15/05/2025: Yesterday I had the immense pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant with a lake view, I must say that I eat gluten-free, they had some fantastic care. They immediately brought me some gluten-free bread made by them (yes, I know that many restaurants now do gluten-free but I assure you that few bring you bread), the bread was delicious. I appreciated the appetizer for two where there were things that both celiacs and non-celiacs could eat (often and willingly in mixed appetizers there are bruschetta and battered vegetables and with immense pleasure there were none here and I was able to taste everything), there were grilled vegetables, cheeses, cured meats, olives, everything delicious. As a first course I had the gluten-free fettuccine made by them with porcini mushrooms, what can I say, delicious, perhaps a little too salty, but that depends a lot on personal taste, it was enough to add a little salt to enjoy a fantastic dish. The dessert... damn the dessert, I had a panna cotta with salted caramel, that caramel was indescribable!!! Thanks for the attentions you had for me and my son (they made him fettuccine with a fresh tomato sauce). We will definitely be back.

21/05/2025: Classic banquet venue, beautiful but anonymous, noisy. Impeccable and fast service. Food mostly amazing, even if I don't give the 5th star for my personal tastes.

22/05/2025: Small guesthouse located in an extremely quiet village. Obviously it is not a real hotel, but the rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you need. I stayed for two nights in that small structure and I had a great time, the owner Mr. Gianni is an extremely kind and helpful person. On Saturday evening I also had dinner at the restaurant located in the structure and also in this case I had a great time with abundant dishes and at the right price. I attach the photo of a portion of tagliatelle with bacon and wild asparagus that I highly recommend. Ultimately a quality-price ratio above the norm, if I were to return to those areas I would not hesitate to book in this place. I believe that Mr. Gianni embodies the ideal hotelier/restaurateur, courteous and honest.

03/06/2025: Business lunch with a colleague. Restaurant half empty, we waited 75 minutes for a carbonara and a tagliolini with truffle. It speaks for itself. No justification from the waiting staff or even at the cashier.

04/05/2025: The best amatriciana I've ever eaten (personal note, but I think it's a good way to start a review!). The place is a little isolated, which however makes it appreciable, especially for a post-prandial stroll. The welcome is kind: not loud as you would expect in these parts, but friendly and attentive - much appreciated! If you are in Amatrice, try it.

13/04/2025: I give 5 stars because you can't give more. As soon as we entered we were warmly welcomed, both us and our dog, who was offered some homemade dog biscuits! That is, they practically make dog biscuits, this thing has already made us fall in love. Between the super wine list and selections of cured meats and cheeses it was a real food and wine journey, both the place and the food are proof of how much competence, love and passion there is in their work, definitely our new favorite place! Thanks for the wonderful evening, we returned home full of stomach and heart!

04/06/2025: Excellent and quality food! The meat is excellent and well cooked! Also the seasonal vegetables are good and the desserts are special! We came from Rome here and also the prices are fair compared to the crazy prices in Rome!!

14/05/2025: What can I say...we went for lunch and dinner, directed by the managers of the B&B where we were staying...we had a great time, the food was delicious and the service was excellent...the owners and all the staff were very kind. When we return to these beautiful places we will definitely return

01/05/2025: Hospitality and good cuisine are very important and lived here. From the first moment we felt very comfortable in this small, cute restaurant with only a few tables. If it had been a little warmer, we would have liked to dine on the terrace and enjoy the sunset. Small menu, completely sufficient, we shared the main courses and got a second plate without any problem. 25/05/2025: Ho avuto modo di pranzare in questo ristorante con i soliti compagni di merenda, invogliato dalle buone recensioni, restandone non molto soddisfatto. La location è molto piccola con una bellissima e terrazza sul Lago di Turano, che è l'aspetto migliore del ristorante. La struttura è a condizione familiare con un cucina a vista che sembra la cucina di casa per come è minuta. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto di affettati di buona qualità, quindi avremmo voluto ordinare i gnocchi ma non sono più disponibili anche se ancora descritti nel menù, quindi abbiamo ordinato tonnarelli con gricia e tartufo e una pasta pomodori e bottarga, devo dire entrambi senza infamia d senza lode, pasta non fatta in casa che mancava di gusto. Poi abbiamo preso per secondi costolette di agnello indorate e fritte con carne un po dura e poco apprezzata e scamorza noci e miele di discreta qualità. Quindi siamo passati a dolce, purtroppo mancava la zuppa inglese anche se sul menu era presente, allora abbiamo preso un tiramisù di buona qualità. Il personale per essere un'osteria a conduzione familiare mi è sembrato abbastanza distaccato e il conto un po' caro per il tipo di struttura. Sinceramente, mi ha un po' deluso, perche mancavano diverse portate del menù e quelle che c'erano non ci hanno particolarmente entusiasmato. Comunque, obbiettivamente la terrazza sul lago è assolutamente il migliore pregio del ristorante. Non ci ritornerei
