29/06/2026: I went here for dinner on a Friday. The wait was a bit long, but it was more than worth it. The atmosphere was fantastic, as was the food. For my first course, I had gnocchi with venison ragù, and for my second course, a simple mixed salad. The first course was one of the best I've ever eaten. The salad was also out of this world, even if it was simple. The staff was very helpful and kind. If I return to Sauris, I can't wait to go back.

16/06/2026: I stayed there this weekend with some cycling friends. The hotel was clean and the rooms were well-maintained. The staff were very friendly. The woman who looked after us in the dining room was very kind and helpful.

21/06/2026: Extraordinary vegetables buffet and one of the few places in the area where you can taste home made pasta. Not a vegetarian restaurant but a must if you are veggie, as such a range of incredibly tasty seasonal vegetables is a rare find in Italian restaurants. Not to mention the homely feeling and genuine passion for making guests feel welcome. A real gem in the heart of Udine.

15/06/2026: We attended a karaoke evening with a fixed-price menu. Overall, the experience was positive. We ordered a cockerel, cooked to perfection and a generous portion, and a rib-eye steak and sausage dish, which was good but not entirely satisfying compared to the other main course. The atmosphere is perfect for this type of event, and we had a great time. The only downside is the temperature, which was still a bit cool given that it's not quite summer weather. Overall, it was good, and recommended for an evening with friends!

02/12/2025: An experience on the Alpe Adria route. Amazing atmosphere with great food, coffee and friendly service. Where I recommend stopping and I also recommend buying a souvenir in the form of a T-shirt, because there is nothing along the way where you can buy something with Alpe Adria motifs

24/11/2025: Everything was wonderful! I celebrated my birthday and I couldn't have chosen better. The kindness and friendliness left a lasting impression, the food was excellent! The non-alcoholic cocktails were unbeatable. Not to mention the setting and the energy inside. I would do it again ♥️♥️♥️

11/07/2026: Superlative little place. The owner and chef Sandra is 5-star, as are the staff. The fried sardines and then spaghetti with clams and seafood, everything exceeded expectations, excellent. You absolutely have to come back, the prices are fair.

11/07/2026: Delicious restaurant, food beyond our expectations (we had crispy, dry fried fish and seafood spaghetti with a sauce so good I'd never tasted it like this, using top-quality ingredients). Even the crisp house white wine was a highlight. Very friendly staff. The green apple sorbet is a real treat! Highly recommended.

21/03/2026: That place you wouldn't expect! Excellent restaurant with hearty local dishes. The decor and interior are a gem, from the linen curtains to the "tuff cave" where they also have vintage bottles. Discovered by chance, we'll be back!!

The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, the service flows seamlessly and contributes significantly to enjoying the cuisine, featuring dishes based on the freshest seafood. A place you'll gladly return to, also (and above all) for the way you're treated.

Da Boschet is a small, great gem nestled in the green heart of a charming country village, Gorgo di Latisana. The seafood dishes, from appetizers to main courses, present heavenly pairings paired with fine, renowned wines. And let's not forget to finish the meal with the wonderful desserts: a delight for the eyes and the palate! Each course is a pure poetry of colors, flavors, aromas, and contrasts, sensations, and emotions. Da Boschet reminds us that food is a unique experience that should be savored with all our senses to capture the goodness and essence of every single bite. 16/07/2026: Without a doubt, this is one of the great restaurants not only in Trieste, but in Italy. The restaurant itself is worth the visit: it's a very well-preserved building from 1830. The atmosphere is elegant and the service is very kind, especially the maître d' and sommelier, Loris, a philosopher of the good life. We had 4 glasses of wine (excellent suggestions from Loris), 2 appetizers and 3 main courses. Don't miss the seafood risotto: one of the best we've ever tasted. Perfect evening!

The quality is top-notch: you can immediately taste the care taken in the raw materials and preparation, unlike packaged or standardized products. The staff is extremely kind, professional, and respectful, always available to explain and advise with expertise and courtesy. The atmosphere is very pleasant, welcoming, and relaxing, and it's truly a pleasure to return each time. 08/04/2026: Heaven on earth for celiacs 🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰🥰🥰. I arrived in Trieste very late a few nights ago and as always when I travel my fear is not finding anything or almost nothing AIC certified. But, thanks to an Instagram profile I follow, I discovered this wonderful place 🥰. What can I say! Excellent and super nutritious breakfast, welcoming place with attention to the smallest details, kind and qualified staff from those behind the counter to those serving at the tables, a huge selection of products obviously gluten-free but also dairy-free. I will stay for a few days in Trieste and it will be my place of ❤️.

16/07/2026: The restaurant looks beautiful. It was very quiet there. The service is very friendly and formal. The bread tasted very good and the amuse-bouche we received had a very surprising flavor. You also get a glass of house prosecco. I had duck breast fillet; the meat was good, but the presentation was very sparse. 2 pieces of caramelized onions and some apple sauce-like dollops. No sauce or side dishes; this was also the case for my partner, who had the Angus steak. The tiramisu and the chocolate ball were very tasty. Definitely recommended!

09/06/2026: Restaurant and bar in the center of Corona, Mariano del Friuli. Family-run. Specializing in game. Excellent gnocchi with wild boar ragù. Various regional wines available to accompany the dishes. Excellent homemade desserts. Good selection of digestifs. They also sell cigarettes and scratch cards. Kudos to the Fermanelli family who run this place with heart, professionalism, and expertise.
