20/07/2025: We were invited by our company to review this well-known restaurant in Viterbo. The restaurant is charming and suitable for any type of dinner, from a casual gathering to a more sophisticated evening. We ordered: • an "Antica Caverna" appetizer • a beef tartare • a 1 kg Danish Florentine steak • two side dishes The tartare was truly excellent, fresh, and well-seasoned—definitely worth trying again in the future. The appetizer, however, disappointed us: it included cured meats that seemed packaged, and a selection of side dishes (dried tomatoes, mushrooms, chili peppers, eggplant, and probably zucchini) that clearly came from a jar. If you choose to use preserved products, it would be desirable to opt for better quality. The meat—the Florentine steak—was the highlight: excellent and cooked to perfection. Finally, the service was impeccable, attentive, and courteous.

The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously curated, with a warm and relaxed feel that immediately puts you at ease. The service was impeccable: the staff were friendly, smiling, and always available, attentive but never intrusive. We tried several dishes on the menu, and each one won us over: the freshest ingredients, elegant presentation, and balanced flavors. The lobster linguine in particular was simply extraordinary, a true masterpiece! The desserts also deserve a special mention. The wine list is also excellent, with interesting and well-selected options. The quality/price ratio is more than fair for the quality offered. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality dinner in a pleasant setting.

Personale e proprietari di una cortesia e simpatia unica, idem per la professionalità. Da mangiare tutto buonissimo e fresco. Ci tornerò sicuramente per una cena in famiglia. lo consiglio vivamente.

The staff is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Recommended! 😊 P.S. There were four of us, and we split two steaks because they were generous.

20/07/2025: Words are not enough to describe the raw and cooked dishes, you will be amazed by the quality of the fish. The owners are top notch, what can I say about a pearl like Cambusa, it was needed in a neighborhood like Centocelle where only the sea is missing.

30/07/2025: Sulla strada di ritorno dalla biciclettata sulla via Appia Antica ci siamo fermati per pranzo al Giardino di Giulia e Fratelli, trovato sulla strada. È un posto carino, molto semplice ma estremamente accogliente, soprattutto grazie al personale, che ti fa sentire subito a casa e, in un certo senso, ti coccola. Tra i piatti del giorno abbiamo provato i ravioli ricotta e spinaci con crema di peperoni e i tonnarelli con una salsa ai tre pomodorini pachini; tutto squisito.

29/07/2025: If I could give 6 stars I would!! We had the most wonderful lunch here! We were walking the Appian Way and stopped in not knowing we had discovered a secret garden restaurant. The food was amazing, atmosphere beyond fabulous and extraordinary service-friendly and helpful.

10/08/2025: Il Rubino Restaurant... wow! Fantastic. I've always heard good things about it, but I've never had the chance to go there like this for Valentine's Day 2022. I decided to book there and check it out for myself. I'd booked the week before (you never know)... I was amazed as soon as I got there, 500 meters away... from a distance, I saw a very beautiful and well-lit place. I pulled into the parking lot and wondered... why hadn't I been here before? I went up the stairs and the staff welcomed us (obviously after validating our Green Pass) and seated us. The room was just the right amount of light... that is, it was dimly lit... so that I could feel a sense of harmony and intimacy between my partner and I. The dishes, all excellent, were served at least 20-30 minutes apart... so we had time to finish the main course, chat, leave, and sit down again. I honestly think I had the best Valentine's Day in years!!! I'll definitely be back here again... because it's truly fantastic.
