31/05/2025: Primo eccellenti ed abbondanti. Carne alla brace ottima. Personale gentilissimo e sorridente molto veloce nel servizio. Accettano volentieri i cani. Prezzo corretto x quello che abbiamo mangiato.

25/05/2025: Ristorante suggestivo abbiamo mangiato all aperto sotto una roccia. Personale gentile e disponibile e soprattutto paziente con i bambini, cibo veramente buono,dolci casarecci da 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo

12/05/2025: My favorite meal in Rome. My friend and I were walking around trying to find somewhere to eat on a busy Saturday night in Trastevere, and everywhere looked doubtful. A couple nights prior I had tried to come here solo but they had no tables. At first this time, the owner had said this time she had nothing again, but I very nicely pleaded and said we’d wait no matter how long, even though it was late. The owner said “Ok, you come back in… one hour? 10:10? Too late?” And we said no. We walked around Trastevere and upon returning in an hour, she greeted us with “Ah! My 10:10 table! Allora, do you want outside or in?” We chose our meal outdoors, and then began a special meal. After deciding on food, the server asked “wine?” I ordered a glass of house white and he said, “No no… look at the food you order! Your choose so good, you need good wine. I will bring you something good.” Indeed, the food (and the wine! “See? Is good!” he said proudly once I tasted) was magnificent. My friend and I loved everything, especially the octopus with broccoli crema, pasta with truffles — I wish I remember the name, and the saltimbocca alla romana. Even though we felt like we had to rush as their night wound down and we were the last table, the owner and our server told us not to rush but to enjoy and savor our entire meal. From start to finish with our very warm send off, the entire staff and all aspects of this meal experience were truly a treat. Don’t be like us though — make a reservation, and make it now!

12/05/2025: Nice restaurant to sit inside as well as on their terrace. Pasta (Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe) was good. Saltimbocca was dry and tasteless. The same applied to the tuna. Service was "Italian".

22/05/2025: If you are there for the food the food is terrible. For the drinks it is good

20/05/2025: We went twice and we had great food and drinks at the bar restaurant. My girl had the Porn Star Martini and I had the Diosorio. We ate the salmon and I had the cod and both were great. The staff were really great and the bar was really fantastic. We will come back when we return to Rome. We didn’t eat anything the second time because it was early afternoon and we were going out later to eat.

30/05/2025: Non giudico l ambiente troppo pieno di cose... Giudico il cibo. Abbiamo orbinato dei supplì e una porzione di patatine. I supplì erano pieni di olio e uno è arrivato al tavolo aperto e spiaccicato nel padellino. Le patate servite in uno specie di colino rettangolare con sopra parmigiano e pepe... Il colino andrebbe buttato nel l immondizia per le condizioni impietose... Le patate tagliate rotonde intrise di olio... Forchetta sporca... Hamburger scelto padellino.. La cipolla caramellata praticamente immangiabile e quasi assente... Insomma una esperienza terribile...

28/05/2025: Un ristorante molto curato nella scelta dei prodotti da servire al tavolo . In particolare ho mangiato un antipasto di carciofi con scaglie di parmigiano dal gusto unico e ricercato . Il servizio al tavolo attento ma non invadente . Sala molto silenziosa nonostante fosse affollata . Ci torneremo .

03/06/2025: Da appasionato di cucina, spinto dalla curiosità di conoscere la cucina dello chef Gianfranco Pascucci, arrivo a Fiumicino per provare il suo menù “come è profondo il mare”. Cibo ottimo, piatti studiati ed elaborati. Ci sono state peró alcune pecche nella serata: Un commensale era intollerante al lattosio, gli è stato servito un antipasto con uno yogurt , per dolce un profiteroles con ciuffi di panna e per finire nella piccola pasticceria una sfera con un po di panna all’ interno di cui siamo stati avvisati quando potevamo essercelo giá mangiato. Queste sono cose che per me, in un locale stellato , non devono succedere. Consiglio inoltre una maggiore innovazione sui dolci , assolutamente non all’ altezza con il resto dell’ esperienza. Locale sicuramente da visitare ma dove non ritornerei

29/05/2025: Da molto tempo volevo provare la cucina di Pascucci, che ammiro molto, vi siamo finalmente stati. Ambiente: molto ospitale, elegante ma sobrio. Personale di sala: molto professionale, sempre pronto alle esigenze, come si dice una ombra servizievole e preparata. I piatti: tutti di grande sapienza tecnica ed abbinamenti gustosi e sorprendenti. Ci torneremo di sicuro, e presto. Se posso dire una notazione, come secondo piatto ho preso pescato del giorno, piatto molto gustoso, era un merluzzo di grande mole, nn so mi sarei aspettato pesci locali piu noti. Nulla toglie alla bellissima e gustosissima esperienza. Bravi tutti

24/05/2025: Refined, yet warm and welcoming place, perfect for any event. Attentive and discreet staff, organized for every customer request. We discovered this place on the occasion of a baptism and we "fell in love" with everything. Excellent food, quality raw materials, varied and abundant. All the guests were satisfied with the courses. We will definitely return.

