07/10/2025: This restaurant deserves more exposure! On our last day of our trip, we were looking for something to eat near our Airbnb and found MANGIO, and it was a wonderful way to end our trip on a high note. We received EXCELLENT service from Antônio and Anika, both very kind and with a wonderful energy. We were impressed by their professionalism and charisma. This alone says a lot about the place and significantly changes the restaurant experience. We ordered appetizers, drinks, and pasta dishes, and everything was wonderful, tasty, and in good quantities. It was a great experience. Thank you, Antônio and Anika.

The seafood was incredibly fresh, and every dish — insalata di mare, polpo in tempura, tagliata di ricciola, frittura di calamari, tonno in crosta — was superb. Each bite felt thoughtfully prepared and perfectly executed. The staff was just great! I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a dining experience this memorable!

02/11/2025: We went on Saturday evening for the first time. The place was very intimate and welcoming. The service was excellent; everyone was very kind and attentive. We didn't have to wait long, and the traditional Roman food was delicious. We'll definitely be back.

29/10/2025: The pastry shop is amazing. We've always had good food there, both for lunch and dinner. The aperitivo is also good. It's a little more expensive than average in this area, but it's worth the extra cost.

My only regret after a very nice evening was paying €15 for 15 slices of cake, equivalent to €1 per slice (the cake was purchased from the local pastry shop, after all) seems very, very excessive, and in any case, you should at least be polite enough to mention it beforehand. .

13/10/2025: Be prepared for a long wait. We arrived on a Sunday for lunch, more than half an hour before anyone came to take our order, then another 40 minutes for our dishes. Then, after more than half an hour of waiting, we had to go find someone to ask for the bill. The eggplant parmigiana was incredibly heavy, overloaded with smoked provola (when? It's made with mozzarella), completely lacking basil, and just a sprinkling of parmesan on top. I ate it because by 2:30 PM, when they finally brought it, I was starving. However, its heaviness prevented me from ordering dessert, something I usually always order at restaurants. I also had to skip dinner. A bit of a "I wish I could but I couldn't" feeling about posh restaurants. Furthermore, the menu completely lacks allergen information, which is now unacceptable and ILLEGAL, so I'm taking another star off.

20/10/2025: Braciami is a lovely restaurant whose offerings go beyond what its name suggests or the idea of ​​a farmhouse restaurant. At Braciami, you'll also find international recipes enhanced with their high-quality ingredients. Excellent tacos, empanades, lasagna with lamb ragù, spare ribs. And, of course, delicious grilled meats. The cuts are good, but the portions are a bit on the small side. They also make excellent supplì. The portions are perfect for sharing, often double (for example, the bombette are 4, the supplì and the bruschettone are 2), so be sure to ask before ordering to avoid overdoing it. If you order the bruschettone, ask for homemade bread, not the tramezzini kind, and for it to be well toasted; they tend to leave it soggy. The place is very charming, with attention to every detail, and surrounded by greenery. It's just outside Viterbo, on the Cimina road, about an hour from the Cassia Veientana exit of the GRA ring road. Oh, and they also make good coffee. I didn't stay at the agriturismo.

09/10/2025: Second experience. This time I tried pizza and fried food: the arancino matriciano was very good and the pinsa was excellent, and the pecorino wine was pleasant. The prices are normal but the quality is superior. The only flaw is the ventilation; the clothes absorb cooking odors.

The owner, Alfredo, is incredibly courteous and kind; just the way he welcomes his guests is a pleasure. The food completes the excellent impression you get from the start. Truly excellent. 27/09/2025: During our honeymoon, while driving from Rome to Naples late in the evening, we decided to stay here overnight. Even though we arrived quite late, the owner welcomed us warmly and immediately offered us a tasting dinner. He was very attentive and, with the help of a translator, made sure we felt comfortable. The dinner was spectacular, although we were already full halfway through 😄. The room was great, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. We will fondly remember this short stop and truly hope to return one day.

31/07/2025: My husband and I happened upon this lovely restaurant by chance and had a delightful dinner, enjoying some truly excellent dishes, including the amazing lobster spaghetti. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy good seafood.

05/10/2025: Six of us ate the set menu. Some chose the fish menu. Some chose the meat menu. Everyone was extremely satisfied with the quality of the food and the various courses, which weren't so overwhelming that you're already full after the second starter. Of course, the main course was outstanding. The house wines were excellent, the service was super friendly, and we would have liked to rebook a table for one of the following days, but unfortunately, that wasn't possible.
