06/07/2025: I liked everything, the room was very clean, and the customer service was very professional.

06/07/2025: ***Revised from 1 star to 3 stars only because of Elda at the front desk reaching out to apologize! While we waited for a cab to take us to an evening event. Scheduled additional night after our tour group, 8 of us in 3 rooms. They made us change rooms. The desk agents, and manager told us come back after lunch and your bags will be moved for you into your new rooms and your rooms will be ready. returned after 1p, no rooms weren't ready, waited in the lobby, as one room at a time was prepared, first room was ready about 1:45p. Second at 2:10, third around 2:40. No apologies, no concessions.

31/08/2025: Generous portions, top-quality ingredients, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We even chatted with the chef, who had approached another table and shared some of the secrets of her exquisite cuisine. The carbonara was delicious, and the porchetta with potatoes was a must-try, but everything we ordered was completely satisfying. Thank you so much for everything!

08/09/2025: We were here for lunch on Sunday, welcomed by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Delicious traditional dishes and generous portions. The option to purchase wine, olive oil, and local products is great. We bought a bottle of local olive oil, which we also tried with our meal. Everything was perfect!

The food is delicious and 100% Italian. In short, a wonderful experience in Rome. For foodies: you can take a cooking class here and devour your own homemade dish afterward. Highly recommended for your next visit to Rome.

06/09/2025: Had a lovely 4 course dinner here. The waitor was very attentive to us. Brother and sister relationship was important to him. He was super happy that we were siblings. The food was amazing.

We were served attentively and warmly in a unique setting, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. It's an experience I highly recommend.
