Elegant venue, with top notch service, relaxing atmosphere, in the city centre. There aren't many similar places here, we appreciated the dishes with different raw materials than usual and refined combinations. The prices are consequently high for the city average, we took advantage of a The Fork promo, without it we probably wouldn't have come to try it. I don't give 5* because it left us 90% satisfied, so to speak... everything was very good but nothing "wow", which is what you would expect from a place like this, having to shell out €60-70 per person. However we would definitely go back, it's worth a try.

Modern room with warm lighting. Nice menu. Excellent appetizer with pumpkin cake with bay leaf ice cream, squid gnocchi with humus are also very good. The tuna sausage is particular. The sea bass is less special.

Ottimo il menù proposto, con una scelta molto particolare di piatti con materie ed ingredienti di prima scelta, presentati ottimamente. Buona la carta dei vini. Ottimo il dessert portato. Perfetto il servizio. Ambiente un po troppo minimalista, con troppa luce per creare un ambiente più intimo. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.

The quality of the food offered is undoubtedly very high. The wine list is not exaggerated but of great interest, with an eye on excellent local wineries. Thefork discount makes everything even more interesting. Chef Giovanni Federici is a true King. Great experience!

A gem in Latina... I was surprised not to have heard of this restaurant before, so thanks to The Fork for this and above all for the excellent and seriously applied discount! However, they normally also offer a 7-course tasting menu for €60 and change the menu every season to guarantee always fresh and organic products. Quality and local raw materials, offered in particular versions: calamari gnocchi that melted in the mouth and then light and not at all greasy fried foods, such as cooked tuna such as Milanese cutlet, fried calamari and courgettes and roasted octopus with a cream of tomato and a kind of basil ice cream. Truly everything is delicious, a very nice place (a plus is the open kitchen) and run by young, smart guys! I will return, even with my family because with the discount I can do it several times.

Abbiamo passato un'ottima serata tra amici accompagnata da piatti sfiziosi e di qualità, location piccolina, pulita. Consigliato veramente. L'unica pecca? Abbiamo sofferto il caldo in maniera esagerata.
