18/09/2025: Excellent Friulian dishes in a traditional setting! The kindness of the ladies in the kitchen and dining room!! Highly recommended!

28/07/2025: An old trattoria with dated, simple decor, and a covered outdoor area. They don't serve fish, but the food is delicious! The lard appetizer paired with fragrant peppers, the pork loin with excellent tuna sauce, and the tasty first courses with authentic, genuine aromas. The desserts are truly homemade, with a custard that, hallelujah, didn't even contain a hint of cream (so much for the Chantilly cream). All at a reasonable price. In short, I hope to return and eat the orecchiette with that sublime aroma that makes my mouth water...

11/10/2025: Pizzeria Alpino – delicious, welcoming, and very accommodating! We arrived at Pizzeria Alpino on a Saturday afternoon without a reservation – and it was really packed. Nevertheless, the friendly staff did everything they could to get us a seat. It finally worked out, and we were very grateful, as we were on our way home with a long drive ahead of us. The food was outstanding – fresh, authentic, and simply delicious. A pizzeria that impresses not only with its cuisine, but above all with its friendly service. Highly recommended!

09/10/2025: Good classics, excellent tiramisu. Service is a bit slow when the place is full outside. We had to ask for the tiramisu twice because it didn't arrive the first time.

13/09/2025: Let's start by saying that the pizza is simply fabulous! The owners are two incredibly kind ladies. We were there two nights in a row, a great group of eight colleagues: we had a truly wonderful time. I recommend this restaurant with all my heart!

19/10/2025: A few minutes’ walk from the Castle, Osteria al Marinaio is a real gem. The goulash was incredibly tender – the meat practically melted in the mouth – and paired beautifully with the polenta, which was soft, delicate, and light, creating the perfect balance. The dessert, enriched with a touch of grappa, along with the wine and coffee, was a very pleasant finish. Even the lentils, though a bit salty for my taste, were flavorful and hearty. The atmosphere is truly unique and cozy, almost like being in a countryside cottage rather than in the city. It can get crowded, and service may take a little time, but the experience is absolutely worth it. A warm, authentic spot for anyone looking to enjoy a comforting meal in a welcoming setting.

11/10/2025: Intrigued by the INVITATION TO LUNCH IN THE NATISONE VALLEYS (from October 4th to December 8th, 2025), we chose Al giro di Boa as our first restaurant and.....a wonderful surprise!!! A sincere, straightforward menu, without frills but made with so much passion and love, and I immediately said to my mother, "There's a woman in the kitchen!" Yes, I want to meet her. I loved the whole-wheat Palacinka with leek and speck...the pork tenderloin with prunes...I can't wait to try all the other dishes on offer. Highly recommended!

19/09/2025: I ordered spaghetti carbonara. I've never eaten anything so disgusting. I have no idea what kind of sauce they used; I think it was a pre-made mix, too salty, and smelled like rotten eggs. We won't be back.

13/10/2025: A traditional and welcoming trattoria, with authentic, fresh fish and traditional dishes just the way I like them, all delicious. The friendliness of the family management is very welcome. It's a great place to stay and enjoy delicious fish and meat dishes. The fish is incredibly fresh, as in Marano, fishing boats arrive every day with freshly caught fish. Every dish is delicious and cooked with excellent recipes and according to tradition. The price is good and reasonable. I recommend this trattoria, located just a few steps from the center of Marano Lagunare. 😊😋

25/09/2025: How wonderful! The lake is spectacular, the walk is comfortable and suitable even for a stroller. The mountain hut is easy to reach, and the food is excellent. The cheeses are homemade.
