16/11/2025: A very elegant restaurant in the center of Udine. We dined on the veranda: wonderful! The canal flows beneath the glass floor, making it very romantic. The owners, Luca and Patrizia, are extremely kind and attentive to every detail. The dinner and wines were excellent. We felt pampered and will be back soon. Thank you, Luca... your restaurant is always a pleasure.

09/10/2025: We ate flash cordon and balik ekmek. Wow. Always everything was top notch. Thanks guys! Everything was delicious. Special sardines, original fresh fries, delicious squid takoyaki, wow. Habibi sandwich, Ulysses sandwich. Very special salad of the day with falafel on top or even diced chicken. Smashed beef burger with Val Pesarina cheese from Friuli Venezia Giulia, cheeseburger with bacon by Osvaldo Cormons. Everything was delicious, well done!

15/11/2025: They were terrific for breakfast even if the options felt a bit UK/US oriented. I liked the vibe and the food was delicious with salmon pancakes (basically bagels and lox, replace the bagel). I came back for dinner and apparently I made an impression (be polite, don't make a mess, clean up after yourself), and it was like walking into a friend's place. Not only recognized, it was as if they pulled out the stops. They hunted down a vermouth as an apertivo (delicious). Tis the season for pumpkin/zucca and with the chestnuts it was better than I even hoped for. Then I get to the Cacio e Pepe, a dish their known for an it wasn't disappointing. Creamy and a kick as if you told the pepper person when and with a smirk gave it about 5 more turns of the grinder. The digestive was also delicious and as far as Amaro's and booze in general, they have many local choices.

12/11/2025: I stopped at Mémé & Cocotte for lunch and it was a wonderful discovery. I tried a delicious pumpkin and chestnut soup, crostini with stracciatella and anchovies, and an excellent goat cheese accompanied by salads and dried fruit. Everything was carefully prepared, with authentic flavors and a good wine to complete the experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, with that French touch that made everything even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!!!

19/10/2025: I came here almost by chance because I'm celiac and I stopped in the area, and it was a true culinary experience! A delicious place, very kind owners. Warm bread covered in a cloth, traditional dishes cooked with love. I say experience because it's a little place I'll definitely keep in my heart and will visit again soon. Thank you! Giulia

08/11/2025: Two of us went on a Thursday at 7:30 PM. There were a couple of seats, and everything was already booked. They have a wide variety of meat specialties, from grilled meats to stews, with meats from around the world. We were satisfied, and I recommend it. The prices are average (maybe even a little lower).

11/11/2025: We went here on a Saturday for lunch with friends and were very pleased. The place is also frequented by locals, so that's already a guarantee. The dishes are traditional, but also classic, and I'd say generous. I'd definitely recommend the frico and chifeletti. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend making a reservation. Dogs are welcome.

Portions are just right, perfect for trying multiple dishes without overdoing it. Fast service and friendly, approachable, and always helpful staff. Fair prices, absolutely in line with the quality and experience. Highly recommended!

16/11/2025: The view from the restaurant is stunning, the dishes are excellent, and the combinations are sophisticated and anything but banal. The service is attentive, fast, and helpful. As someone with a gluten intolerance, I appreciated that allergens were clearly indicated for each dish on the menu. Furthermore, although not indicated, there is also a gluten-free dessert option available upon request. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing lunch while taking in the views of the Collio and savoring excellent dishes at a price commensurate with the quality of the cuisine. I'd also like to point out that this restaurant is suitable for those with celiac disease, as the menu offers a variety of options, especially for main courses, but also for appetizers; choosing the first course is more difficult.

The only room for improvement is the service, which could be more attentive and coordinated to fully reflect the high standards of the cuisine and wine cellar. Overall, a restaurant definitely worth a visit and sure to leave you wanting to return.
