02/10/2025: The food was very heavy and oily. But what we really did not like was that we ordered a glass of white wine and were given a very expensive one, once we ordered another one we got a different one, also expensive. Both times they just finished an already open bottle. The price we only discovered upon payment. Otherwise the service was nice and attentive, the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice.

18/10/2025: The stairs to the water were smashed, the air conditioning didn't work for three days, and the breakfast was the same every day, and mediocre, too. Due to strong seas, we had to stay longer on the island, which, of course, led the hotel to charge us full price for another night, despite the aforementioned issues. There are many better hotels on this island. I would classify this one as lower middle class.

24/09/2025: Group party, everything was fine, service was adequate, and the atmosphere was excellent.
It's not a restaurant that has a wow factor for me, but it's not one I'd have any negative things about either. Overall, I'd go back for à la carte.

01/09/2025: The platter was huge and featured a variety of top-quality cured meats, truly delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the price was fair. The only drawback: the chairs were a bit uncomfortable and the tables were too close together. Furthermore, the platter consisted mostly of cured meats; perhaps it would have been nice to add something different to the dish to vary it a bit.

25/08/2025: The atmosphere is intimate and warm, exceptionally peaceful; despite the fairly busy road in front, we didn't hear a single car pass by.
The owner is extremely knowledgeable and displays a singular passion for his craft. During dinner, he explained in detail the provenance and uniqueness of every single ingredient used in the dishes. Not being a wine expert, I took his advice and, if I could, I would have ordered two more bottles of that wine (a Palombo Bianco delle Chiaie).
All this for a price so low it seems like a steal. I've already started recommending the wine shop to everyone I know and will definitely be back; it's worth it to try every dish on the menu.
25/06/2025: Stopped into this restaurant based on the reviews and so glad we did. My wife and I were the only customers inside. The owner took great care of us! He curated the wine list and offered a great recommendation! The food was excellent and the service was even better. I highly recommend stopping in here for some wonderful food and better Italian hospitality!

17/11/2025: Bad day...we eat out because we have two small dogs. My and the children's appetizers arrive with the children's first course. My wife's first course arrives immediately after, and my first course arrives after 45 minutes. Only because I was pushed. Undercooked tonnarelli and indecipherable flavors. Prices different from the menu published on the website. I do not recommend it.
09/11/2025: Avoid this place. Rudeness reigns at the entrance. Without even a greeting, I was shoved aside because I had a medical assistance dog. Zero manners.

Highly recommended for those who have little time but do not want to miss the pleasure of eating well
13/05/2025: Fabrizio & Michela have brought this old and neglected place back to life.
Fabrizio sells very special wines and fine spirits, providing detailed information, a testament to his passion for his work.
He and Michela manage the bar and a few tables where you can enjoy delicious first and second courses for lunch.

14/11/2025: An incredibly light and tasty pizza; I ate two because the first one was so good. The greatest satisfaction was being able to distinguish the flavors of each ingredient on the pizza and easily digesting not one, but TWO pizzas. Truly a wonderful pizzeria, my friends and I are thrilled to have discovered it; in our opinion, it's THE BEST PIZZA IN LATINA AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.

21/11/2025: I went to La Bottega dell’Artista today and was truly thrilled.
A well-kept, warm, and welcoming place, where you can feel the love for cooking and attention to detail.
The appetizers were the real surprise: creative, rich, and carefully crafted with great balance.
In particular, "Autumn on the Plate": an explosion of enveloping, seasonal flavors, presented with an aesthetic that alone is worth the visit.
Friendly and knowledgeable service, well-timed, and a relaxing atmosphere.
You can sense the passion of those who work with heart and soul.
My compliments: a cuisine that excites and leaves an indelible mark.
I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a different and authentic experience. 👏

21/10/2025: We went to Ambrifano on October 4, 2025. We had lunch for two, ordering two half portions of tagliatelle with mushrooms (which instead of €14 split in half, they charged us €12 per portion, and the tagliatelle were neither handmade nor made with eggs, but rather low-quality), a second course of grilled lamb, 1 pan-fried chicory, 1 side dish of grilled porcini mushrooms, and 1 coffee. We paid €55, which was quite a lot, and the service was rather rude. In short, I wouldn't go back...
18/10/2025: I already knew this restaurant, accompanied by cousins who were already regulars. Well...I have to say it was a
wonderful confirmation! We ate wonderfully, with traditional dishes cooked to perfection!!! 5 stars for everything, and I'll be back very, very soon! ❤️ Wonderful location!!
