25/08/2025: Old fashioned trattoria, fair prices, every time I go back it's like a dive into the past, well done, especially to the staff and the waiters who are always smiling.

18/08/2025: A village trattoria with a menu of authentic dishes, no "reductions." Excellent value, efficient service despite the number of customers. They're increasingly rare. We start with butter and sage ravioli and cannelloni, followed by steak and rabbit cacciatore. Side dishes include green beans and chicory, wine by the glass, water, torta della nonna and donuts (offered), amaro, gentian liqueur, and coffee for a €60 bill for two. 10/07/2025: Great atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service. What made the experience even better was our waiter, Bledi professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. He made sure everything went smoothly and added a personal touch to the evening. Definitely a place I’d return to, thanks in large part to him.

15/08/2025: Oliva e l'ingegneria is always a guarantee! I'm returning to this restaurant after a two-year absence because I live out of town, and I've finally rediscovered the pleasure of a superb culinary experience. The atmosphere is quiet, clean, and welcoming. On summer evenings, you can eat outside, and the service is attentive and discreet. The menu offers a variety of dishes, from appetizers to desserts, including meat and fish dishes, as well as more neutral options to satisfy vegetarians, and a well-stocked wine list. Each dish is truly beautiful, and upon tasting, it's an explosion of flavor! At Oliva e l'ingegneria, seasonality and local produce are respected, and the level of quality, flavor, and originality make this a truly unique experience! I recommend trying this restaurant because it's truly a discovery of new flavors and combinations not found elsewhere in the area. I'd also add that the prices are reasonable and accessible to everyone. Compliments to the staff at Oliva e l'ingegneria. See you soon!

06/09/2025: We went once and it was nice. However, the second time we went, it was awful. First, it took ages for our orders to be taken and to arrive, and the waitress JUDGED us when we asked for something to be taken off the pizza. The pizza dough is nice but the rest didn’t follow and wasn’t great. The lasagna was also not great. Not to mention the waitress who did not flash a single smile.

06/09/2025: Move on. First, the waitresses judge you if you have the misfortune to remove the meat from a dish in a restaurant that claims to be vegan. Second, the dishes are not finished; the pizza bases are good, but the toppings are terrible. An extra buffalo cheese will simply be cheese grated on your dish. Furthermore, they order the wrong ones and don't even apologize for their incompetence. Finally, the chocolate mousse is just a sour cream that tastes like anything but chocolate. We were very respectful, so this service is not acceptable.

04/09/2025: Great gelato at a reasonable price (was 4 euro for two scoops in a waffle cone). As others have already noted, there seemed to always be a line (which was even more notable because there was another gelato place right across the street that people could have gone to instead if they didn't want to wait).

03/09/2025: Very delicious! We really liked it. Very creamy and delicious. One of the best we tried in Rome. I'd probably rank it a little below La Romana.

05/09/2025: The staff are extremely unfriendly. It's a place I never want to go back to. Be sure to check your bill carefully. When I tried to pay, they beckoned me over with their hand, and I nearly fainted. This place clearly needs staff training.

05/09/2025: We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and ready to assist with any questions. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Its central location is also ideal for exploring the city. We would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it!

05/09/2025: It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant, both the starters are excellent, lots of stuff, and the special carbonara is excellent value for money, and Pino, the owner, is truly wonderful, and the staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. In short, if you're in the area, stop here.

31/08/2025: Amazing!!!! The service was excellent, courteous, and friendly! Excellent food; we had a platter of very good cured meats and delicious beans all'uccelletto. A mouth-watering first course (ombrichelli alla zozzona) with sausage, bacon, and tomato—a must try!

14/08/2025: A delightful place in the heart of Bagnoregio. We had panzanella, pici, and duck. The pici are truly hand-rolled, and the garlic sauce was phenomenal. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the air-conditioned rooms were welcoming. The prices were decidedly reasonable. A hidden gem in the center of town, we highly recommend it!
