29/05/2026: A small and cozy restaurant in Labro where we have already been several times. Every time, it is a wonderful experience. You enjoy refined cuisine with fresh, high-quality products, carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Moreover, the dishes are accompanied by matching wines. Absolutely recommended for anyone who loves good food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

17/05/2026: The village is a gem, and so is this little restaurant, enhanced by the professionalism and friendliness of its owner and chef. Excellent food, meticulous attention to detail, superb service, and a wide selection of wines. Highly recommended. Excellent value. Since there are only a few seats, it's always best to book.

18/05/2026: What a wonderful experience! Last Friday, my family and I visited the area around Colle di Tora and decided to have lunch at Trattoria Il Vigneto. Delicious food, reasonable prices, and very friendly staff. The location is very cute, the service was quick, and we had a really good time. I absolutely recommend trying (if available) their bruschetta with Colle di Tora white beans, as well as the pecorino cheese and prosciutto. A bonus for the trattoria being dog-friendly! 🐾 Everything was excellent, we'll definitely be back 🌟

11/06/2026: As I enter the restaurant, the door opened by the owner, I feel like I'm entering a museum, or rather, another dimension of life, of the sense of beauty. What struck me most were the tables. They're all different, whether they seat 2, 4, 8, or 10. The furniture, tables, and chairs all hark back to other eras. The dining room gives me a wonderful feeling...not to mention the sensations of the truffle cannelloni and the roast fillets, soft as butter, the rind melting with every bite. Homemade tiramisu accompanied by a small glass of chocolate with a liqueur whose name I forgot to ask. Excellent cuisine, compliments to the chef. I ended up here because, staying at the nearby B&B Fratello Sole e Sorella Luna, when I asked where I could have dinner, he suggested Il nido del corvo. He also offered to drive me back, and on the way back, he said the owner or someone else would bring me back. What can I say? Complete service. After traveling 26 km from Rieti to the Greccio Sanctuary, I was so pleased I accepted the ride. But after this sumptuous dinner, I'll walk back to the B&B after coffee; it's only 5 km...

03/06/2026: We enjoyed the food so much on our first visit a few weeks ago that we decided to visit again. The antipasto is delicious and plentiful but we preferred the focaccia with black salt far more than yesterday’s with lardo. All of us were so disappointed with our main courses. It was the worse cannelloni I’ve ever eaten. The tubes were filled with an unidentifiable meat paste which was odd. The promised truffle tasted of absolutely nothing. Even more bizarre the cannelloni were served in a plastic bag tied with ribbon. Inside the pasta had steamed and was a floppy mess. The fettuccine with asparagus on our first visit was delicious but on this occasion was tasteless and underwhelming. We were so disappointed that we didn’t even bother with dessert. The tiramisu on our first visit was sublime. Perhaps it was an off day for the chef but doubt we will return.

18/05/2026: Excellent food! Highly recommended! We had the arrosticini, which are 15 euros a portion, a mixed grill, all delicious, the tart and tiramisu, and two coffees. We spent 46 euros.

10/05/2026: It was 2:15 PM and we were looking for a restaurant, and while walking along Via Salaria we saw the sign for this butcher's shop. The parking lot was full, so with little hope, we decided to give it a try anyway. The restaurant was indeed full, so we asked, and the waiter (who looked like the head waiter) said, "If you give me 5 minutes, I'll fix you up." So it was, we sat down, and in no time at all, they brought us drinks. There was a set menu, but we ordered à la carte, and everything arrived in sequence. Mixed appetizer (excellent cured meats), super-abundant and delicious first courses (gnocchetti with mutton and fettuccine with ragù), second courses chosen from the butcher's shop: steak (600g) and heifer burger, side dishes of chicory and grilled vegetables. Wine, water, and coffee: 90 euros. What can I say? From the service to the quality and quantity, everything was excellent, so we'll definitely try it and return. A tip: the first courses are really plentiful, so it's best to split them.

28/06/2026: A well-kept venue with a romantic and artistic feel. Beautiful garden with a pergola and soft background music immerses you in an elegant yet familiar atmosphere, genuinely refined. Excellent food and attentive, friendly staff. A wonderful discovery.

01/06/2026: My friends and I, with their children in tow, returned to this place after many years, and it was wonderful to find it as wonderful as ever, perhaps even more so. If you're looking for a place to truly unwind, immersed in the tranquility of the mountains and the beauty of nature, this is the place. The restaurant is truly a pleasant confirmation: excellent food, fast, organized, and efficient service, all accompanied by a kindness and attentiveness from the staff that is truly rare, especially Matteo. Furthermore, it's a truly child-friendly place, allowing them to enjoy the day freely and in touch with nature. An experience that leaves you wanting to return again!

14/06/2026: A very positive experience for the price, as the fish was very good and fresh. The staff was welcoming and attentive to guests' needs, even when it came to product clarification. In fact, we were given clarification on the shrimp, which seemed a bit acidic in flavor, but were fresh and free of ammonia (a basic substance that takes away acidity). The waiters were very helpful, polite, and friendly.

05/07/2026: I went with my family for pizza. The pizzas were delicious, as were the appetizers. The view is stunning. I recommend arriving a little early to enjoy the sunset.

04/07/2026: We were passing through the area for an evening. We were looking for pizzerias to have dinner at and found the best one. Nord-est is located in a house on the road to the village of Labro. The outdoor tables occupy the garden, which has incredible views of the lake. We arrived early without a reservation and they very kindly gave us a table. Everything is excellent: the service, the facilities, and the food. They served us a typical local appetizer, and for our main course, we ordered pizza. Everything was delicious! It was also generous and reasonably priced! I recommend it 100%. It's a shame we don't know anyone in the area to send them to enjoy it as much as we did!
