on the chairs, and two dogs running free around the farmhouse gave us a taste of what it means to be in symbiosis with nature, not to mention enjoying an aperitif on the terrace while the birds chirped. There was no need for phones or TVs; a wonderful spectacle, in symbiosis, was already before us; the spectacle was perfectly imperfect. The home-cooked cuisine perfectly met my needs, being vegan, with simple dishes whose flavors reminded me of my grandmother's memories, made with love and quality. Excellent location for accessing both nearby lakes! A heartfelt thank you to all the staff 🙏🌿.

Rational grazing, knowledge sharing, and hospitality. And then the unmissable Harvest Festival, which this year is enhanced with a new wood-fired oven!
