10/12/2024: Abbiamo prenotato ( non senza difficoltà) il pranzo per un sabato il mercoledì precedente. Appena arrivati, sebbene il locale fosse semivuoto, ci siamo visti allegramente assegnare un tavolo fuori in un terrazzino chiuso con teli trasparenti. All’inizio la temperatura era piacevole ma poi, dopo l’arrivo di qualche persona, il riscaldamento veniva spento dal proprietario. La temperatura scendeva quindi di botto e abbiamo finito il pranzo col cappotto. Per quanto poi riguarda le vivande, buono solo l’antipasto di crudo di pesce mentre la minestra del pescatore ordinata come primo era un concentrato di sale con dentro pasta troppo al dente per non dire cruda. Infine i dolci, molto artefatti ma con materie prime assolutamente scarse. Poi la ciliegina sulla torta: alle nostre rimostranze per il freddo la proprietaria ci rispondeva assai scortesemente che ci dovevamo lamentare prima. Conto esosissimo e non giustificato assolutamente da quello che abbiamo mangiato. Esperienza da dimenticare

21/11/2024: Via degli Ontani è deliziosa, tra il verde e il silenzio. Bella location con servizio impeccabile. Menù non ampio ma i piatti sono il frutto di creatività ed esperienza. Mi è sembrata geniale la genovese di agnello con ziti (si potrebbe provare con le classiche candele spezzate lunghe), leggera e profumata. Anche originale il maritozzo con il sugo alla vaccinara,antipasto ma valido anche come piatto di primo. Buono il calice di rosso sfuso ai rotondi sentori di Merlot . Forse il piatto di prosciutto crudo tagliato a coltello si giustifica come prezzo solo se il S. ILARIO di Parma era un 60 mesi. La Salsamenteria di Artusi propone un 10 kg per circa 1.300 euro ma se più giovane naviga sui normali 40 euro al kg. Onestamente era buono ma sembrava più giovane di 5 anni. Direi complessivamente che Massimo è Claudio meritano le lodi. Io le mie le ho fatte in diretta, anche perché volevo chiacchierare in pace con un mio vecchio amico ed è stato possibile per la tranquillità del posto. Bravi.

05/01/2025: Amazing food! We got spaghetti all’ Amatriciana, tonarelli capio e pepe and ravioli with ricotta and spinach, some roasted potates and pinot grigio. It was an excellent choice in a very nice atmosphere in the centre of Rome. Highly recommended!

27/12/2024: Excellent trattoria located in the countryside a few kilometers from the Torre Alfina Castle, a little hidden but with valid directions to get there, perhaps in the evening it could be more difficult. They welcome you in a courteous and kind way and the staff is very efficient, the owner always present and helpful but never intrusive. The dishes are genuine and the portions are good, the kitchen is very quick in preparation between one course and another, the right amount of waiting. Place worth returning to

02/12/2024: It is a somewhat discreet restaurant on one of the streets near the Plaza de la República. Very friendly owner as he is at the door inviting you to try his dishes in his restaurant, he was very cordial. It is a quiet restaurant, the owner offers to taste his own oil with bread, we got carried away to try the pasta which was very good and he personally offered me vegetables (spinach type) and local sausage, I liked it a lot. When it came to desserts, according to the owner, they were homemade, I felt cheated, since when I saw them at first glance they didn't look like them to me and when I tried them I told him, the tiramisu didn't have mascarpone.... It was Industrial Pastry. .. I don't like being fooled like that... I'm only writing the review so that it doesn't happen again, so that the diner knows that the food is good, that the prices are like in most places, but that if they want something sweet here don't eat it.
