17/08/2025: After strolling through the winding alleys of Bagnoregio, we let ourselves be guided to Alma Civita, and there a little magic began. Seated inside a charming ancient cave, we breathed in an intimate, almost timeless atmosphere. Every dish brought to the table was an embrace of authentic flavors: the cured meats, the potatoes, the meat, the wine... everything spoke of tradition and love for the land. Then Alessandra arrived, with her smile and her stories: in just a few moments, she gave us the true soul of Bagnoregio, intertwining childhood memories and the history of a place carefully guarded by her parents. Her words made lunch an experience that went beyond simply eating: it was like experiencing a fragment of life in the suspended city. 13/08/2025: An exceptional experience. We've been there twice within four days, first to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and then to bring our parents since they'd heard so much about it. It's impossible to say anything bad about Provalo. The staff is friendly, always smiling and never says a word out of place. The boss, who takes orders, is incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful, and describes the dishes in such detail and emotion that you can tell he truly feels like he loves them. Of course, if you go to Provalo, it's not just for the staff. The FOOD is simply fantastic. So many delicious treats that you'd want to come back every day just to try them all. They also have several GLUTEN-FREE dishes. The boss was quick to point out that they don't have a dual kitchen, but that where they cook gluten-free, there's no cross-contamination with gluten-containing dishes. Another very positive note: the place was completely full, but the wait was practically non-existent; they were incredibly quick. I can only recommend it to everyone and we will definitely see each other soon, very likely on August 15th since they are also open that day and they don't have a special menu, but everything à la carte like on any other day of the week.

11/08/2025: We went as a couple and ate the classic mutton skewers, vegetarian and meat bruschetta, and cheese selections accompanied by various jams, all exquisite and carefully served. The place was very nice and welcoming, with super friendly, helpful, and polite staff. Finally, they offered us a limoncello and an amaro. I paid around 30 euros. Truly very satisfied.

17/08/2025: I dined at this lovely restaurant two evenings ago. The location is tastefully decorated, elegant, tidy, and clean, and staffed by friendly and professional wait staff. The pizza was amazing! The meat was good quality. The small gift while you waited for your order was both welcome and tasty. The homemade bread was incredibly delicious! The wait times were reasonable: serious cuisine demands its time. I highly recommend this restaurant, where the entire staff's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident.

15/08/2025: I've only been to the restaurant, but it's absolutely worth it. The cone is excellent, with both traditional and sophisticated recipes. Excellent ingredients. Lovely service.

29/08/2025: Fantastic place with fantastic food! Great from beginning Antipasti - Scallops, Crostini with Truffle and Tartare with Truffle, continued by outstanding pasta dishes with truffles, ragu and lobster and perfectly finished with nice desserts - Tiramisu, Chocolate cake and Apple cake. A very lovely atmosphere and wonderful service. Highly recommend this place!

28/08/2025: I walked into CiPASSO almost by chance on a warm evening near the Pantheon, not knowing what to expect, but what I found was simply wonderful. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, with a warm feeling that is only typical of places that really know their guests. The service was attentive without being too formal, and the staff made you feel like you really mattered. The food is thoughtful but without pomp, a celebration of flavors with original touches on the Roman menu. I enjoyed every bite, and I will definitely go back there next time I am in Rome.

18/08/2025: The best kosher restaurant in Rome!! Authentic and very tasty food. Mixed grill and couscous from Prome are simply excellent! We slept in the ghetto and it was worth the trip! We went back again the next evening.

01/07/2025: I have been choosing this bar for years now because it is truly a special place. The staff is always attentive, kind and helpful, and Isa prepares a spectacular cappuccino: creamy, perfect and everyone knows their customers. I only order cakes here: mousse or ice cream, they are always very fresh, delicious and a guarantee for every occasion. A true corner of sweetness where I always gladly return. Highly recommended!

12/08/2025: In a splendid location surrounded by greenery, we ate very, very well. The staff and owner were very friendly. There's the option of staying overnight and also using the pool. Highly recommended.

09/08/2025: Excellent farmhouse overlooking a beautiful panorama immersed in the vineyards of Ciociaria, the owners were very friendly, courteous staff, excellent lunch, exceptional wines, definitely to be repeated

30/08/2025: The worst pizza of my life, the base seems pre-made, all the same, hard and tasteless... there are better pizzas in the supermarket, also when I told the man my complaint he reacted irately and arrogantly telling me that I had no idea, we left more than half a pizza and half a focaccia (the same base) and bought a pizza al taglio in the alley of Fontana di Trevi to get rid of the bad taste in our mouths... I was surprised to find such a horrible pizza in Rome. They take advantage of the location of the restaurant, they take advantage of tourists and underestimate them.

28/07/2025: Great food, reasonable priced, and friendly staff. I always visit this place everytime I visit Rome since 2019. I was so sorry when I saw it was temporarily closed in the last March. I hope I can visit there next year!

07/08/2025: A lovely place, staffed by wonderful, courteous, friendly, and professional people. The ingredients are always fresh. We tried the salad, poke, and sandwiches, and they were all excellent. Kudos to the entire staff! I absolutely recommend trying it!

20/08/2025: Can't believe everything was vegan! SO many dishes to try. Only thing I didn't like was not knowing how much it was going to cost as it is priced by weight. Everything I tried was very tasty. Only complaint was the fried options were a little stale after sitting on the buffet. The pesto gnocchi, clam dish, and creamy shells were my favorites.

13/08/2025: Excellent food! Absolutely flavourful and you get to try a variety of dishes mostly with Italian touch. The male server at the counter was not too friendly and not too attentive

07/09/2025: What can I say! A truly special place; the atmosphere and friendliness make it perfect. The cuisine is excellent, with daily specials that respect seasonality. Everything is carefully prepared and excellent. The pizza is also wonderful.

26/08/2025: I went there a few months ago while traveling for work, and ended up going two nights in a row! I couldn't wait to try the other dishes. The food was delicious, and almost everything was homemade. The cuisine was both traditional and elaborate, but always Roman-style. The chef also created some very delicious off-menu dishes. It's an instant favorite.

16/07/2025: Torno per l’ennesima volta alla fraschetteria, e trovo come sempre materie prime eccellenti, preparate con maestria ed equilibrio, e illustrate in modo da farti venire l’acquolina in bocca solo ad immaginartele. Si percepisce che chi lavora qui lo fa con passione r per dare soddisfazione al cliente. Dai piatti sempre presenti della tradizione romana e non solo, alle innovazioni dello chef (pera al barolo, risotto con gamberoni in scorza di melone superlativi), la scelta è vasta, le porzioni abbondanti e la goduria assicurata. Sono venuto a cena con alcuni miei amici che non lo conoscevano e ne sono rimasti entusiasti. Complimenti!!!! Continuare così.

24/08/2025: Total hidden gem with superb food, excellent wine and outstanding service. This is tucked away in a residential neighbourhood off the tourist routes and was THE absolute best restaurant we went to in Rome, by a massive margin, and that’s saying something in a City with hundreds of brilliant places to eat. Classic Roman food cooked to perfection with a smile and a wealth of personality. Every dish was exceptional - what can I say more! If I or my kids ever go to Rome again, I know we will head directly to Ai Cocci! Superb - love you!!!!!!!!
