17/03/2024: I have been here 4 times to eat meat.
the first 3 times a piece of tomahawk, then I tried the rib-eye.
The first time the tomahawk was perfect, both in terms of cooking as requested and in consistency.
The second time the tomahawk was particularly fatty, while cooking as requested was fine.
The third time the tomahawk was perfect in terms of consistency, while the cooking as requested was not. (since it is served on a marble or granite slab, heated to boiling hot, I "cooked" it as I wanted).
The fourth time I tried the rib, it was fine in terms of cooking and also in terms of consistency, unfortunately I was expecting a tall and more compact rib, while this one was short and wide.
I leave out the fried or pan-fried potatoes which were good.
The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Between the wine and the beers, I recommend the beers on tap, because the house wine isn't that great.
Since the price per kilo of meat is not cheap, 65 euros per kilo as per the menu, I first expected the staff to show you the piece of meat up close (in many places they bring it to the table for the customer to see) before cooking it, secondly, but not least, the quality of the piece, it is not tolerable that there is almost half the fat in a tomahawk, since here we are talking about 65 euros per kilo.
I preferred to try this place several times rather than immediately discredit it.
I would happily go back but not under these conditions, given that I didn't spend much.
