11/10/2025: Very good choice for food, especially pizza. It doesn't have pasta of course, but the pizzas are delicious and the dough is wonderful. Very good service. I highly recommend it. The prices are very good.

12/10/2025: Thanks to a traffic jam on the highway, we exited at Guidonia-Montecelio. Googling, we found Erik, who welcomed us even though it was almost 2:00 PM. What can I say? Super!!! Super carbonara, super gricia, super tripe, super beans with pork rinds, super saltinbocca... And everyone was incredibly kind... We didn't manage to eat the desserts, but they really stuck with us... We'll be back!! P.S.: Super fair prices

I'm a lover of tartare and good red wine, and tonight he outdid himself, delighting me. I say "tonight" because I've tasted his dishes several times, and every time you get that "treat" you need, those authentic flavors, that good food that balances out a super-tiring day. 02/10/2025: I came with a group of friends. The experience was fantastic. Located next to Sonnino's main square, the food is excellent, with super-fresh porcini mushrooms, brought in that day. The goat was delicious! The bread and pasta are homemade, and the appetizer was good and plentiful. The prices are affordable and the service excellent; you can tell they're committed to quality. I'd definitely go back!

16/09/2025: The staff was polite but uninformed about their menu. There were two of us, and we ordered two carbonaras and a trio of supplì. We were initially told that it wouldn't be possible to have the three different flavors of supplì, but rather classic ones or nduja. This wasn't the case, as they then brought us two flavors from the menu and one from outside. As for the carbonara, there was nothing to complain about with the portions, but rather with the preparation, where the cream didn't bind at all with the starch in the pasta, and the timing. You could tell the pasta was already ready beforehand (also because by the time we'd cleared the appetizer plates, the girl with the pasta arrived), as it was cold on top and hot on the bottom. We also found a splinter of green plastic, probably from the vegetable cutting board (since HACCP regulations require a different color for each food, something they should have known if they'd taken the appropriate courses). That said, despite everything, we didn't have a terrible time, but I don't think we'll be back (all of this was noted with our years of study and work in the same sector and with our diploma obtained from a hotel and restaurant school).

18/08/2025: It's a guarantee! At lunchtime, you can enjoy an excellent first course at a truly affordable price. The express cuisine offers tasty and delicious options. The family-run business makes it a very informal place where you'll immediately feel at home. One of my favorites for both business lunches and dinners with friends. The free parking in the district opposite makes it a great option in an area with limited parking.

05/09/2025: We often go back because it is a very good diner. It also has outdoor tables, from which you can enjoy the spectacle of the Teminilluccio and Terminilletto. This time we ordered a plate of very fragrant fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, a succulent pork shank and a plate with a good lamb cacciatore and with roast suckling pig. The sautéed vegetables and draft beer were very good. The staff is always friendly. Excellent quality/price ratio. We will go back again! It is worth it! ... and we went back!!! Also on this occasion it confirmed that it is an excellent diner! In addition to the unmissable fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, we consumed a very tasty plate of baked veal and an exquisite stew also of veal. Congratulations for the efficiency of the service which, despite the huge influx of users, did not give up!!! The breakfast is also top-notch! Pair the cappuccino with an excellent strudel and ... start the day!

07/10/2025: This experience was gained during a beginner's cooking class for couples, where we prepared an appetizer, a first course, and a second course—in this case, eggplant meatballs, a gricia with figs, and sea bass with a zucchini sauce. Chef Marco was super helpful and patient. We'll definitely be back!

07/10/2025: We took our first cooking class as a couple and it was a wonderful experience. Marco was wonderful and constantly available throughout the course. This course is divided into three parts: preparing an appetizer from scratch, a pasta dish, and cleaning the fish; it all ends with lunch based on what we cooked ourselves. Highly recommended for beginners or those who want to refine their techniques.

An appetizer and a fish-based main course cost about €25 per person. This is a truly worthwhile restaurant. It will become a regular stop.

13/10/2025: A very welcoming restaurant, offering traditional local cuisine and a panoramic view from the terrace of Civita di Bagnoregio. Reservations are recommended if you want to sit outside. The appetizer was good, and we ordered the first course of the day: the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, which was excellent. There's a varied wine selection, including a good Montefalco red, and the desserts. The price includes appetizers, first course, desserts, wine, water, and coffee; we didn't order second courses. A very pleasant experience.
