11/11/2024: Locale delizioso incastonato nel centro storico del paese. Il servizio è stato cortese e gentile. Buono l'antipasto (baccala fritto in salsa di agrumi) mentre il primo piatto era davvero strepitoso (fettuccine ai funghi porcini locali). La carta dei vini non era disponibile in quanto in fase di aggiornamento ma in ogni caso il vino della casa (ho assaggiato un calice di passerina) era davvero molto buono. Nel complesso buono il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo.

08/12/2024: Warm, welcoming environment... it feels like being in the tavern at home. Very kind, prepared and fast staff. Excellent wine. The four stars for the food are only due to a defect found in one of the dishes. While the appetizers and the first course were extremely delicious, the second course of meat (we opted for the deer) did not totally justify the price or even the expectations. We were probably unlucky because in the small slice of meat (no fillet) that we were served there was a lot of waste. In any case, a really nice find. We'll be back... Maybe trying more "local" courses.

03/12/2024: Good, hospitality, competence, imagination, tradition and above all excellent knowledge of the ingredients and their combinations with the result of consuming delicious, appetizing and very tasty dishes. These two ladies are very good and it is not the first time that they have delighted us with their culinary preparations. The quality/price ratio is also good. I attach some photos.

18/12/2024: It was Saturday evening, it was raining, it was cold and few businesses were still open in Sutri, we followed the signs, following a small road that took us to the inn which from the outside also looked closed; only upon entering did the beauty of the inn open up to us, from the lit fireplace, where we stayed for a while to warm up, to all the characteristics of this place that welcomed us like a home; we ate well, spent the right amount on average, we relaxed, we had a good time, that's what counts. When possible, we will definitely return.

15/12/2024: A restaurant where I always return willingly, the trip from Rome is worth it. The place is warm and welcoming, the cuisine with typical dishes is very refined, the quality/price ratio is more than adequate. It's a pleasure every time I return. 30/11/2024: We celebrated my daughter's baptism at Casale del Gusto and what can I say... everything was truly magnificent! Starting from Tatiana who knew how to manage everything excellently and created a beautiful setup that impressed all the guests. The food was excellent, everyone appreciated it, we had celiac guests and the gluten-free food was delicious! The waiter was impeccable and super friendly, I really recommend a place! I will definitely be back for other events!
