23/02/2025: The service is a little slow perhaps also due to the many people present. The food is plentiful and of excellent quality, I recommend maltagliati with beans, gnocchi with rib sauce, pork fillet with plums and apples. Super recommended 👍

29/03/2025: Informal environment, ideal for those who want to feel at home. Massimo, the owner, extremely kind, an added value to the place. We tasted various pizzas, all delicious, thin, light and crunchy with quality ingredients.
Even the cuisine is no different, exquisite typical Roman dishes and generous portions.
Excellent quality/price.
What can I say, a highly recommended place where culinary goodness combines with the true essence of hospitality. Well done Massimo and collaborators!

31/03/2025: Very nice little place right under the Bracciano Castle. The environment has an old flavor but is well cared for. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food is really good and the portions are right. Prices a little high but fair considering the location of the place. Service a little slow. Overall an excellent restaurant with traditional and innovative cuisine.

12/04/2025: Intimate and welcoming venue offers a menu with innovative and very tasty dishes. In particular, the courgette and potato flowers, meatballs with cod, paccheri stuffed with fish and the pistachio semifreddo are excellent.
The cellar is well stocked and the service is dynamic and courteous.

10/04/2025: The establishment is located between Giulio Agricola and Subagusta, there were free seats in the evening, the quiet pleasant atmosphere of the month is on the street and in the middle of the establishment, the only thing is that I was very cold. The menu can be fish or meat, there is also a wine list or other drinks, we were treated to a tonic. Pleasant waitress Francesca. Food: tasty, fresh and large portions, I couldn't even eat all the pasta

The food was excellent, you can see the quality of the products especially the fish.
The staff was helpful, kind and courteous service, precise also in the description of any alternative choices.
The price was more than fair in relation to the quality of the product.
We will definitely be back!

13/04/2025: If you are in Viterbo stop at L'Archetto! Amazing cuisine with simple flavours, with top quality local products. Fair prices to say the least, considering the quality. The place is small and very welcoming, both inside and outside. All the guys on the staff were very kind. In particular, we thank Elisabetta because she treated us as if we had always been customers ❤️ see you soon!

12/03/2025: We had a birthday party a few days ago. The place is nice, spacious, youthful and jovial.
Furthermore, the staff is approachable and open to the customer. They are kind, helpful, witty, friendly, ironic, welcoming and smiling. The requested fee formula was honest and clear.
We will consider it for other parties. Thank you because we really had a pleasant evening!
