26/11/2025: A quaint restaurant in the historic center, with an attractive and well-maintained location. At lunchtime, the service was slow/distracted, despite only three tables occupied. The menu isn't very varied, but it's acceptable; freshly cooked dishes are preferable. The wine list is good, with reasonable prices. Overall, recommended, with a passing grade, but the hospitality could be improved.

24/11/2025: And what can we say?!? The positive reviews piqued our curiosity, and they're right! I ate really well, with typical Ciociaria dishes, yet unique and delicious. A vast selection of wines. The waiters were good and attentive. Beautiful location. Truly, congratulations!

10/12/2025: I rediscovered Gusto in another location after many years, and the food was always excellent and the service remained unchanged. The service was excellent, with Jimmy being very attentive and courteous. The traditional dishes included excellent pasta dishes, both matriciana and the classic carbonara, and the light and sublime cod meatballs. Nina and I then reminisced about the old restaurant, and it was a pleasure to find it again in another location. A must-visit for our next Roman holiday.

05/12/2025: Last night I had dinner with four friends: mixed antipasto and pici pasta with duck ragout. The food was all excellent. Unfortunately, even though it's declared ACCESSIBLE, the restaurant is actually NOT! My friend in a wheelchair couldn't fit at the table, and we had a hard time accessing the bathroom (there's a pedal for the water and a wastebasket that makes it impossible to move around). There's also a noticeable step at the restaurant entrance. THESE ASPECTS ARE IMPORTANT if you declare the restaurant accessible on a website, and small technical details would suffice.

26/10/2025: I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant. I highly recommend it! Excellent food and attentive, discreet staff. The atmosphere is very intimate, as the two rooms aren't very large, so there's little crowding. They also serve pizza in the evening.

The professionalism, courtesy, helpfulness, and friendliness of all the staff is matched by the superb quality of the dishes offered, each one unparalleled in authenticity, originality, and freshness. Going to Falcioni is a reward, both for body and soul. Excellent 🥂

11/09/2025: A truly fantastic place overlooking the village of Cori. A large grill welcomes guests, and behind it is a splendid oven for making excellent pizzas. The selection of meats is extensive and cooked to perfection, and the selection of perfectly cooked pizzas is equally splendid. The service is impeccable, and you're immediately welcomed with a warm welcome. The homemade walnut bread is crunchy.

07/09/2025: We stayed for one night. The B&B rooms were meticulously designed, from the cleanliness to the furnishings. The staff was welcoming and super helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

16/11/2025: Today I finally managed to come to lunch at Il Calice e la Stella... it was my first time and it won't be my last... Don't be fooled by the entrance, because once you enter you'll find yourself in a welcoming and truly charming location... the well-heated environment immediately puts you at ease. We were greeted by Felice and his staff in a very professional and friendly manner... they explained each course to us (Tuscia and local products)... the wine selection and the culture in its presentation were excellent. Every dish was special... given the season... we went from pumpkin to chestnuts to porcini mushrooms. The desserts were amazing... it's a shame they were a bit small... they went away quickly 🤭 Definitely a must-try. Highly recommended.

25/10/2025: Wonderful location with gorgeous views of St Peter’s and skyline. Easy walk to Borghese gardens/villa area which was a plus. Delicious and well prepared food, helpful and courteous service.

02/12/2025: A small restaurant run by the wonderful Rosy, who, in addition to delicious, authentic, and divinely prepared food, ensures a warm welcome, making you feel like you're part of the family. Reservations recommended!

28/11/2025: The atmosphere is very simple, a classic trattoria, small and intimate, with not many seats. But the service and the food are amazing!!!! The quality/price ratio is also excellent, but honestly, we were accompanied by a friend of the owner. He makes you feel right at home. Truly satisfying.

09/11/2025: I asked for a cake to be delivered as a surprise for a birthday. Since I don't live in Rome, I was worried it might be a bit complicated, but we had everything organized in ten minutes. They were precise and very friendly, the delivery was super punctual, and the cake was beautiful, delicious, and well-crafted.
