17/11/2025: Two visits to this restaurant, and each time a superb evening. The dishes are of exceptional quality, the service is excellent, and the wine recommendations are given with genuine expertise. The wine selection is incredible, especially since one of the servers is a winemaker himself! Highly recommended!

01/11/2025: A fantastic experience at this wine bar with a kitchen. They found us a table even though they were full and served us very quickly. They helped us choose a great local wine, and the food was delicious. Special mention for the magic mushroom 😍 All this with great friendliness and an excellent soundtrack!

07/09/2025: A great insider tip! Great Italian restaurant! You wouldn't even notice it if you drove past. We went there twice during our vacation. The atmosphere is fantastic! It's very cozy and decorated with attention to detail. The food is very high quality and very reasonably priced. There's a very large wine selection. The service is very friendly, which was resolved with Google Translate despite some language difficulties. If we're ever in the area again, we'd love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful evening. 23/08/2025: A very nice restaurant in the heart of Monti. The menu isn't very extensive, and I think the appetizer selection could be improved. The portions are adequate, and so are the prices. Overall, recommended for a standard Roman dinner.

21/08/2025: Everything was excellent! On an exceptionally rainy Sunday in August 2025, we happened upon Via dei Serpenti and went to Osteria Oliva. What a surprise! The service was extremely kind and professional, and the food was high-quality, with truly successful reinterpretations of typical regional dishes. It will be our go-to place for future trips to Rome for us Turinese.

I simply had to try the octopus salad and was not disappointed. The main courses were very good. The fig-based cheesecake perfectly rounds off the culinary experience. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, and the staff provides a warm welcome. A place where you feel at home and can enjoy authentic Ponza cuisine.

When we arrived, the reservation was already ready, a sign of impeccable attention and organization. The staff is kind and attentive, and a special thanks goes to Jacopo, who served us with great courtesy and professionalism. The carbonara is a small masterpiece of balance and flavor, Teresa's fillet steak with green peppercorns is tender and perfectly cooked, and the desserts are simply delicious. Also noteworthy is the promise of a The Fork discount, kept, a gesture of seriousness and respect for the customer, and the friendliness of the owner, which completes an already perfect experience. 15/10/2025: It was the perfect choice for my wedding. The location is truly meticulously maintained and immersed in greenery. It's an ancient farmhouse atop a hill surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, complemented by a terrace with a panoramic view. We were given the choice between two lawn areas for the outdoor ceremony: one very spacious (and also panoramic) and the other more private and intimate (we chose the latter). The subsequent reception was on the terrace overlooking Rome, accompanied by a truly evocative sunset. The food was excellent and plentiful, as were the house wines produced by the farmhouse itself. Our guests complimented the deliciousness of the menu and were completely satisfied. Furthermore, we were given a room with a kitchen and private bathroom for the bride's preparations and for the night following the reception. I would like to thank the owners, Chiara and Grazia, who were so kind and fulfilled our every wish, especially regarding the candy table. It was truly a fairytale day, definitely far beyond our expectations! Thank you so much for making our dream come true!
