I can't believe all the negative reviews I've read about this place. I discovered Sartoria a year ago and it's become my weekly treat. Personally, it's the best burger I've ever had...and I'll keep eating it!! (With stuffed jalapenos)

I've had the pleasure of being a regular customer of the tailor's shop for over a year.
The staff is extremely polite and friendly.
The place is clean and tidy.
I've organized several dinners and even a bachelorette party, and both I and my guests have always had a great time.
The sandwiches are always generous, and the staff is always available to make changes.
The quality-price ratio is excellent, and the food is always good.
Special mention must be made of the desserts, which are amazing.

I went to this restaurant today and had a very positive experience. The food was very good and was served promptly. The only downside is that it's in a shady spot, making it a bit cool, but in the summer, it's perfect.

A cute place located on Trieste's nightlife hotspot (for young people), a great base for a stroll around the city center. The wait staff are very kind and attentive, and the food is delicious, prepared with a fair amount of care and quality. The price is reasonable. In the evenings, there's a DJ who plays music: fun.

We came for an end-of-year dinner. The food was good. I didn't appreciate how they crammed us in. It was really cramped. Managing tables and spaces is part of running a restaurant.

Saturday, December 20th was a truly successful evening. Despite the restaurant being packed, with numerous tables and a large number of people, the team's organization was impeccable: attentive service, well-managed timing, and great professionalism. The cuisine fully met expectations, with carefully prepared, high-quality dishes that made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was lively and engaging, culminating in a beautiful closing with the DJ who put the finishing touches to the evening. Kudos to the entire staff for a job well done!

We spent a wonderful evening at Sartoria on Saturday evening. There were about 30 of us, including dinner and after-dinner drinks.
Despite the large number, the service was quick and well-organized.
We ate and drank very well, with reasonable prices and a good balance between quality and service.
The staff were friendly and attentive, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere was refined and welcoming.
A truly positive experience, one we'll repeat!
