10/12/2025: I've been to this restaurant twice already. Once, I asked for the tasting menu, and the other time I chose freely from the menu. Both times, they were sublime experiences, featuring food made with high-quality ingredients, paired truly excellently. The wines offered by the glass are also top-notch. The service is also excellent.
10/11/2025: After having been there 2-3 times in the past where we enjoyed it, I chose to have my Birthday dinner there. Terrible experience this time. The service was almost non existent. Most of the staff were rather grim and hardly attended our table unless we asked for service. The big raw fish selection costs more than EUR 70,00 per person and for that price you should be able to expect a bit of service. I will not go back. There are many fish restaurants in Fiumicino. Stay away from this one. Overpriced and sloppy and without service.

14/09/2025: I went to this restaurant last night. It's a very nice place and is located in the historic center of Terracina, in a charming spot just behind the cathedral and the Emilian Forum. The experience was excellent. The staff is friendly, and the host is a charming and original character. The food is excellent. The set menu allows you to try many excellent dishes at a very competitive price. I'll be back soon. It will be a must-try.

22/11/2025: A restaurant that could have been the best in the area if it had good food, but unfortunately the food was bad, the carbonara was too salty because of the cheese, so we couldn't eat it. I gave it 2 stars because of the service and the space.

26/10/2025: Back to this little restaurant, and once again, an experience to treasure!
This time on a Saturday night, the restaurant was almost fully booked, yet the service was impeccable, the atmosphere intimate and refined, and the food sublime.
We were delighted to discover new culinary offerings and appreciate the new accolades received by this young team of professionals led by Chef Alessio.
It's truly a pleasure to be pampered by this small but highly original restaurant on the outskirts of Rome.
Congratulations, indeed!
10/10/2025: I was in Valmontone for work,
I had lunch at Specus and immediately felt at home.
Alessio and Flavia welcomed me as if we'd always known each other.
The atmosphere was clean and quiet, and the cuisine was authentic and delicious.
It will be a destination for three lunches and dinners.
My compliments to Alessio and Flavia.

21/12/2025: The pizza is delicious: the bottom is crispy, while the top remains soft and light.
The beer is also excellent, served in a carafe that keeps it cold longer. This way, you can drink slowly, but it stays chilled until the last sip—a detail that's not always obvious and much appreciated.
The atmosphere is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. There's no hustle and bustle, and this makes the evening even more enjoyable, as you can chat calmly without having to raise your voice.
The staff is super welcoming and helpful, always attentive and kind. A place where you eat well and have a great time: absolutely recommended.
15/12/2025: Perfect evening. Delicious ricotta and spinach balls, rich and flavorful gluten-free boscaiola pizza. Very friendly staff and a truly pleasant atmosphere. I'll be back soon!

19/11/2025: I came for dinner the other night and had a wonderful meal. The place was super cozy, the service was fast and impeccable, and the staff were incredibly kind. We ordered 2 supplì, 2 bruschetta, 2 pizzas, 1 water, 1 beer, and a dessert for a total of €36, a good price for the area. Highly recommended for a quiet dinner in a historic Roman pizzeria (thin Roman pizza with a rolling pin).
