10/10/2025: This agritourism was recommended to me by a local from Padru and after reading the reviews and opinions I was really looking forward to the visit. I was surprised by the portions of food (despite the warnings that we should not eat anything all day), there were 16 different dishes in total. The service was also friendly, and wine was included in the price with the food. Unfortunately, there was something wrong with one of the dishes (I think it was pork liver), 20 minutes after eating it I started feeling very sick. Nevertheless, I think that every tourist (maybe I just had a bad day in the kitchen) who comes to Sardinia should try this dinner, because you can taste tradition and homeliness. The price of the menu is €45, which is fair for the amount of food, but the quality is questionable…

09/10/2025: A cozy, warm, and welcoming atmosphere with outdoor seating, incredible, unique coffee, impeccable customer service, and Armando, a kindhearted person like few others... Even if I have to walk a few steps further, the coffee here, accompanied by a delicious homemade dessert, is just what I need to brighten up my day!

22/10/2025: We're giving it 5 stars, but we could easily give it 10.
Service: really friendly and well-organized! You arrive and choose your meat from the counter. Then you order drinks and side dishes at the table. We found a small appetizer with olives and bruschetta on the table, which was very welcome.
We had four different types of bombette—spoiler alert: all of them were amazing, the ones with artichokes were superb. Then there were magnificent breaded strips and a homemade sausage with arugula and parmesan. Top! The baked potatoes on the side were also top-notch.
And finally, the pasticciotti, delicious.
We left feeling very full and spent very little compared to the quantity, especially the quality, of what we ate.
Highly recommended!

Simone, the owner, is not only super kind and courteous, but also a true expert in his craft. He can also recommend the best pairings for various alcoholic beverages. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Top 🔝

17/11/2025: They offer a set menu — you simply sit back and enjoy whatever they bring out. The cheeses were outstanding, with several types of prosciutto, and the smoked or pickled vegetables were some of the best I’ve had.
The ricotta with honey and chili pepper was my personal favorite.
Service was excellent, and the decor was very appealing.

09/11/2025: Historic restaurant in the village. Nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food isn't good. Tasteless, third-rate supermarket-quality meat. High prices.
08/11/2025: We stumbled upon Guadagnolo almost by chance, and when we got to the little square, we saw "Ristorante da Peppe"...an excellent experience!!!! The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was home-cooked...we'll definitely be back to try other dishes...once isn't enough!!!!

07/09/2025: I was here for lunch. The appetizers were very good (parmigiana, polenta with cream cheese, and baked ricotta with meat sauce) and the homemade first courses. The portions were generous. The staff was very friendly, and you could eat at your leisure, as they weren't rushed to clear the table. The setting is stunning.

30/11/2025: Welcoming place, courteous staff, and a friendly owner. The seafood appetizer was exceptionally good and fresh, and the pizza was excellent, Roman-style.
I returned on August 15th with friends for a seafood dinner. Everything was delicious, from the mixed appetizer to the tagliolini allo scoglio, the fried fish, the side dishes, and the desserts.
Pietro, one of the owners, is always courteous and helpful, and the table service is also top-notch in terms of courtesy and speed.
If you're in Sabaudia, stop by; it's definitely worth it.
November 2025: Traditional polenta at Lo Zaffiro, exceptional, with broccoli, spare ribs, and sausage...always top-notch.
30/11/2025: Excellent experience, comfortable place
They pay attention to detail, and the dishes are very generous. We had appetizers as a centerpiece and first courses with pizza, everything was perfect, with great toppings and cooking.

23/09/2025: A charming restaurant in the north of the island, distinguished by its authentic cuisine. The dishes are fresh, simple, and full of flavor—ideal for lovers of traditional Italian cuisine. I simply had to try the octopus salad and was not disappointed. The main courses were very good. The fig-based cheesecake perfectly rounds off the culinary experience. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, and the staff provides a warm welcome. A place where you feel at home and can enjoy authentic Ponza cuisine.

15/11/2025: My favorite osteria, tucked away off the beaten path in Rome's Trastevere neighborhood. There aren't many tourists, mostly locals. The place is very simple and casual, serving excellent Roman pasta specialties and Florentine dishes, including a wonderful wild boar. This time, our host was Giuseppe, who was truly attentive and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

It was just a but cold and a lot of noise, but it’s part of Trastevere !

04/12/2025: The decor isn't to my taste; it's minimal and retro, but not overly bold.
Meals are sparse and lack cutlery rests.
The open kitchen is beautiful, but only one chef wore a hat, despite everyone having long hair.
During lunch, a chef came back and forth from the kitchen several times with exposed cuts of meat in a steel bowl.
For appetizers, Roman-style tripe and pumpkin in various textures.
Tripe with acidic tomato sauce, despite the pecorino cheese, was bland and flavorless.
The pumpkins were well-cooked, but I found no harmony in the dish; each texture was an end in itself and didn't connect with the others.
Next, the amatriciana was decent, the carbonara was very good, creamy and well-seasoned, the rigatoni were perfectly cooked, and the plin pasta was very interesting, although I didn't fully appreciate the flavor of the ossobuco filling.
Finally, the panettone with chantilly and the maritozzo filled with chantilly.
The leavened products of both were interesting, but the cream was truly awful, so flavorless and heavy with cream that it covered and ruined the flavors.
The price was in line with the offerings.
The service was friendly and professional, but the wait for the main courses was very long.
More than half an hour for the appetizers and about 40 minutes for the first courses.
The desserts arrived quickly.
In conclusion, the meal fell far short of expectations.
Of the medium-high-end Roman trattorias I've tried so far, I consider this one of the worst in terms of taste and perceived quality.

19/10/2025: A restaurant whose offerings stand out from the rest in Rome. An Italian bistro with a distinct French influence, featuring a wide selection of game and a strong connection to local and seasonal ingredients. Simone in the kitchen and Serena in the dining room are a winning combination. One of those places where, once you leave, you can't wait to return.
18/10/2025: A cozy place with a family atmosphere. The menu is varied and seasonal. Excellent first courses (pici served with various sauces) and refined and well-cooked meat main courses, all accompanied by a nice Bordeaux. The grilled porcini mushrooms are highly recommended for those who love them! Special desserts... all in all, a great experience that we will definitely repeat! Thanks, Serena.
