03/12/2024: We had lunch on Easter Sunday, an already established menu which confirmed our expectations. The place is small but characteristic, both the interior and exterior are well-kept, showing the attention and care of the staff. Although most of the potatoes were served in central plates, after an initial moment of perplexity regarding the portions, we had to change our minds as the central plates were more than abundant and allowed us not only to taste both first and second courses proposed but also to do an encore. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!

03/01/2025: Really welcoming restaurant with many rooms. the food is truly high quality and the combinations really hit the spot. The paccheri with fassona tartare, sweet paprika and ginger were special. I will come back to try the pizza and meat.

19/10/2024: Nice structure from the outside. I ate at the right price restaurant. I ate very well, I recommend the meat. But above all a nice walk in the hotel garden.

01/10/2024: I spent two nights in the hotel enjoying breakfast, dinner and lunch. Beautiful rooms, very pleasant hotel with well-kept outdoor spaces. There are many celebrations (weddings, baptisms etc). For a peaceful stay it is best to make sure there are none at the same time. The town centre, which is very well kept, is a 20 minute walk away (uphill on the way out, with some shortcuts to avoid the main road, going straight ahead). An interesting element of San Donato di Val Comino is the presence of two bakeries with beautiful pastries open 24 hours a day, recommended!

10/12/2024: It was so delicious that I visited twice during my 4 days in Rome! ☆Advantages 1. It is close if you stay at a hotel near Termini. 2. It is located in a residential area so it is very quiet. 3. The food is not salty (Steak, vongole, and risotto were really delicious) 4. The price is not that expensive ☆Disadvantages 1. It just feels like a Roman home. Simple interior. 2. I won’t ask you how to grill the steak~ It's thin and comes in a medium well-done form. I liked it. 3. Pizza is not on the menu 4. The menu was in English, but it was difficult to read because it was written in cursive. My English is limited.

20/12/2024: The restaurant is located in Poggio Moiano in the Sabina area, an area rich in olives that produce excellent oil. The place looks like an 80s trattoria, but if you don't pay attention to the location but only to what you eat you have found the right place. The management is family-run, the owner is called Zoff due to his football past in goal, you will see him running in the rooms helped by his father while his wife takes care of the kitchen. I highly recommend you eat the macaroni which are very thin tagliolini with sauce.

18/12/2024: Today, passing through Poggio Moiano with friends, we went for lunch at this historic restaurant in the area. Truly a wonderful surprise. As soon as we entered we were greeted and shown to our table. For lunch we let the owner advise us. We started with an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses with a side of pumpkin, beans and oforatella, a truly excellent start. Followed by a typical local first course, macaroni with sauce. For the second course, a black pork stew with porcini mushrooms. All accompanied by a good local red wine. You absolutely have to come back to try other dishes.

10/11/2024: Rustic, typical restaurant, without many frills... the food is all very good and the portions are very generous. For the location and the service, we could certainly do better. The substance is there, but there is a lack of attention and some improvements to the place.
