05/03/2026: Passing through this tuff village rising toward the Tuscia sky, Montefiascone, a balcony overlooking the blue of Lake Bolsena, in search of a quick lunch, is a place of class. Upon entering this restaurant, you immediately realize you're in a classy place. Describing the universe of Osmosi without slipping into the banal is a challenge to the senses: here, the experience isn't limited to the plate, but transforms into a constant stimulation where the boundary between food and the senses becomes wonderfully subtle. This is thanks to the magnetic talent of chef Debora Costantini, a figure capable of infusing her creations with a fascinating enigma that enchants as much as the flavor itself. The experience is completed in the glass, where expert knowledge of wine meets attentive, yet never intrusive, listening attentively, creating a perfect harmony between knowledge and personal pleasure. The dishes I tasted exude that mystery typical of those who know how to transform raw ingredients into an almost unique experience. 15/01/2026: On a trip to Rome, my friends and I ate at this restaurant. Superb carbonara, excellent service. Definitely worth the 4.6 star rating. I'll definitely return when I'm back in Rome.

09/03/2026: It was Sunday, and half my family and I decided to eat out for lunch. I got the wrong phone number and ended up booking here by mistake... but as they say, "blind luck" (at least in Rome), I have to say I had a great time (I'll reconsider the next time I return). Great location, impeccable service, and delicious, well-chosen dishes, at least for me. We were all happy and must return to try their pizzas.

12/03/2026: A well-run operation serving quick but feshly prepared food. We got the apero-cena and the waiter was very kind to prepare an special veggie one for me. The portions are huge, price is low, quality high. What more can you ask for? :)

06/01/2026: I believe it recently changed management. My previous review was about 2 years ago, and I think it's a sign of fairness not to penalize new owners. I'm giving it 3 stars while waiting to try again. 2023 I'm returning after a while, confident I'll make a good impression on friends. The pizzas are cold, except for mine, which didn't arrive even after several reminders. It's true that they apologized and I wasn't charged my share of the bill, but that doesn't justify what happened. I feel sorry for one waiter in particular, because his professionalism doesn't deserve a 1, but I'd give him a 5. It was clear he hadn't been given the proper conditions to work properly. It's a real shame; I've sent so many people there over the past 2 years, but I don't think we'll be back.

05/03/2026: I went last night with my family. The owners were welcoming and very kind, as were the waiters. The appetizers and meat were delicious. You couldn't ask for anything better. We'll be back again and again.

The dough is crispy, incredibly light, and incredibly digestible, thanks to a carefully selected flour mix that truly makes all the difference. But the added bonus is the staff: friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, capable of making you feel at home right away and putting you in a good mood even before the pizza arrives. A place where you eat great and leave with a full belly and a smile on your face. Highly recommended! 😄🍕

Hanno accettato il nostro cane without problems and sono statusi gentilissimi, gli hanno portato aqua, fatto also assaggiare a piece of pane fatto in casa. Lo Hanno trattato benissimo il che non è nulla dato per scontato, dato che molti ristoratori non vgliono cani grandi. The cibo was good, and the fat in the house (dolci, pasta) was still alive, but Hanno also offered a bruschetta good. - We went to lunch at this family run restaurant with our Golden Retriever George. They welcomed our dog without any problems and were extremely kind—they brought him water and even let him taste a piece of homemade bread. They treated him wonderfully, which is not something to be taken for granted, as many restaurant owners don't want large dogs. The food was delicious, and many items were homemade (desserts, pasta). We highly recommend it. They also offered us a delicious bruschetta. - We went to this restaurant for lunch with our Golden Retriever, George. They accepted our dog without any problems and were very friendly—they brought him water and even let him try a piece of homemade bread. They treated him very well, which is by no means a given, as many restaurant owners don't want large dogs. The food was delicious, and many items were homemade (desserts, pasta). 08/03/2026: We went there for lunch today on the recommendation of a local friend, so it was almost a sure thing... But it exceeded our expectations! Nice, clean atmosphere, super-smiling and friendly staff, and a wonderful owner, but the highlight is the food... We had an appetizer of lard bruschetta, never tasted so good, and delicious eggplant meatballs. For first courses, we had chestnut-filled ravioli with parmesan cream, incredibly delicate and a delicacy, and the chestnut flour maltagliati with guinea fowl ragu and hazelnuts, highly recommended and delicious! We were thrilled with the desserts: the ricotta and chestnut tart was delicious, and the warm hazelnut cake was absolutely delicious! We left the lunch delighted! We'll be back and recommend it to everyone!

05/03/2026: Wandering around Caprarola, we found this truly exceptional trattoria-pizzeria. Two of us went for lunch, and I must say the food was fabulous. The first courses were delicious, mouth-watering, not to mention the second courses, typical of the area. I approved and highly recommend it. Very friendly staff.
