27/08/2025: A wonderful surprise. We arrived without a reservation and found a spot quickly. The pizza was thin and crispy, with good variations, and the fried foods were delicious. The prices were also good. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

25/07/2025: We dined at the Gradito al Fleming restaurant: the service was average, but nothing exceptional. The biggest disappointment came with the bill: €5 for a simple bruschetta is an unjustifiable price. Such a charge leaves the impression that they're trying to take advantage of the customer. It's a shame, because a little fairness in pricing would make the experience more honest and enjoyable.

21/08/2025: After checking in at the hotel, I picked up some simple late-night food — carbonara spaghetti and a soufflé. The soufflé was crispy and delicious, but the spaghetti was soggy and overly salty, so I couldn’t even eat half of it and ended up throwing it away.

23/08/2025: A paella worth every penny, paired with sangria, exceptional! The owners and staff are fantastic!! I recommend booking in advance because the restaurant is always busy. I recommend the Valencian paella €20, two very full pans for 2 people (you'll have to wait 20 minutes but it's worth it).

23/08/2025: We went to "Dalla Paella alla Brace" in Gaeta to try their famous paella, and I have to say it was truly delicious: rich in flavor and fresh ingredients, it was definitely worth the wait. We also had a stuffed zucchini flower, which was good but a little too fried for my taste. The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling and very helpful. The only downside was the wait: we waited about 45 minutes for the paella. I understand it's a long dish to prepare, but perhaps it would be better to prioritize the order rather than just the arrival of the tables: if someone orders just the paella, they shouldn't have to wait longer than someone who ordered several other dishes. In conclusion: great place, tasty dishes, and friendly staff, but be prepared to be patient with the paella!

24/08/2025: We've stopped there more than once; it's located at a strategic crossroads, right below the Castelli Romani. It's perfect for a quick sandwich (which is misleading to call it that; it's more of a loaf of bread), from the classic porchetta to your favorite variations, or for a restaurant-style meal with the typical fraschetta selection. You won't get the view, but it's cheap and the food is good, so you can first indulge your senses with a stroll to one of the nearby towns, and then satisfy your appetite without breaking your wallet.

21/08/2025: Great evening! Finally, after so many years of passing by and even living there, I had the chance to eat at this restaurant. What can I say? Nothing, just try it 😇. One evening with friends, we ordered an appetizer, a matriciana, and 30 arrosticini.... The... Total boom, everything was really good. 30/08/2025: Savini Tartufo's meatballs were terrible, with bland tomato sauce and watery meat. Too many people, an unbearable dining atmosphere, difficulty seating, and difficulty eating. We went with high expectations and were completely disappointed.

26/08/2025: Dinner with a group of friends. I tried the beef tartare, the pappardelle with hare, the linguine with anchovies and butter, and the tagliata with green peppercorns. 26/07/2025: My partner and I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. It looked so good from the outside, we decided to try it. We were pleased; the cured meats appetizer was excellent, as were the amatriciana and tiramisu. The staff was welcoming and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

19/07/2025: A charming farmhouse on the Via Empolitana after Tivoli. The food is good, and there's even a swimming pool available in the summer.

29/06/2025: From a corner of paradise to a carnage, one season was enough… Nice and welcoming place, good service and food (first course and drink included, while last season fruit and coffee were also included). Small location in relation to the number of deckchairs (double the number of people compared to last year), to the detriment of comfort and relaxation, also considering a hen party in progress with music that drowned out that of the farmhouse (already not very suitable for the context). Swimming pool full of oil and sunscreen.

26/08/2025: A top-quality "osteria." I've eaten there three times in a very short time. Every meal was top-notch (I only had fish), the prices were extremely reasonable, and the service was friendly and welcoming. Even the mid-August lunch, despite the restaurant being packed, didn't affect the high quality. The owner, Andrea, is knowledgeable and very friendly. An excellent host! 22/08/2025: Excellent food with a wide selection, friendly and professional staff, but unfortunately the only flaw is the very slow service, perhaps because I've been there several times on Saturday evenings, but it's a shame. A small tip: since there are so many special dishes off the menu, a chalkboard where you can read them would be perfect...
