21/08/2025: Everything was truly excellent!! To save us a wait, after we ordered, they brought us four tomato panzanellas. We also had four different starters, three main courses, and three desserts. Everything was delicious, accompanied by the house wine, for a total of €31.50 per person. I highly recommend this restaurant for its quality, friendly service, and the beautiful setting!

04/09/2025: If it weren't for it, it wouldn't be worth coming to Ponza. Fried octopus, just for the fun of it, two swordfish tagliolini dishes that were nothing short of sumptuous, and then the mixed roast consisting of swordfish and amberjack steaks, squid, scampi, and two melt-in-the-mouth red shrimp. A delicious sautéed escarole, and the icing on the cake, the ricotta and fig jam tart. We ordered two for Saturday evening, when we return to this restaurant which, after three years of coming to Ponza, I consider the best, in terms of quality and preparation, of the island's restaurants. Enjoy your meal.

Location – The outdoor garden and the meticulously designed interiors offer an exclusive setting for an unforgettable dinner. The soft lighting, elegant furnishings, and discreet hospitality create a warm and refined atmosphere. Inside, I saw a real olive oil mill, enriching the experience with history and imagination. 2. Quality – The ingredients are top-quality and crafted with great respect: dishes like tuna tartare, spaghetti with squid ink, or seared octopus showcase authentic, flavorful, and sophisticated cuisine. 3. Creativity – The menu amazes with bold yet balanced combinations: a perfect blend of local tradition and culinary innovation, leaving you wanting to return to discover new offerings. 4. Service – Young, cheerful, and attentive, the staff knows how to put the customer first. Special praise goes to Paolo, who with professionalism and kindness made my family birthday dinner a memorable experience. Despite his young age, he proves to be a true host: double and triple compliments! 5. Overall Experience – Of the various restaurants I tried in the area, Locanda Ercole is undoubtedly the one that impressed me the most and that I will cherish as the best experience in Fondi. In a word: an experience that embodies quality, elegance, and human warmth. I will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a special evening.

21/08/2025: A welcoming, contemporary venue, the backdrop to the stone olive oil mill... but the real gem is the internal courtyard, a play of soft lighting that will guide you to your table, with minimal yet effective table settings! The wine list is essential, with plenty of quality sparkling wines. A no-frills menu (in my opinion, even overly fair prices), the freshest catch, excellent tuna tartare. The hummus with seared cuttlefish was divine! Everything was very balanced; the chef focused on the quality of the ingredients, enhancing everything with innovative cooking techniques. Kudos to the young, enthusiastic staff who welcomed and served us, always smiling and with so much passion in their eyes... We will gladly return.

07/09/2025: A restaurant and pizzeria offering a wide selection, including traditional Roman dishes, pizzas, and burgers. The pizza is very good and flavorful, with a light, flaky crust. The desserts are delicious. The quality and price are truly fair and honest. Recommended.

29/07/2025: Our first culinary pit stop was right here at Trattoria Ai Villini where we were able to eat many typical Roman dishes... all extraordinary in the simplicity of a homemade and delicious cuisine!! 05/09/2025: We had lunch here on a Friday. They don't serve pizza at lunch, but that didn't matter to us! Exceptional cacio e pepe and pasta with spicy sauce! Everything was made to order. With excellent ingredients! While we were having lunch, the delivery man arrived with porcini mushrooms, which were amazing! More than reasonable prices. Generous portions!! Highly recommended!

06/10/2025: Excellent Roman food. We arrived very late at night, and even though the kitchen was already closed, we were served an excellent platter of appetizers. We visited this place several times and were always satisfied. The oxtail is sensational—a must-try.

05/10/2025: The best Gricia in Rome! We ate at this restaurant, just 10 minutes from the Vatican Museums, and were incredibly satisfied. We ordered bombette, bruschetta, gricia, and tripe, and we loved everything. The waitress was incredibly kind and friendly. The prices were excellent and fully reflect the quality of the dishes!

23/08/2025: A very nice restaurant in the heart of Monti. The menu isn't very extensive, and I think the appetizer selection could be improved. The portions are adequate, and so are the prices. Overall, recommended for a standard Roman dinner.

21/08/2025: Everything was excellent! On an exceptionally rainy Sunday in August 2025, we happened upon Via dei Serpenti and went to Osteria Oliva. What a surprise! The service was extremely kind and professional, and the food was high-quality, with truly successful reinterpretations of typical regional dishes. It will be our go-to place for future trips to Rome for us Turinese.
