27/05/2025: After years I returned to this place. It has been tastefully renovated. Greeted with a smile, I sat down and ordered a pizza with a modification. The wait was a bit long, but that's because the pizza chef works alone. Good pizza and well loaded with quality ingredients. Exceptional dessert to finish. I recommend.

09/04/2025: Truly exceptional experience! It's not your usual pizzeria: here you can breathe passion and creativity in every dish. I tried an unusual sandwich, made with a block of pizza instead of the classic bread, stuffed with hamburger, poached egg, caramelized onion and crispy bacon... a real taste bomb! The dough was the real revelation: soft, light and well alveolated, with that typical fragrance of well-made pizza. You can feel that there is careful leavening work and particular care in the choice of flours. Every ingredient was of the highest quality: the juicy and tasty meat, the perfectly cooked egg with the creamy yolk, and the just-right sweet caramelized onion, which tied everything together with balance. A gourmet sandwich disguised as street food, but with the soul of great cuisine. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic and out of the ordinary flavours!

16/07/2025: We visited this place twice during our stay in Cividale with my family. Both visits were great. For the first one we tried pizza and we were all satisfied. For second one we took pasta and it was really good! I loved my spaghetti carbonara, also my son his pennete all'arrabiatta. Employees were super nice. I can recommend as you will get good food for a good price.

28/06/2025: We went to dinner last night. Everything was perfect! I really go to restaurants a lot but I have to say that the three canals is one of the few discounts where you can find zero-mile fish and traditional and original recipes that are really well done. Let the chef Giorgio advise you and he will be able to tell you about all the qualities and characteristics of his fantastic raw materials. Even the plating is really gourmet and the quantities are just right

26/06/2025: Good food, also trying to be modern in tastes, but nothing exceptional, especially for the price, excessive!!!!!! In the area there are elite restaurants that for the same price excite your taste buds with matching wines.

08/06/2025: Excellent typical takeaway products. First courses, second courses, desserts... All fresh and of excellent quality. You can also find wine, oil, pasta; gift baskets. Wide selection of good things. Try it and believe it. The only flaw is the not very convenient parking. Come and meet Angela, she is really very courteous, helpful and kind. Recommended place for those who like to eat well and healthily.

27/05/2025: Good restaurant but difficult to find without Google Maps. The food is very good, varied and with an excellent taste. The house wine is fine, both white and red. The service is also English-speaking and friendly. You can park right in front of the door because there is a parking space especially for the restaurant.

06/06/2025: After years we returned for a dinner with friends. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. We ate pizza, I had gluten-free, delicious. It is not the usual, but they make it in a mold, very soft with quality ingredients. Gluten-free cooked in the same oven, excellent. Congratulations, we will definitely be back.

31/05/2025: Terrible service, they made us wait a long time, they didn't bring anything to nibble on in the meantime (like breadsticks), all the staff sulked. They never smiled. The pizzas were nothing special

05/06/2025: Stopped by chance during the Pedemontana MTB tour. Welcoming place and being on Sunday very crowded but despite everything we were served well. Very good and very abundant dishes. Very fresh fish and done very well. We found a place to safely put our bikes. Very honest prices recommended 👍

29/06/2025: I'm sorry, but I absolutely have to write this review! Introduction: I also worked as a waitress and I had several moments when the place was full, but the staff really needs to be reviewed. We waited 30 minutes to order drinks, no waiter passed by our table and I couldn't get their attention to order. After these 30 minutes I called a young girl and asked her if I could order, she huffed - clearly tired of the amount of work - and told me "I'll call my colleague", a colleague who made us wait another 10 minutes (for a total of 40) before ordering. When he arrived I asked him if we could order and he looked at me and said "yes, yes" (I also worked as a waitress for many years and if you make a customer wait a long time the least you can do is say "yes, of course! Sorry for the delay, what can I bring you?" Catering is ultimately also in these small gestures, don't you think? When ordering I asked for a pizza with added chili pepper, the waiter looked at me badly and said "but isn't spicy oil better? Wait, I'll bring it to you right away before I forget!" I was a bit shocked and it's still a euro of profit for their restaurant. 2 still waters received after 20 minutes and the pizza after more than 30 minutes (in the meantime we witnessed several wrong orders at the other tables). Furthermore, we were with a 3 year old child, the child was not given a high chair, nor an extra plate, nor an extra glass... NOTHING. Overall good pizza, but is it worth the wait? Absolutely not!
