03/09/2025: Saturday evening dinner, friendly and timely service; simple setting, plenty of space, including outdoor seating.
The food met expectations: first course, superb gnocchi with a decent duck ragù; the frico was good (it was my first time trying it, nothing compares); the chocolate salami was good, but I've had much better.
Good quality/quantity/price ratio.

19/10/2025: Lovely place. Fast and courteous service (perhaps a little too fast given the cold food). It's a shame about the bench seating, which isn't ideal for those with back pain, but certainly very rustic.

It was a wonderful holiday for me. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, catering to all tastes, as was dinner.
The owners and staff were very friendly and eager to accommodate every need.
The hotel is very close to the city center yet away from the hustle and bustle. Ample parking.
Bike rental available (which is a plus), and it's very close to the Alpe Adria cycle path. I highly recommend it.

24/10/2025: We had dinner with friends and had a great time. The cuisine was carefully prepared in keeping with the traditions of the Valleys. The pumpkin and chestnut gnocchi are a must-try, and the Frico was excellent!
11/10/2025: Intrigued by the INVITATION TO LUNCH IN THE NATISONE VALLEYS (from October 4th to December 8th, 2025), we chose Al giro di Boa as our first restaurant and.....a wonderful surprise!!!
A sincere, straightforward menu, without frills but made with so much passion and love, and I immediately said to my mother, "There's a woman in the kitchen!" Yes, I want to meet her.
I loved the whole-wheat Palacinka with leek and speck...the pork tenderloin with prunes...I can't wait to try all the other dishes on offer.
Highly recommended!