24/05/2025: Luogo raffinato, ma anche caldo e accogliente, perfetto per ogni evento. Personale attento e discreto, organizzato per ogni richiesta del cliente. Abbiamo conosciuto questo posto in occasione di un battesimo e ci siamo "innamorati" di tutto. Cibo ottimo, materia prima di qualità, vario e abbondante. Tutti i commensali sono stati soddisfatti delle portate. Sicuramente torneremo. Consigliatissimo

25/05/2025: Insomma! Forse va bene per un aperitivo e bere un pò di vino accompagnato da qualche stuzzichino. Ma non per la cena, pochissima scelta (soprattutto per chi è in cerca del senza glutine anche se dicono di avere opzioni senza glutine e vegane). Il proprietario (credo) è stato sempre molto cortese e gentile, anche se l'importo del conto ci è stato detto a voce (comunque tutto sembrava tornare... però non è professionale). La signora che serve ai tavoli poco accogliente e poco attenta al cliente in alcuno momenti.... I piatti cucinati in modo normalissimo, come a casa... non eccellenti... Non ci ha convinto molto.... forse per un aperitivo sotto casa si può ritentare!

03/05/2025: Quattro amici. Un tavolo. La sera che scende lieve come un vino versato piano. L’Enoteca Castrocielo ci ha accolti senza fretta, come si accolgono i viaggiatori di ritorno: con cura, con calore, con quella grazia che solo la semplicità sa rendere regale. Gli antipasti? Un invito lento alla festa del gusto. Misti, sì — ma non confusi. Ogni sapore raccontava la sua storia, ogni piatto una pennellata sulla tela della fame. Poi… la Tartare di Fassona. Spettacolare. Cruda solo nel nome, perché in realtà ardeva di sapore, sussurrava spezie e rispetto. E la Guancia di Maiale? Morbida, tenera, decisa. Come una memoria d’infanzia tornata sul piatto. Ben cucinata è riduttivo: era un abbraccio masticabile, una poesia cotta a bassa temperatura. Il vino… ah, il vino. Strutturato come un racconto lungo, versato tra risa e segreti, ha sciolto parole e pensieri, fino a renderci ubriachi — non solo di alcol, ma di gratitudine. Siamo tornati a casa brilli, felici, un po’ bambini. Con in tasca il nome di chi ci ha coccolati con la voce e il sorriso: Isabella. Una padrona di casa vera, di quelle che non si trovano, ma si ricordano.

14/02/2025: Oramai abbiamo terminato gli aggettivi superlativi per definire l'Officina 55. In occasione della cena di San Valentino chef Alekos e Silvia si sono superati con un menù innovativo e fantasioso oltre che buono. Tra tutto STREPITOSI gli gnocchetti agli scampi e carciofi fritti! Il tutto bene accompagnato da un Pinot Grigio. Davvero una cena fantastica. Come dite? Non ci siete mai stati? Beh.... non sapete cosa vi perdete.... fate sempre in tempo a recuperare!!!! 🙂

17/05/2025: 10 with a ton! Without any exaggeration, it competes with the restaurants in Rome. Terrific variety and many choices. One better than the other.. the girls there are very helpful. The prices are at normal levels. I will definitely go back

27/05/2025: The taste is very average. The price of the food does not match the taste. There is no service at all and they charge a service fee. Chinese people should not come here. They will leave you waiting for a long time without taking your order. After the food is served, they will make some incomprehensible gestures and emphasize that there is no discrimination. The attitude, taste and price are all unsatisfactory. It is better to walk a few steps to the next door.

24/05/2025: Yesterday I went for the first time, well I have to compliment everyone, they were able to handle a small unexpected event, which I created, with a smile and kindness. Excellent and very fresh food, exquisite staff ..... what can I say, a small corner of enjoyment and tranquility ..... Delicious dessert!!!!
