Excellent and strategic location for those who want to go to Rome or Lake Bracciano and its villages. Rich breakfast and restaurant open for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended

26/03/2025: Favilla is a pizzeria where inside they serve very good and well-studied pizza! The fried foods are top! Especially the chef's supply with lemon zest inside (I hope I'm not getting the terms wrong) I highly recommend it to anyone, the environment is very welcoming and the owner is really kind and attentive to the customer's needs! Go there and you won't regret it!

06/04/2025: Dinner with friends My friend booked well in advance warning that one of the guests has celiac. Nowadays not having even a packet of gluten-free crackers at the table is ridiculous. Not to mention a proper pasta or dessert on the side. We order 2 courgette carpaccio, which then becomes 3. They warn us that there are only two, or rather not even one. A diner orders broccoli Never arrived Once a chocolate cake, then they tell us that it's finished. Three of us order a Neapolitan dessert, a sort of Maritozzo with cream. We ask for forks and knives to eat it. They categorically deny us cutlery because "they are desserts that you eat with your hands". The result is that our hands are dirty and sticky and we are annoyed by the stubbornness with which we are refused cutlery. But once upon a time "the customer wasn't always right"? The waitress, one of the two, is brazen and disrespectful At a certain point he comes and closes the window noisily to make us understand that we have to leave. But it's only 11pm!! We try to stay and have a chat but the innkeeper arrives... He tells us: is everything okay???? As if to say.....it's time to go. Very nice place, good food but absolutely negative staff resulting in poor and embarrassing service

02/04/2025: We went with friends who are well known to the owners, and I understand why they choose to eat here. The restaurant is delightful, hidden away in the historic centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. The menu is simple and the food excellent: good ingredients well prepared. Highly recommended.

05/04/2025: Today my wife and I were there, we were looking for a place to eat good meat and we must say we found it. Aside from the quality of the food, which was decidedly good, the service and staff were also impeccable. Friendly and professional. I recommend it.

09/04/2025: A place of rediscovered senses where it is not what you eat that stays with you but rather what you don't eat that pushes you to return. A continuous reinvention that intrigues the palate to try every type of dish. The possibility of an ever-changing culinary journey. From land products to sea products (which in a place like Frascati, which makes carnivorous tradition its strong point, is truly unimaginable, also considering the quality). Moving from the famous Roman pinsa that few people now work with, rich in refined ingredients and very digestible, to a large cellar of white wines based on Malvasia; up to the desserts reinvented by the chef himself who does an incredible job on the balance of flavours. And which we can find for example in a Nutella cheesecake with pistachio grains and without the presence of cheese. All tremendously tasty but never too intrusive. It's practically the realm of everything and for everyone. It is also indecently clean. Something not to be underestimated. Because where there is cleanliness, in my opinion and from my personal experience, there is respect and dedication for the customer. Everything lit in white, so as not to have to hide dirty corners as happens in dark rooms. If we add to all this a very good quality/price ratio, it is the restaurant/trattoria you absolutely must visit if you are passing through Frascati. Highly recommended. Also for the polite and fast service of all the staff.

29/03/2025: Given that I don't write many reviews, but this restaurant deserves them, so today I want to tell you about my very pleasant eating experience. The place is welcoming without great pretensions, attentive, friendly and non-invasive staff. And so far everything is normal. Very clean, it can be seen from the fact that the bathroom smells good and the toilet has no limescale in the bowl, why this observation? Because if the kitchen gives me a lot it is certainly like the bathroom. But let's get to the TOP part: eating. The crispy fried foods, fresh oil is certainly changed every day because I went twice and it was always like this. The pizza is stuffed to perfection with high quality products but you can't beat the crunchiness and digestibility! I'm a stickler and a pain in the ass, I notice little things that others consider superficial..... listen to me.... try it and you won't regret it. Oh I forgot....the desserts are vast and delicious

16/03/2025: I am a person who went there in March^^ If you're planning to visit this place during your trip to Rome, be sure to stop by. It's so, so delicious. I don't really like pizza, but I came here and ate various pizzas, pastas, and steaks for dinner for three days. I tried different types of pizza, and they were all delicious, but I liked the one with ricotta cheese the best😘 Next time I come to Rome, I want to come here and eat again♥️

12/04/2025: Cena gradevole e bella atmosfera interna. Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media locale. Due primi (mezze maniche con funghi e capperi) veramente delicati e gustosi, due carciofi alla giudia ben preparati ed un dolce della casa veramente buono, meritano do sicuro un buon giudizio ed il merito di essere consigliato.

24/03/2025: Best suppli I had in Rome. Multiple variations/flavours as well. There was a lineup before they even opened which was a great sign to begin with; paired with the quick, friendly service, i made this place a daily spot to stop for a snack.

23/03/2025: The supplì were good, the space a bit small. The only flaw was the mozzarella in carrozza, think about it and in our opinion the mozzarella was too thick and didn't manage to melt

26/03/2025: We went this evening with some friends, we let the chef delight us with some appetizers, accompanied by two beautiful hot focaccias freshly baked and some abruschiato bread, with olive oil, I brought the wine flavored salt, and we used it on the focaccias and the bread... followed by grilled slices with finely chopped fresh artichokes on top, a real delight, especially quality meat... All good washed down with a decent red wine from the castles,,, and Bruno's friendliness😁.. I've known Bruno for a long time and it's always a pleasure... See you next time 😁😁
