19/03/2026: Great place to have a vegan experience in Rome.

18/03/2026: A place just steps from Termini where vegan cuisine meets Roman tradition... and does so surprisingly well. We tried some truly interesting dishes: from the 3D-printed "meat" to the vegan carbonara. And yes, for once we can say without fear: it's a carbonara. The flavor and texture truly evoke the original, despite what purists claim. The tiramisu was also excellent: perhaps slightly more bitter than the classic, but still faithful and very enjoyable. A very positive note was the presence of kombucha, a drink I often drink in the United States and not so common in Italy. In this case, it was also very good and not very sweet. Good service overall. The only small flaw: the cappuccino. I would have appreciated more plant-based milk choices (oat, rice, etc.), but only soy was available, perhaps the least interesting of the options. Overall, though, it's a worthwhile experience: innovative, tasty, and capable of satisfying even the most skeptical.

06/03/2026: Excellent dinner and a wonderful experience. We stayed in Civita di Bagnoregio and our host helped us reserve a table at Osteria al Forno di Agnese. When we arrived in the evening there were only a few other tables, which made the experience feel relaxed and personal. The food was outstanding—fresh, authentic, and beautifully prepared. The service was also fantastic: friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It was the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful dinner in Civita after the crowds leave for the day. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the village.

28/02/2026: A delightful discovery in the heart of Bagno Regio! We stumbled upon Forno di Agnese by chance, wandering through the narrow streets. It's a typical restaurant serving homemade cuisine since 1968... a dream! We had lunch outside on this veranda where the trees adorned with fairy lights literally embrace a lovely canopy: welcoming and quaint. Lunch? A journey through homemade flavors: the Roman-style artichoke was fantastic, not to mention the tagliatelle with white Chianina beef ragù and the pappardelle with ragù. The sweet ending was the mandarin tiramisu, unexpected and delicious! The lady who served us, Rosanna, was super kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

02/03/2026: Archeologia Roma is a restaurant I hold dear to my heart. I ate wonderfully, with carefully prepared and flavorful dishes. The service was impeccable, professional, and never intrusive. The wine list was carefully selected and of excellent quality. All this in an immensely valuable historical context, making the experience even more special. Highly recommended.

19/12/2025: You used to feel good, but today you do. It took me three days to digest the meatballs. The cacio e pepe ones were inedible. Cacio e pepe was just the name, the sauce was yellow and the taste was sour. Bad, bad. Overpriced.

08/03/2026: On our way to the Carletti Pools, we decided to have dinner at La Felicetta. We called on the road and they reserved a table for two. We arrived and were greeted by the owner. We then ordered appetizers for two, two first courses, and two desserts. Everything was perfect. The owner also added some fried artichokes for free and recommended a spectacular local Aleatico! I recommend it to everyone! Top 5 stars!

13/03/2026: Persuaded by Borghese and his "four restaurants," we try this fraschetta. The atmosphere isn't bad, nor is the welcome—nothing to complain about, Roman style! The appetizer for six wasn't exactly generous, but it was good. Perhaps something was missing. Rigatoni with pajata wasn't bad, but not exceptional (a few more pieces of pajata would have been nice!) The gricia, or rather the guanciale of the gricia, is forgettable. The cacio e pepe, dear Alessandro, I'm sorry to say, I've had better. The tripe was good. The arrosticini....terrible!! As a "roastsman," I can say they looked like a bad copy of a skewer in a pan...half-roasted and half-boiled...too bad!! We didn't go any further. My apologies to the managers, but I came in with different expectations. The welcome and service were good.

12/03/2026: Authentic Roman osteria in Ariccia Warm, family-style service and truly fair prices. We tried the cacio e pepe, which was simply EXCELLENT... matriciana, carbonara, and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and truffle... what can I say... 😋😋 Impeccable dinner! One of the best osterias I've tried. High-quality cuisine. Attentive and friendly service. 🔵 Highly recommended for those seeking true tradition! A fantastic experience, we'll definitely be back! 08/01/2026: My wife and me visit every time we come to Rome and have never been disappointed. This time we celebrated New Year in Rome and came as a group of six on 31/12 and 01/01. Reservation was no problem. The food is delicious, typical roman style antipasti and a variety of well prepared main courses. On 31/12 there was no pizza but we tried these the day after and were completely satisfied. House wine is remarkably good as well and comes at a very decent price. All of the staff are very welcoming and even when the restaurant was fully booked everyones’ plates were served simultaneously. We will definitely come back.

14/03/2026: Truly a hidden gem of an Italian restaurant in a quiet little hilltop town of Monticelio! Would highly recommend trying the food here; very tasty Italian for an authentic experience. Each of the dishes is an unique preparation compared to what I had tasted in the past, and all of it was splendid. Very good service and speaking no Italian myself, the staff were very helpful in providing the required suggestions.

27/01/2026: A great find in Pontinia! A very well-kept restaurant, very friendly staff, and excellently prepared traditional dishes. I tried the cappelletti in brodo and the tagliatelle: top marks! A place I stumbled upon by chance that has become one of my favorites in the province!
